Overall lovely hotel,dining felt a bit unorganised as if no rythum or structure from sevice to ordering through the courses ie main,cleaned up desert,then bill ,you only went to each stage when they reconised you waiting!

Lovely hotel on first impression and the staff are very efficient and friendly. The room was small and stuffy. Only one bedside table. Nowhere to put the suitcase, we had three small ones but only space for one.😐 The bathroom was large about half the size of the bedroom but there was nothing in it to put anything. No clothes hooks, nowhere to put toiletry bags. A very small wash basin with no towel rail. Lovely large shower but no rubber mat and it is slippery. Shower gel was lovely. The mattress was very soft and not very comfortable. 😕 The stairs were looking shabby and could do with a good clean. On the upside, the breakfast was excellent 👍 service and food choices and it was delicious 😋 Good parking 🅿️ and good location.

The Enniskillen Hotel was a great choice for accommodations. The property was really clean and staff was helpful and friendly. It has a restaurant and bar, as well as a separate area, like a cafe for breakfast. Food was great. We had booked one of the “deluxe” rooms. It was really nice, however, it was ADA outfitted and kind of awkward. All in all, still a great experience and would stay there again. The town was extremely walkable, plenty of places for food, drink and shop.

Stayed here before and it has always been good. This time unfortunately our room was above the function room, with a very loud Christmas party going on until midnight, very loud thumping music after 30hrs of travelling. Very disappointing unfortunately, there was no mention when booking or checking in which I think would have been good customer service to at least mention it. A real shame.

The hotel was a bit shabby - carpets not clean, cheap bed linen (for a 4* I’d expect cotton but they were polyester and unpleasant), plastic plants in the room, sachets of Nescafé - I mean, who would drink that today? I’d expect a coffee pod machine in a 4* hotel. Staff very nice, but doesn’t quite make up for a hotel that’s a bit poor. Good breakfast, but let down by poor coffee.

The room was far too warm No air conditioning and even turned off the bathroom radiator and it was still like a sauna with the window open. The tv doesnt have hdmi facilities so nobody can use their screencast as the hdmi was removed. The beds arent comfy or the pillows very hard and the single bed mattress didnt fit the bed it was too big There was babies stuff under my bed dummys etc from last people. We kept receiving phone messages and the phone flashing from someone unknown i had to unplug the phone The room next door had their tv on to max volume also and we couldnt sleep until past 1am because the walls are so thin Staff is nice at reception very helpful. But the bar/food/breakfast staff was nowhere to be seen. Twice i had to ask reception to find someone at different times. Food was ok. Breakfast could be better. I asked for pancakes without syrup, 3 of us did and it came swimming in it. The tea in the flask at the breakfast was freezing and tasted off and was a pain to keep going up to fill it when there was people sitting right at the table beside it they had to move their chairs for me to get juice etc. Room has all it needs hairdryer, shower cap, tea/coffee, safe and fridge, iron but dont agree with the jug of reusable water in the fridge. Its not sealed so with covid we didnt use it. It also NEEDS aircon and thicker walls. Not sure why theres so many lights either not very eco friendly.. free parking was great. Door on the room had to be slammed to close

The breakfast was superb as were the staff in the restaurant - best breakfast had in a long time. However our stay was rated as average due to the cleanliness (lack of) in the bedroom and en suite. Cobwebs in excess around the light. Floor not cleaned . Surfaces sticky. Bathroom floor was particularly sticky/unpleasant and shower needed a clean. Toilet roll stuffed around large hole behind pipes below wash basin. Unpleasant damp smell. This area of hotel needed a refresh in line with the lovely dining area. Unfortunately the cleanliness in the bedroom/en-suite marred our stay so therefore I wouldn’t recommend despite the tasty breakfast and convenient location

BAD POINTS = bedroom walls paint work scuffed. Window glass very dirty and poor view. Can only see the sky when sitting or the bed or chair. View from window when standing was an unkempt carpark or yard area. My room was on the 1st floor and staff where able to walk across a roof area in front of my window on smoke breaks that made me feel exposed to biew. GOOD POINTS - Room clean and bed linen lovely and clean. Decor of bed and bathroom modern. Staff all friendly and helpful. Food very good and well presented. Walking distance to town center.

Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was decent size, bed comfy and plenty of space to put things or relax. We were on top floor and found it very warm but a fan was provided.

The Bronte suite was lovely and the perfect room for a birthday getaway. It was spacious and clean with the added bonus of a fridge. Bathroom facilities were excellent with a very large standalone bath and huge shower.

This hotel is marked as a 4 star property but our room was anything but, the floor was so wonky and squeaky and the bed moved every time you so much as moved, you felt drunk even if you hadn't had a drink! Our room was also tiny and our headboard shared a wall with the neighbours toilet, which left nothing to the imagination! We were also next to a communal doorway and the walls were paper thin so it was very noisy. It was fine for one night and it was all clean, but I would only be happy if I'd paid about £60 for it instead £133!! Not worth the money at all sadly.

No one on reception when we arrived. We roamed around the hotel until we finally found them. Check in wasnt pleasent. The girl was in experience and came across almost a bit rude. The rooms are very small. We looked at the room we could pay to upgrade to but it wasnt much better. A premier inn room would be bigger. And the bed wasnt comfortable. Bathroom was nice and breakfast excellent. Tv was really small which i guess suited the room . The very small window overlooked some waste ground. Given we paid 130. I think there are much better other options. Other that the breakfast i could not see anything that would make this a four star location. Think premier inn and you wil be less surprised when you arrive

Stayed one night in the Bronte Suite, really spacious room with huge bathroom with separate bath and shower. Easy parking available at the hotel. Whilst we didn’t use the bar area it looked great. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, we managed to get into our room much earlier than Check-In time which was really appreciated. The breakfast was amazing. Good selection and highly recommend the Fry. Food was delicious. If we’re ever back to Enniskillen we’ll def be staying back at this hotel.

