Wir waren das erste Mal in dem Hotel. Es hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage direkt am Meer. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer zum Meer mit Terasse. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, mit Sofa und Sessel. Einem großem Kingsize Bett. Leider war im Bad nur eine Wanne, mit sehr hohem Einstieg, keine Dusche. Die Terasse war sehr gross, bestückt mit zwei Liegen und einem Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Die Zimmer mit Terrasse sind nur von der Terasse zugänglich, so dass andere Gäste immer an einem vorbei müssen. Das Hotel selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so dass einige Dinge erneuert, bzw. aufbereitet werden müsste. Am Hotel gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das,Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch könnte eine etwas größere Auswahl an Brot und Belag gegeben sein. Der Standort ist gut zum Bahnhof gelegen. 5 min zu Fuss. Man kommt mit der Tram in 15 min nach Nizza, 4 min nach Antibes und in 20 min nach Cannes. Unser Résumé für das Hotel: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine schöne Unterkunft mit gewissen Mängeln. Die Aussicht - sofern man Sea View gebucht bekommt - ist der Hammer. Ihr seit wirklich nur 2 bis 3 meter vom Meer entfernt. Zudem ist auch die Tatsache, dass gegenüber vom Hotel ein hoteleigener kostenloser Parkplatz ist, sehr angenehm. Das ist insbesondere dann sinnvoll, wenn in Nizza die Saison begonnen hat und das parken überwiegend kostenpflichtig ist. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber geräumig, leider unseres Erachtens viel zu dunkel gewesen. Die Zimmerschlüssel sind - der größe und dem Aussehen zu urteilen - aus Anno Christo. Hier sollte man, wie in beinahem jedem anderen Hotel, auf Zimmerkarten umstellen. Das Frühstück ist im Zimmerpreis inklusive und kann jeden morgen am Meer genossen werden, wirklich traumhaft. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet, weil uns die Gerichte nicht angesprochen haben. Leider gibt es auch keine richtige Bar in dem Hotel. Es gibt lediglich eine Minibar an der Rezeption, wo sich mit Bier, Wein, Softdrinks etc. eingedeckt werden kann. Es war unseres Erachtens aber nicht dasselbe... Ansonsten gibt es zur Lage zu sagen, dass in einem Radius von 30 Minuten (zu Fuß) rund um das Hotel kaum etwas sehenswertes existiert. Und die 30 Minuten zu Fuß beziehen sich auf die Entfernung zur angrenzenden Stadt Antibes, welche aber auch sehr schön ist und tolle sowie günstige Gastronomie hat. Wenn Ihr nach Nizza (Zentrum) wollt, könnt ihr mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten einplanen.

Last minute change to travel plans and we found Villa Azure. Property is a small gem. Priced reasonable for area. Only two downsides, free parking fills up fast and there are limited options near by. There is a daily charge to change your sheets. Don’t recall if I eat told at checkin. Was not outrageous but would add up for a longer stay. On site restaurant is outstanding for dinner, make reservations, also limited operating hours.

Et greit hotell med en fin plassering rett på stranden mellom Nice og Antibes. Greit med egen parkeringsplass. God frokost, hyggelig personale. Eneste minuset var at air condition på rommet var litt slapp. Litt vanskelig å få tak i Uber/Bolt for transport på ettermiddagen inn til Antibes, men togstasjonen ligger like ved.

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage für Kurzurlaub. Direkt am Meer; in 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bahn und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vor allem zu vielen guten Restaurants direkt nebenan oder am Hafen. Super freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Da außerhalb von Nizza auch alles gut mit dem Auto erreichbar (und Parkplatz beim Hotel dabei). Frühstück war auch absolut in Ordnung.

The location was great, right by the beach and near the train station/bus stops. Restaurant person was really unfriendly, other ones were ok. Extra "animals" in the room were not welcome either...

Very nice hotel and great location however up keeping of the premises requires a lot of improvement. View from the rooms balcony is amazing as hotel is situated at beachfront. It is close to local shops and restaurants. Reception staff very kind and friendly. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with condition of our room. It not only had cobwebs around the bed and on furnitures, lamps etc but the bathroom was also not cleaned properly and we even found some human hair in the sink and bath. Breakfast was rather basic but there was something for everyone to choose from the only problem was that if you didn’t come when it first open there will not be much left as kitchen staff do not replace food that has already gone. There were plenty of kitchen staff but they were too busy chatting while having cigarettes outside of dinning room windows. On one occasion we seen one of the staff putting cigarette down then walking

Fantastic place to stay, and the access to nearby towns is great, we spent a day in Nice and a day in Cannes and enjoy relaxing on the sun deck.Our room was spotless and the breakfast was amazing.

