Was great, n8ce for everyone in a party of 4 to have their own room, and have 2 bathrooms, plus full kitchen. Rhe only downside was not having AC, but at least there were fans in all the rooms.

We loved having a room each for a couple nights as we travel from Toronto to East coast. This was an easy place for the 5 of us . Free laundry was a bonus and we appreciated the facilities abailable and full kitchen. They provided some basic dishes. Towels and soap are available as well. Everything was basic , but worked well for our needs.

The price & layout of the apartment was good & the location/parking convenient. There are some low cost upgrades that would make it better for tourists. The faucet we used needs new washer to stop leaking, wasting water. Dish supplies were good but a couple dish towels would be helpful for cleanup. Printed directions for the TV would help. It's great as a college dorm, but could be made nicer for tourists.

Tucked away at the end of street with grassland in front, very quiet (saw a deer family there), but also means a few minutes drive to any other facilities. An apartment with 4 single-bed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with basic cooking kit, simple, clean and spacious. Laundry on each floor and can purchase detergent in case you forget. Both are very reasonably priced. No housekeeping, but reception is there till 10pm and helpful.

Really clean! We stayed at this property in August and the price was right. The check in was easy and the room was very basic but very clean. There was no air conditioning but the fans kept things nice and cool. The gym was awesome, within walking distance, and free. It was a 5 minute walk to the school dining with had a great breakfast.

Good location. Good place to stay for those who want to do self-catering. Fully equipped with kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. Relatively inexpensive accommodation. Signs of student abuse/neglect but a good stay overall.

The price is right but you certainly get what you pay for. We booked the 4 bedroom apartment. Location was great and the campus is quite beautiful. However, rooms were not clean, surfaces were sticky. Furniture was stained. Rooms were really hot (no ac). If you are looking for a hostel, this is great. If it’s a hotel you are looking for, pay the extra money and don’t stay here.

We rented a 4 bedroom (twin bed) apartment with 2 bathrooms. It was spacious and well laid out. The problem was the cleanliness and condition of the bathrooms in particular. One had water damage and paint pealing off the ceiling both had floors gritty with dirt and sand. I was told that other units had been renovated but this unit was not yet.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We live 3 hours from the airport and got in late, and this was our only option without spending $400 + for some sleep. Gross - Mold, dirty and not even a mattress protector on the beds. I put it as 5-star so it goes to top and someone might read it. My husband slept in the car - this should speak volumes. Dirty, counters not even wiped - black mold in the fans. I feel so bad for the students going to live here. I slept on top of the bed and barely slept.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We had a 4 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. It was very spacious . For us the only flaw was that we found the mattresses to be uncomfortable. We knew ,in advance, that there was no air conditioning,so we brought two fans. We were pleased to see that they also provided fans.

Great price. Note that they only take bookings through Expedia, so you still have to pay in person. Great for our group of 4. Mirrors are inside the doors of the cabinet and no a/c but was fine with the fan and windows open. No breakfast or tea towels.

For the cost, this is an excellent option for staying in Halifax. It was clean, secure, and inexpensive. Bathrooms are shared, though the room did have its own sink. No frills, and very basic. Room was a little warm, but a fan was provided. About a ten minute drive from downtown. Would absolutely recommend.

Hard to find listed on Bedford Hwy main road but located on Seton Road.I began at rear wentrance main entrance is on third floor. Called security who redirected me to Phillip fromt desk agent who was very polite and helpful. ROOM IS TOO HOT even with open window. 2 washrooms for whole floor.

Je ne recommande pas cet endroit qui est loin du centre-ville en autobus. Il n’y a pas de restaurant autour et aucune possibilité de manger dans l’établissement. Les indications pour s’y rendre ne sont pas évidentes. J’ai du découvrir le campus pour y arriver. L’endroit était très propre et les personnes accueillantes. Le gardien de sécurité la nuit n’était pas discret. Il parlait devant les fenêtres ouvertes en pleine nuit. Ma chambre était cette à côté des grandes portes qui ont claques à chaque heure puisque les gens allait et venait. Je ne recommande ps cet endroit la nuit si vous voulez dormir. J’ai discuté de cela avec le gardien patrouilleur et il était impoli.

We, a senior and aunt, a niece and mother with her 3 young children, feel safe in this greenery university residence with its friendly and effective staffs. The apartment is roomy. 1 minor issue: may be we missed the instruction in the hotel confirmation, without a kind man we met at 166 Belford Hwy, who guided us all thw way to the check in "lobby", we could not figure out where.

For the cost, this is an excellent option for staying in Halifax. It was clean, secure, and inexpensive. Bathrooms are shared, though the room did have its own sink. No frills, and very basic. Room was a little warm, but a fan was provided. About a ten minute drive from downtown. Would absolutely recommend.

The place was okay but kind of confusing to locate. The address they have doesn't match the GPS. It was so frustrating. Had to call the university several times just to get the correct direction. I'm not sure if I would like to come back & stay there again. Not easy to find.

Good affordable place to get a good night’s sleep. No frills. With a car, it is very easy to get around. Public transit is doable. Lovely campus - trees and trails and a pond.

Travelling with a friend and her 2 teenage daughters. For the same price as a hotel room, we had 4 single bed bedrooms with a living room and kitchen. Bedding was included but kind of harsh and the bin with kitchen necessities was missing some key pieces(no plates, only 2 plastic bols, 1 glass) We still had a great stay, really quiet, free at the door parking and not that far from downtown.

We loved having a room each for a couple nights as we travel from Toronto to East coast. This was an easy place for the 5 of us . Free laundry was a bonus and we appreciated the facilities abailable and full kitchen. They provided some basic dishes. Towels and soap are available as well. Everything was basic , but worked well for our needs.

Great price. Note that they only take bookings through Expedia, so you still have to pay in person. Great for our group of 4. Mirrors are inside the doors of the cabinet and no a/c but was fine with the fan and windows open. No breakfast or tea towels.

Je ne recommande pas cet endroit qui est loin du centre-ville en autobus. Il n’y a pas de restaurant autour et aucune possibilité de manger dans l’établissement. Les indications pour s’y rendre ne sont pas évidentes. J’ai du découvrir le campus pour y arriver. L’endroit était très propre et les personnes accueillantes. Le gardien de sécurité la nuit n’était pas discret. Il parlait devant les fenêtres ouvertes en pleine nuit. Ma chambre était cette à côté des grandes portes qui ont claques à chaque heure puisque les gens allait et venait. Je ne recommande ps cet endroit la nuit si vous voulez dormir. J’ai discuté de cela avec le gardien patrouilleur et il était impoli.

Really clean! We stayed at this property in August and the price was right. The check in was easy and the room was very basic but very clean. There was no air conditioning but the fans kept things nice and cool. The gym was awesome, within walking distance, and free. It was a 5 minute walk to the school dining with had a great breakfast.

I’ve stated this place before I will say it was kind of dirty. There was also not a lot of signage to let you know where the extra parking is. There’s also different times for checkout they tell you like 10 o’clock, but on the paper that’s right outside the main checkout area. I think it says 11. It’s a good place for a one night stay but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than that.

Fantastic location. We had a rental car and could easily get to the harbour front or highway to Lunenburg. Facility was clean and comfortable. I did not expect that there would be no dishes at all to use. Luckily we had our own coffee mugs.
