This has historically been our go-to hotel for business trips. They offered dinners and happy hour. Breakfast was always incredible. The common area air conditioning was off. The front desk girl didn’t acknowledge the complaints of it being too hot despite multiple people saying something. They no longer do the happy hour/dinners. And breakfast was mediocre at best. Just disappointing all around.

Great little suite for sure. Cupboards were dusty but pretty much everything u need for a quick meal after work. The pet fee was alot and expidia dosn't stipulate that at all it's 100 dollars non refundable so that was definitely a suprise. Great dining options around for restaurants options and a super quiet area woth good parking for work trucks.

Room key would not open from outside after hours, had to walk from the back where there was parking to the front. Toilet handle stopped working (would not flush) . No good breakfast options. Left a personal pillow behind in the room and my pillow with a grey pillow case “disappeared” or was not found which means housekeeping probably kept our $80 pillow. Will probably not stay here anymore.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room however was not very clean. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was a lot of long hair in the shower. I skipped it! There was no hand soap so you had to get soap from the dispenser in the shower. Also, the fitness center wasn't much more than free weights and treadmills.

Customer service was fine. Room smelled bad and was dirty…dirty hand prints on the wall, dirty foot prints on the ottoman, dirt and leaves in the hallway, etc. The shower floor was sloped the wrong way. Water ran away from the drain and collected in a big puddle at the wrong end of the shower. Will not stay here again.

The mattress was really bouncy, we removed the sheets on the mattress and there was a lot of stains. The bathroom shower there was a dark spot from the water just sitting there for a long time. The drain cover was broken and wasn’t on there right. Other than that it was ok. It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst. But for the price and name I would expect it to be closer to good

Check In was fast and easy, a little disappointed that only one of the TVs was working, but maintenance guy tried to fix and was unable to. Other than that everything was great, quiet, clean, and comfortable.

I travel to Odessa for business and this is my new favorite spot. Large comfortable rooms, nice desk space for work, easy commute to Odessa, Midland and surrounding areas, away from heavy traffic/noise, and plenty of dining options within walking distance. Will definitely be back.

Overall was very pleased with my stay. For the $120 price, this room came with a lot! Cook-ware, utensils, a Keurig, K-Cups, powder creamer, sugar, coffee mugs and wine glasses! Free breakfast in lobby as well. Definitely a much bigger bang for your buck compared to The DownTown Odessa Marriott, which ranges anywhere from $200-$500 for half of what this location offers. The room was also a 9/10 on cleanliness and atmosphere. Thermostat worked well also. The location of the hotel also felt very safe, so I had no issues with the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this location to others, and would definitely return!

The entire staff was nice, there was one staff member that was outstanding her name is Alizay C. we drove for 7 hours to Odessa for a funeral she made sure we were able to check in early freshen up and change our clothes in time for the funeral. She didn't have to do it but she did. She understood what we were about to go through and her comforting spirit make it better for all of us. Thank you Alizay!!

The location itself was great. Close to shopping and restraunts. It was a bit off of the highway so getting to it took us about 5-10mins from our route. Only stayed on night.

Overall was very pleased with my stay. For the $120 price, this room came with a lot! Cook-ware, utensils, a Keurig, K-Cups, powder creamer, sugar, coffee mugs and wine glasses! Free breakfast in lobby as well. Definitely a much bigger bang for your buck compared to The DownTown Odessa Marriott, which ranges anywhere from $200-$500 for half of what this location offers. The room was also a 9/10 on cleanliness and atmosphere. Thermostat worked well also. The location of the hotel also felt very safe, so I had no issues with the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this location to others, and would definitely return!

This has historically been our go-to hotel for business trips. They offered dinners and happy hour. Breakfast was always incredible. The common area air conditioning was off. The front desk girl didn’t acknowledge the complaints of it being too hot despite multiple people saying something. They no longer do the happy hour/dinners. And breakfast was mediocre at best. Just disappointing all around.

Great place for the price. Staff are really nice people and it is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast may need a bit of improvement. Definitely will be back!

Room key would not open from outside after hours, had to walk from the back where there was parking to the front. Toilet handle stopped working (would not flush) . No good breakfast options. Left a personal pillow behind in the room and my pillow with a grey pillow case “disappeared” or was not found which means housekeeping probably kept our $80 pillow. Will probably not stay here anymore.

I liked that the property was quiet and clean. The descor was a little outdated and the breakfast options could have been better. Several of the food items was cold.

This is a hotel across from a shopping complex that we assumed would reflect on the Hotel itself. Sewell or Sewell Ford appears to own most of the area by the new cars showcased at the front of the hotel. The hotel itself is yet another victim of many an oil worker in coveralls that has abused the property and an example of hoteliers that have accepted it and have resigned themselves to the damage and have given up. The place is disgustingly dirty and you will smell like a petrochemical plant or oil rig when you leave. It lacks proper cleaning. Of any kind. Did I say “nasty” yet. We slept in our clothes and went to the work location we had to be at and got out of there the fastest that we could. My wife enjoyed killing a roach as I was loading the car. We were afraid to sit on the sofa (smelled like it had been abused in some way and crying out for relief). Will never stay here again and after years of Residence Inn’s have started to rethink my brand loyalty. I doubt the Sewell brand own this hotel chain flag site because this is not their standard. Stay away and sleep in your car and recycle your coffee cup. You’ll thank me. As someone in the oil industry that employs a staff I was more horrified that this is how hoteliers are treating our hard working oil related workers in the field - who deserve better. BTW - we had the largest suite they offer.