Absolutely lovely hotel staff are very attentive and helpful ...food was exceptional we had such a relaxing stay restaurant staff and Aoife and her reception team were amazing ....Brandon in the restaurant and Bar could not do enough for us the young staff were more than friendly and helpful

Staff here are amazing. Katie from reception was extremely helpful allowing us to check in at 11.00am instead of 3pm. Aimie from reception was very pleasant also. Brandon the manager in restaurant was very nice and helpful. Dinner was lovely and breakfast was exceptional. Rooms are very nice but pillows are hard. Short walk to town

In the restuant I had to ask for salt then a steak knife. Ordered a glass of wine but I had to go to the bar to ask for it again. Desert took ages to arrive. Window above the door of the room let in light all night. Would not stay here again.

Bathroom was nice and breakfast excellent. Tv was really small which i guess suited the room . The very small window overlooked some waste ground. Given we paid 130. I think there are much better other options. Other that the breakfast i could not see anything that would make this a four star location. Think premier inn and you wil be less surprised when you arrive

No one on reception when we arrived. We roamed around the hotel until we finally found them. Check in wasnt pleasent. The girl was in experience and came across almost a bit rude. The rooms are very small. We looked at the room we could pay to upgrade to but it wasnt much better. A premier inn room would be bigger. And the bed wasnt comfortable. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Very clean. Nice and warm. Central location. The only thing I could fault was that breakfast time chaotic. Staff Seemed surprised somehow of the amount of guests for Breakfast. Staff under pressure here and we had to ask for basics like cutlery , butter , toast etc. definitely not the staffs fault. Roster needs a review and a little extra help. Otherwise great stay. Pat

Second time staying here and no complaints. Staff very friendly and on this occasion went above and beyond making me some 4am toast to help prevent a hogmanay hangover! Delighted! Breakfast is lovely and a nice bright we room where it is served!

The Enniskillen Hotel was a great choice for accommodations. The property was really clean and staff was helpful and friendly. It has a restaurant and bar, as well as a separate area, like a cafe for breakfast. Food was great. We had booked one of the “deluxe” rooms. It was really nice, however, it was ADA outfitted and kind of awkward. All in all, still a great experience and would stay there again. The town was extremely walkable, plenty of places for food, drink and shop.

Enniskillen is a nice friendly town. The hotel is fine and located at one end on a rather shabby street, but everything is walkable. Room was pleasant and good value, great breakfast options too.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very attentive. Hot breakfast individually cooked for you and brought to the table. Good meal too in the evening. Hotel is well placed for walking into town.

In the restuant I had to ask for salt then a steak knife. Ordered a glass of wine but I had to go to the bar to ask for it again. Desert took ages to arrive. Window above the door of the room let in light all night. Would not stay here again.

Location is great and staff were lovely especially the reception staff and cleaners. Room was also very good and spacious. Breakfast was a bit disappointing in relation to food, as some was over cooked and cold by the time we got out toast and condiments. It is all served to your table, but we felt it would have been better if you could serve yourself the cold food, e.g. cereals, pastries, condiments and even tea/coffee. Overall though it was a great place to stay

Overall lovely hotel,dining felt a bit unorganised as if no rythum or structure from sevice to ordering through the courses ie main,cleaned up desert,then bill ,you only went to each stage when they reconised you waiting!

Lovely hotel on first impression and the staff are very efficient and friendly. The room was small and stuffy. Only one bedside table. Nowhere to put the suitcase, we had three small ones but only space for one.😐 The bathroom was large about half the size of the bedroom but there was nothing in it to put anything. No clothes hooks, nowhere to put toiletry bags. A very small wash basin with no towel rail. Lovely large shower but no rubber mat and it is slippery. Shower gel was lovely. The mattress was very soft and not very comfortable. 😕 The stairs were looking shabby and could do with a good clean. On the upside, the breakfast was excellent 👍 service and food choices and it was delicious 😋 Good parking 🅿️ and good location.

Hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. Reception staff were very friendly and help. Breakfast staff were extremely immature and unprofessional ( loudly having their own conversations very loudly across the room)

Staff were lovely, but the room fell well short on cleanliness . unvacuumed carpets with plastic fragments and a coin, hairs on the shower floor and pillow, a spider egg sac in the windowsill, and a stained throw. Moved rooms once but the second was no better. Checked out after one night.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at The Enniskillen Hotel. Upon first impressions, the hotel was beautiful, modern&clean. We ended up last minute taking our 4 year old with us and staff were able to get us a camp bed for our room no problem (no bed sheets/covers) but a great help to us all the same, we were extremely grateful. On our first night we had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. I had asked if it was possible to have the chicken curry as a child’s portion. I was told they would ask but shouldn’t be a problem. Needless to say, a full adults portion came out along with the full price. A little disappointed in that when we were told it shouldn’t be a problem. Dinner was ok, breakfast delicious. Staff on both nights and mornings were great. The only real issue we had was on our first night, we were in our room about an hour and the receptionist came to us with our child’s camp bed. They then asked if we could move our car from the disabled space as someone needed to charge their car. I have MS, so distance is an issue for me and we did have my disabled badge displayed. We did move and were unable to get a disabled spot for the remainder of the weekend. Maybe it was because you wouldn’t think there was anything wrong that we shouldn’t of been parked there but I was really disappointed we were asked to move, especially when I have a mobility issue and for someone to charge their car. Music was played throughout the entire 2nd night from below our room. 10pm-9am.
