The Angel Inn, Petworth

Angel Inn is close to the centre of Petworth, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a large modern bath and separate shower and everything was very clean. We appreciated the teapot in the room and selection of teas, also the complimentary flapjack. We ate in the restaurant area of the inn and had an excellent meal.

Quaint, old inn and rooms. Modern features like rain shower head, lighted mirror, electric teakettle. Comfortable beds. Very convenient to town center and shops. Wonderful food. Friendly staff.

Warm welcome. Rooms not overly large, but very well appointed, decent sized bathroom, all requirements for a few nights stay, comfortable beds and linen. Downstairs bar and restaurant area spacious and staffed by friendly, cheerful and helpful people. Food good with lots of choice. Outside courtyard plenty of room and good seating.

Very quant old building in the centre of Petworth village. The rooms are very clean, nicely designed with beautiful bathrooms. Mind your head! As a very old building the stairs are narrow and uneven as may present a challenge for folks with limited mobility.
