Bath Shower had no water pressure. The body wash bottle was empty when I checked in and after complaint on Day 2, it was filled up. Breakfast Food options were too less and "Hash Browns" were not available.

You hand over your laundry for cleaning. You get it back clean and in a different colour. The shower compartment was leaking heavily, so after 5 minutes of showering the washroom floor was soaking wet. The staff is really friendly, but that doesnt weigh up to your clothes changing colours and your room slowly turning into a water theme park.

False and fraudulent advertising with fake photos and reviews. This building is dilapidated and dirty. The condition is terrible and they are trying to fool people by calling themselves a 4 star hotel with photoshopped photos and fake reviews. We stayed one night and were appalled at the condition of the hotel. Unfortunately we had no time to look for a different hotel.

Stay was satisfactory although the rates could be little cheaper. Overall a decent place to stay.
