Local com diversas atrações quebradas, sala de jogos em que nada funciona, vários espaços desativados, parquinhos com brinquedos quebrados. Parece que abandonaram. Estrutura também em situação de abandono, quartos velhos, com infiltração. Isolamento acústico horrível, precisei brigar para trocar de quarto pois o casal ao lado levou cachorro e o deixava sozinho no quarto latindo até depois das 21h. Dizem que é Pet friendly mas não impõem limites aos “pais” de Pet. Opções de recreação para crianças são bem sem graça, nos colocaram em um microônibus caindo aos pedaços, com monitores adolescentes que não tem a menor ideia do que estão fazendo, e nos levaram à entrada do hotel para tirar foto com uma estátua de dinossauro. Filas enormes para check In e check out, com poucos funcionários, camas velhas com cheiro de pó e aspecto sujo. Jamais voltarei.

Comida muito boa, boas opções de atividades, apesar da estreitura bem antiga e pouca manutenção. Mesas demoram a serem limpas após o uso, o que faz com que outras pessoas tenham que sentar em locais não adequados para refeição. Funcionários do bar parecem mais preocupados em bater papo com outros funcionários do que atender os hóspedes. Viam as pessoas no balcão esperando mas não se manifestavam e quando atendiam, sempre pouco prestativos. Período frio e os quartos com apenas lençóis nas camas e as cobertas que tinham estavam muito velhas e com forte cheiro. Quarto com pouca proteção contra a luz solar e café que encerra cedo (9:30). Infelizmente o restaurante apesar de ter boas opções de comidas, faltava muita coisa e precisávamos ficar esperando bom tempo até repor, como por exemplo, ovos mexidos pela manhã. Faltavam pratos e talheres, também tínhamos que esperar muito tempo até repor. Acredito que não estavam preparados para um período lotado, fiquei decepcionado, não devo ter dado sorte com o período, pois vendo comentários de outros hóspedes de outros períodos, eles ficaram satisfeitos e até me baseei nisso para fazer esta escolha.
