The Inn was comfortable and clean. It was close enough to the Windstar Casino to walk. The Windstar Bus does not pick up here though. Windstar wont work with the owners or vice versa. That’s not OK.

Had a small issues with tv and tv remotes that kept on coming in and out of the room to finally resolve the issues of the tv. Other things were no pool when its summer time and looking forward to be in a pool at a hotel to relax...pool had a tarp over it and couldn't go relax in the pool. Other then small issues the room was nice and comfortable and would stay again.

We stayed in room 318. 3rd floor. Bugs everywhere, mold all over the white curtains, stains all over the bedding. Taking a shower you felt like you were going to fall through the floor. The door lock wouldn't lock. The ceilings were coming undone. The elevator was gross had gunk all over the floors and walls.

Please don't bother staying here. It feels like a neglegted nursing home and smells like one as well. The floor of our room was sticky, and the linens on the bed were questionable we got our own sheets out of the car, pulled everything but the fitted sheet off and slept on top of that with our own sheets and blankets. All the towels were rough and varying types one of the washcloths was accidentally dirty, I mean brown! We were exhausted or we would have left. Also unfortunately we book through hotels.com and no refunds are available. We slept 4 hours and got back on the road. Nightmare!

It was nice the property was across the street from WinStar casino. But the room was not worth the money we spent. Bathroom had black mold on ceiling, sheetrock damage from water and tile was coming up on the floor. The entire place was a dump. We overheard other couples complaining as well. Not worth it.

Both dead and live bugs in the room and throughout the hotel! The hair dryer in our room hanging in the bathroom was full of hair fricking disgusting!!!! Will never go back!!

The front desk check-in went well and the staff was friendly. The beds are comfortable. I liked the toiletries in room and the breakfast options were more than anticipated for a continental breakfast. It is very close to Winstar casino too.

The hotel and room was clean but the furniture was terrible. The couch was absolutely uncomfortable as was the office chair. It kept sinking to the floor and we needed help to get up. Also the mattress was hard as a rock.

Check in took a while. Only one person working counter and they will not start the check in process until straight up 3:00. The lobby was packed with guests waiting to check in. There should have been more staff on hand to handle the influx of guests if you’re going to make everyone wait. Breakfast is a waffle or cereal nothing to write home about. Close to the casino. Room is large. Has mini fridge and microwave. Shuttle does not run to this location anymore only to the inn…

Check in person was rude and gad what appeared to be, her child running around the lobby. We had already prepaid for the room and arrived 30 min early for check in and she refused stating she would have to run the credit card. Wouldn't listen to us that room was already paid for.

I liked it. Because it was clean ....but what i didnt like was when i left my room and came back 2 hours later i noticed someone had been in my roombecause my do not disturb sign was not on the outside of my door which i put on my doors everytime i stay at a motel or hotel . they turned down my ac i came back and my room was hot . And my do not disturbed sign was on the inside of the door. Which gave me a big alarm .. I did not feel safe. Anymore.i told the counter clerk and he insisted he did not go in my room which all he had to do was make another key.he basically told me i was lying and blew me off

Check-in was excellent and the staff were welcoming. Unfortunately, checkout was handled poorly — I was told I’d be charged a full night if not out by 11:30, despite confirming I’d leave by 11:45. I checked out at 11:25, but my wife, who was unwell, was rushed by housekeeping. For the price paid, a little flexibility and understanding would have made a big difference.

After reading several reviews, we were not sure what to expect. The hotel is fine. Nothing bad nothing great. Our king room was spacious. We appreciated the small fridge and microwave. The breakfast that many complained about seemed to be the fallout from COVID. Everything provided was prepackaged make it yourself grab and go. Our biggest issues were, they could not provide extra blankets. Not even for the pullout sofa. My husband and I have very different needs for air temp. And, unless I missed it in the hotel info, the free shuttle service was misleading. You get free shuttle service to the casino, but you have to get to the nearby Wingate Inn to get on and off. It was raining. We didn't want to walk that far to the other hotel in the rain. So, if I'm getting into may car to drive a half of a mile, might as well drive on to the casino. We normally enjoy walking, just not in the rain. We found the staff to be nice. Not overly friendly, but nice.

Location was perfect since we were going to the WinStar casino, but that was about it! The lady at the front desk was very rude, we showed up at 2 & check in was at 3, so we asked if we could leave our luggage & she said no & that our rooms were ready but since we booked through Expedia we couldn’t check in till exactly 3! She didn’t let us use the bathrooms in the lobby, she said she had bleach all over them. We’ll never stay there again

The room was awesome clean, no issues with that. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was 2 cereal choices, and then bread choices. No eggs, meat, just no hot options for breakfast. They did have a waffle maker but that was it. So the breakfast portion was terrible.

The room was awesome clean, no issues with that. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was 2 cereal choices, and then bread choices. No eggs, meat, just no hot options for breakfast. They did have a waffle maker but that was it. So the breakfast portion was terrible.

Checkin line was a 15 minute wait. Only 1 employee working. There were stains on the bedding. Breakfast room had waffle maker when last visited in July but it has been removed. No coffee cups. No milk for cereal. No napkins/paper towels. Styrofoam plates that don't work in the microwave. Depleted selection of food. On the last day, we arrived for breakfast at 9:20 before a 10am closing and the lights were off!

Kind of old and dated, which is ok but the room smelled funky, so did the hallways. Breakfast is the most limited I've seen anywhere. Will not stay again.

The staff was great, but the hotel was out of coffee for the complimentary breakfast. We had to use the coffee pot in the room, and there was a used coffee sack where the water goes. Also, the towels were dirty. Overall stay was a three.

Beware, if you want to check in early at all you have to pay cash for your room. Never heard of such a thing. Staff was nice. Breakfast was less than desirable.

Everything was good, until we got to breakfast. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. But the next morning we went to breakfast, it was very lacking. No eggs, no meat, juice was warm sitting on the counter and everything look like it was purchased months ago. You should not be able to advertise breakfast on your website.

The rooms were clean and big with a sectional sofa and a small area with a coffee maker and refrigerator. The only problem the breakfast was only bagels and english muffins no yogurt or fresh bananas. The waffle maker was not working. The cups for coffee were small limited creamer and had to keep asking for help to get condiments.

As checking in, the two couple in front of me... with paid reservations; were turned away due to over booking. What a mess. At least my reservation held and I got a room. The thermostat on the wall evidently is not connected to the AC, Froze to death until I figured out you have you the controls directly on the unit. Although the TV remote would light up when any button was hit; it had no effect on the TV. It was stuck on one channel. I could adjust the volume on the TV.. not remote. I went to desk and asked if they could fix it. The girl said she could but, couldn't leave the front desk. I said I am going to concert, just fix it when she can. Sorry, she says. Can't come in your room when you are gone. Well crap. So, when I get back to hotel; the guy at the desk says he'll be down to room in 10 minutes to fix. I wait 30 minutes. Go to desk, he is not there. A girl is there and says, guy had an emergency; had to leave. Well, can you fix my TV? Nope. Last time I stayed here, the toilet kept overflowing. Again, no one could come but the happily sent me to the room with a plunger to fix it myself. Which I had to do every time we used it. If not for the location; would never stay here again. It is just cheaper option than staying at the Casino.

We found a used child drink pouch next to the nightstand proving the point that they do not clean the rooms that well. The shower kept creaking, and we were worried we were gonna fall to the next floor below us. Everything in the room, including the phones, looked very dirty and nasty, like they have never been cleaned. So god help us about the sheets that we slept on. Sleep at your risk.
