The overall service was extremely bad, i called them couple of times to tell my parents are senior citizen and they have to take tablets provide food and other thibgs on time but they never did at all. We checked out 1 day before as we felt this is was not good at all

Bath Shower had no water pressure. The body wash bottle was empty when I checked in and after complaint on Day 2, it was filled up. Breakfast Food options were too less and "Hash Browns" were not available.

You hand over your laundry for cleaning. You get it back clean and in a different colour. The shower compartment was leaking heavily, so after 5 minutes of showering the washroom floor was soaking wet. The staff is really friendly, but that doesnt weigh up to your clothes changing colours and your room slowly turning into a water theme park.
