Millennium Central Doha

Hotel Bem localizado, porém não tem o serviço de translado conforme anunciado e o check in foi bastante confuso, pois fomos colocados em quartos de fumantes, pedimos a troca que demorou muito a ser feita porque só havia 1 funcionario na recepção. Ochuveiro também não regulava a altura. Mas como foi uma noite só OK.

Stay like a president…” it says on their own website. There is NOTHING “presidential” about this hotel, its facilities and its staff. To name but a few issues: No fridge in room on arrival. Wires hanging from sockets. Wallpaper hanging from walls. Zero water pressure in the ‘shower’. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. Televisions don’t work. WiFi intermittent and as slow as ‘dial up then stopped working completely. Advertised as having ‘balcony’ - there is no balcony. Only 4 plug in bedside lamps (no ceiling lights) in the entire room. Curtain pole fell off on day 1 and never got repaired. No ‘club lounge’ as advertised. Stains all over carpets. Dust on tables. Rude staff who blatantly lie to your face, then say ‘it’s never happened’. No batbrobes (etc) provided. No explanation of any facilities - simply given a ‘printed note’ of facilities to figure out for ourselves. The spa/gym had smashed mirrors and broken equipment. Breakfast was basic and nothing like the photos. Disappointed Expedia did not think that being mis-sold a product where the amenities advertised were not there and the fire safety equipment was not functional was a qualifying factor for a relocation. No apology from anyone at the hotel. Just lies and disinterest at every attempt to ask them to resolve even basic cleanliness issues.

Hotel confortável, quarto espaçoso, linda piscina e excelente academia. Localização boa, ao lado do metrô. Café da manhã achei caro. Voltaria, com certeza.

they did not give exact information about using spa. As I checked in at midnight time, I could not use it, but in the morning I wanted to use it, but they said only 1:00 pm was available, so I couldn't use it because I had to leave the hotel at 1:00 PM.

The parking on the street but right in front we could find places all the time. Close to the airport and the city center ar the same time, this was really useful.

Swimming pool is too deep at 1.55m all round with no shallow section, water in the room takes 20mins to heat up, food for breakfast is very good, but for dinner is very repetitive, same three rotations throughout the week. Called the reception for an iron, didn't end up coming, called reception for toilet roll, again didn't come. Not what you expect from such a highly regarded hotel, would not recommend

I stayed here for one night whilst in transit. Nice hotel. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Clean. Room and bathroom were big and spacious. Comfortable. Nice view from room. Complimentary water provided plus tea and coffee making facilities in the room. As it was a very short overnight stay at the hotel, I did not use any other facilities nor eat at the hotel. My difference between a 4 and 5 rating is location. The metro appeared to be nearby but that was it. There was nothing else. If I was staying in Qatar longer, I would look for a hotel more centrally located.

Overall the hotel is clean however is not well maintained. The bathroom in the hotel room is very run down and old. When asked to change the room due to this, the staff did not accommodate. Location is not the best in Doha but it was good price and clean hotel room.

hotel exceeded my expectation rooms were spotless high ceiling bathroom were fully equipped with necceesities out of tooth brush which it took one phone call to bring two ;-) staff were amazing as well

This was a great stay. The hotel was only one block away from a metro station so I took the metro from the airport to the stop near the hotel and walked. The hotel staff were fabulous! The room was spacious and equipped with a mini refrigerator and in room coffee. The only complaint I would share with the owners is that the carpet is filthy with stains all over.

Nice stay for a quick layover. Air worked great. Beds a bit hard. Carpet desperately needed replaced in our room. Other than that I'd stay again for the price!!

Complimentary water provided plus tea and coffee making facilities in the room. As it was a very short overnight stay at the hotel, I did not use any other facilities nor eat at the hotel. My difference between a 4 and 5 rating is location. The metro appeared to be nearby but that was it. There was nothing else. If I was staying in Qatar longer, I would look for a hotel more centrally located.

the hotel is very old and not in good condition. the power socket next to the bed is not working and making an electrical sound, I informed the receptionist and nothing happened. TV has no internet and most of the channels are not working and the ones working are not of good quality, if is they are using a cheap IP TV service. The toilet hose was leaking. when I told them that am Expedia platinum member didn't mean anything to them and nothing free or upgrade.

Its an old hotel but very clean and it has friendly staff. Although internet was slow.

Location was good, the metro was on the doorstep which made it convenient to get access to different locations around the city. The bathtub was extremely slippery, especially for elderly people. It needs a rubber mat or some rough texture on the bottom. N. American people are expecting to have "face cloths" in the bathroom. We aren\'t use to having to wash our face with the corner of a towel. Since breakfast is part of the price of the hotel, if we must check out even before breakfast time, couldn\'t we have a discount or else be offered a muffin or something free of charge? The high price of the two croissants I bought there at night when we checked in, was totally unreasonable. Irfan was nice, but ridiculously, for no reason, suddenly announced he was up-grading our room to one with a balcony. It was late at night when we arrived and we\'d be leaving before it even got light so what was the motivation for this generous sounding "upgrade"? We didn\'t so much as open the drapes.

Armesh , was annoying calling many times for checkout he can’t wait half an hour. The matters was not clean , checked in was 3 am very tired from my road trip. Ceiling was leaking water in bathroom Check in was smooth. I’m gold member jn Hotels. I don’t get room upgrade instead I was offered to pay for the upgrade. Very weird from hotels and the hotel it’s self.

I would like to thank Mr ahmad the manager for his great hospitality and for the well trained team, this is not my first stay and it wont be the last. I felt as am at my home, thank you so much 👏👏👏

Otel temizdi personel nazik ve kibardı, özellikle resepsiyonda ki çalışanlar çok yardım severdi, Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım

Good value, convenient location for airport/port and Souq

La struttura è piuttosto vecchia e meriterebbe un pò più di manutenzione. Per via della pandemia la colazione viene portata in camera e non c'è possibilità di scelta anche se portano abbastanza cibo. La pulizia è buona e il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile.

Thus was a nice hotel. Cheap, comfortable, good location, great food, and they arranged a nice city tour for me.

The standard of the room was ok, but kind of woren out(There were spots all over our bedroom floor) The service was ok but kind of strange and cold. If you don’t want guest during Ramadan then don’t have rooms available! We ordered food from a delivery service. This was definetly a pluss for the total experience. Great flavours.

Excelente quarto e condicões da acomodação com frigobar, café disponivel. Pontos a melhorar, box do banheiro com cortina de plástico e não impedia que molhasse fora do box. Quarto para não fumante porem o cheiro muito forte de cigarro e com cinzeiro no quarto. Ou seja, quarto para fumante. Horário do cáfé da manhã no site Hoteis.com, não condiz com a oferecido pelo hotel (site 8:00hs local 7:00hs) Deixei de fazer reserva de café da manhã pela minha logística de sair mais cedo do que descrevia no site.

Good location, near metro. Book with dinner included, lot of choice and very yummy!