The pictures they posted online of the room is a false representation of it. Seeing the hotel in person was disappointing in terms of size. The room was ok but the bathroom was very disgusting and the amenities were out dated and rusty. The hotel needs a modern upgrade. The front desk guy offered us another room but the bathroom was also very dirty so we kept the original room they gave us. The hotel is also very far from town(NICE). We spent a lot of money on Uber/Transportation.The hotel is definitely over priced for the cleanliness , services and amenities. The only thing that’s nice about it is the beach view if you stay in one of the rooms facing the beach. Overall, I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. 1/10

Einem großem Kingsize Bett. Leider war im Bad nur eine Wanne, mit sehr hohem Einstieg, keine Dusche. Die Terasse war sehr gross, bestückt mit zwei Liegen und einem Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Die Zimmer mit Terrasse sind nur von der Terasse zugänglich, so dass andere Gäste immer an einem vorbei müssen. Das Hotel selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so dass einige Dinge erneuert, bzw. aufbereitet werden müsste. Am Hotel gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das,Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch könnte eine etwas größere Auswahl an Brot und Belag gegeben sein. Der Standort ist gut zum Bahnhof gelegen. 5 min zu Fuss. Man kommt mit der Tram in 15 min nach Nizza, 4 min nach Antibes und in 20 min nach Cannes. Unser Résumé für das Hotel: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Dejligt hotel som lå ved stranden. Vi havde den skønneste udsigt over havet. Morgenbuffet og med stort udvalg af æg, brød, frugt mm. På vores balkon var der 2 ligge- og 2 alm stole. Gratis parkering og togstation 200 m væk med forbindelser til de populære kystbyer. Stranden ved hotellet var med sten, grus i strandkanten, blev hurtig dybt og ofte store bølger. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine schöne Unterkunft mit gewissen Mängeln. Die Aussicht - sofern man Sea View gebucht bekommt - ist der Hammer. Ihr seit wirklich nur 2 bis 3 meter vom Meer entfernt. Zudem ist auch die Tatsache, dass gegenüber vom Hotel ein hoteleigener kostenloser Parkplatz ist, sehr angenehm. Das ist insbesondere dann sinnvoll, wenn in Nizza die Saison begonnen hat und das parken überwiegend kostenpflichtig ist. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber geräumig, leider unseres Erachtens viel zu dunkel gewesen. Die Zimmerschlüssel sind - der größe und dem Aussehen zu urteilen - aus Anno Christo. Hier sollte man, wie in beinahem jedem anderen Hotel, auf Zimmerkarten umstellen. Das Frühstück ist im Zimmerpreis inklusive und kann jeden morgen am Meer genossen werden, wirklich traumhaft. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet, weil uns die Gerichte nicht angesprochen haben. Leider gibt es auch keine richtige Bar in dem Hotel. Es gibt lediglich eine Minibar an der Rezeption, wo sich mit Bier, Wein, Softdrinks etc. eingedeckt werden kann. Es war unseres Erachtens aber nicht dasselbe... Eneste minuset var at air condition på rommet var litt slapp. Litt vanskelig å få tak i Uber/Bolt for transport på ettermiddagen inn til Antibes, men togstasjonen ligger like ved.

We needed an overnight stay close to Nice and wanted to be close to the sea. Wow, this is the perfect choice as our room felt like it was practically in the sea. We had a huge balcony and the waves come right up underneath us. Stunning. In addition very friendly and helpful staff and a good, wide choice breakfast which was included. 5 minute walk to the marina which had so many restaurants to chose from. Fantastic find and we’d definitely come back for a longer stay.

We just got back from Villa Azur and I highly recommend this hotel. First and foremost, they supply beach towels, beach mattress and umbrella. The location is amazing! 5 minute walk to train station, 10 minute train ride to Nice and 10 minute train ride to Cannes. Across the street from the train station you have a big grocery store « Inter Marché » which was very convenient. You can walk 10 minutes to the Marina and they have restaurants of all kinds. As for the hotel, the breakfast is very good with croissants, etc..fresh fruit, omelettes, bacon, sausage, yogourts, bread, coffee, etc. The housekeeping team keeps your room clean and changes your towels upon request. Reception is quick and efficient and is always there to serve you. The beach could not be closer to your room. I highly recommend beach side. You will even hear the waves with your patio door closed. That’s how close it is. Beach is rocky so bring water shoes and all will be good. Ocean is beautiful and warm this time of year. I cannot say enough about this place. Truly loved our stay and hope to be back some day!! Thank you everyone at Villa Azur for making our stay a memorable one!

Last minute change to travel plans and we found Villa Azure. Property is a small gem. Priced reasonable for area. Only two downsides, free parking fills up fast and there are limited options near by. There is a daily charge to change your sheets. Don’t recall if I eat told at checkin. Was not outrageous but would add up for a longer stay. On site restaurant is outstanding for dinner, make reservations, also limited operating hours.

the property is not in nice, just incase someone needs to know this, its in villa loubet which is just outside nice. it’s a much quieter town and feels more local than touristy. the property could use some updating. i think if you have a seaview room, your experience may be better than if you don’t. the beach is nice anf there is a marina close by with many food options. breakfast was good just very repetitive. there is a train station about 3 mins walk away which makes this location very convenient to get to all the other towns (nice , Antibe, Eze, Cannes, monaco). overall we probably wouldn’t stay here again though.

Absolutely beautiful spot right on the sea/beach with magnificent views. Whilst the room was very large and comfortable, the hotel is very dated and could do with some TLC (including upgrades such as providing USB charging points in the room). Breakfast choice was extremely limited. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

We just got back from Villa Azur and I highly recommend this hotel. First and foremost, they supply beach towels, beach mattress and umbrella. The location is amazing! 5 minute walk to train station, 10 minute train ride to Nice and 10 minute train ride to Cannes. Across the street from the train station you have a big grocery store « Inter Marché » which was very convenient. You can walk 10 minutes to the Marina and they have restaurants of all kinds. As for the hotel, the breakfast is very good with croissants, etc..fresh fruit, omelettes, bacon, sausage, yogourts, bread, coffee, etc. The housekeeping team keeps your room clean and changes your towels upon request. Reception is quick and efficient and is always there to serve you. The beach could not be closer to your room. I highly recommend beach side. You will even hear the waves with your patio door closed. That’s how close it is. Beach is rocky so bring water shoes and all will be good. Ocean is beautiful and warm this time of year. I cannot say enough about this place. Truly loved our stay and hope to be back some day!! Thank you everyone at Villa Azur for making our stay a memorable one!

Villa Azur is simply amazing, few footsteps from the sea/ beach, 15min drive from Nice city centre, hotel has fantastic restaurant onsite and it serves truly delicious food. Incredible place for families and couples alike and it serves breakfast that I have yet to find in other hotels in Côte d’Azur area!

Absolutely Amazing! Just came back from it, and couldn't wait to provide a review about this impressive hotel in Nice. Make yourself a favor and book a deluxe oceanfront room, the view is just unbeatable, you are literally in the ocean, and you will hear all day the sound of the waves practically hitting in your room (in the good way). Waking up to that view, is the most amazing feeling you can experience, and if you add to that the excellent customer service from all the staff in the hotel, from reception to restaurant (Big Shoutout to Victor our waiter in the restaurant, amazing kid, very attentive and always with a smile in his face), the unbeatable location right on the beach and close to everything, the convenient free parking included, the complimentary breakfast, and the terrace, then it's an extremely powerful combination. Now, mention apart deserves the restaurant itself. What an amazing restaurant, right on the beach which makes the view out of this world, but the food itself, the flavors, the taste, the freshness of the seafood, just unbelievable. If you are staying there, no need to go eat anywhere else, restaurant itself pays for the stay, and if you are not staying here (big mistake), make sure to visit that restaurant, it is a must in Cote d'Azur! We will be back for sure, had an amazing experience and no need to look for someplace else to stay in French Riviera, this place has it all.

Room was adequate but very tight for 3. View was incredible and listening to the med lul me to sleep was amazing. Bathroom is quirky with a separate room with the toilet where the door opens into the shower room door. Breakfast was picturesque French “buffet”with more options than you’ll need and the baguettes were the best I ate in the 2 weeks we were in France. Staff at the restaurant could t do enough but the daytime front desk didn’t seem to be enjoying what they do. They have a beautiful upper floor terrace that you can use if you do t have a sea facing view. Parking is incredibly tight and if your fellow hotel guests don’t know how to park it makes it VERY difficult to get in and out. Pay for the sea view and you will not be disappointed

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel et avons été absolument ravis de notre séjour. Tout était parfait, à la hauteur du standing de l’établissement. Un excellent service et une très belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
