So the staff did not seem all there. Then the pillows in the room are pillow cases stuff with sheets. There is no working ice machine even though Theres an ice bucket. The TV cable Does not work at all front desk will not answer the phone do not stay here the bed is a very very old box spring hard (mattresses) there's a huge hole in the bathroom door. The sink is gross there's looks the be something written in blood on the outside of dressers night stand by bed. The inside lock on door is broken.

Room was supposed to be poolside but there is no pool at all. Washroom door had two punch holes. AC temperature is minimum set at 61, can’t take it below that. Room didn’t look as clean as showed in pictures

I would rate it OK. The bad: Outside parking was not very clean; but not terrible. There was an old wash rag behind the toilet from a previous guest; Toilet seat missing paint in spots (for a lousy $15-20 they could fix this); AC worked but only ok (it was around 80° at night); I expected to be charged for my dog but I checked everywhere in my booking and it said pet friendly—and with nowhere to say yes I have a pet, I was charged $15 for the night only upon arrival. Maybe that’s an Expedia problem but someone needs to build that into my booking prior to arrival. The good: Room wasn’t cramped at all, bed was nice, tv and water were great, didn’t hear neighbors at all (it was a work crew too). You get what you pay for but I suspect for $15 more I’d get a better hotel. That said it was ok, at least for a guy traveling on his own who wants a place to sleep.

My nonsmoking room smelled like someone smoked 50 packs a cigarettes a day for 10 years in it. The carpet was dirty. Pool was torn up. Property was not very attractive.

This property sucks. Got there checked in went to dinner came back and was locked out of my room. Went to the office to reactivate my key not once but twice still didn’t work. The locking panel apparently needed new batteries. They changed the batteries it still didn’t open the door even after using the master key. They had to pry it open with a tire rod so we could get our things out of the room. They assigned us another room but it wasn’t the same one that I had booked. Also I booked a non smoking room and the gave me a smoking room twice. Wasn’t happy at all. Will never book again.

When I made the reservation there was no note of property under construction. The building is dirty, the refrigerator smelled. I had issues trying to get extra towels. the bed is also on some sort of a metal box so every time the person to either side of you hit their bed you heard a loud Metal bang. the list goes on but again they are renovating so I will chalk this stay up to that being the issues. I would not recommend anyone staying here until they finish the renovations. Like anything, there is potential if the property owners upgrade the place to the standards they would feel comfortable staying at their selves.

I don’t even know where to begin! There were so many issues! I guess I will start with the room temperature being 57 degrees upon arrival. Not shocking since the heater was turned off and there were gaps between the door and door jamb that lit up the room with sunlight. When I did turn on the heater, it was stuck on 86 degrees. Therefore, I had to turn it on for a little while until it warmed up, then had to turn it off to avoid feeling like I was sleeping in a sauna. It makes for a long night. The walls had visible patch work, strips of missing paint and gauged areas. The shower dripped 24/7. Finally there were black hairs in several places, on walls, countertops, sinks…

This place is horrible they first asked for a deposit that they never have befoee nor is it listed on any website and u might as well kiss that goodbye no matter how clean ur room is when u check out they keep it. Second the roaches in the room r the sixe of small dogs. The dad who works in the office is rude n soeaks gery little english, also dont spill a drink after 9 or try to check out at night or your sleeping jn it cause they wont help u. Worst experience of my life! All the crackheads i almost got mugged trying to get to my room just to be woke up the mext morning to a police stand off four doors down 👎👎👎

As soon as I opened the door to my room I was meet with a musty smell. There were roaches in the room as well. When I was getting the bed ready to sleep in I found someone's hairs on the sheet and what looked like either dried mud or dried poop in between the top sheet and the blanket.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. This should not be advertised on the site. There was black mold all over the ceiling and a cup up there catching the water that was dripping in from the cracks in the ceiling. Everything was covered in burn holes. It’s so bad.

Although our expectations were not super high because of the price we paid. We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival on the outside asthetics. The outdated furniture while checking in gave me an idea of what to expect of our rooms. Sarah checked me in w a smile and although their was a problem she made it work and yes they do have dog friendly rooms but I would suggest you calling them in advance and letting them know you will be bringing your fur baby! We got a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke, again the room decor was truly out dated other than the upgraded TV set. the drawers didn't open and if they did it was not clean, the shower need a remodel. Their was a hole in the bathroom door. As far as I know they have new management and are trying to upgrade the place. Hopeful they do and people start giving them better stars.

This property sucks. Got there checked in went to dinner came back and was locked out of my room. Went to the office to reactivate my key not once but twice still didn’t work. The locking panel apparently needed new batteries. They changed the batteries it still didn’t open the door even after using the master key. They had to pry it open with a tire rod so we could get our things out of the room. They assigned us another room but it wasn’t the same one that I had booked. Also I booked a non smoking room and the gave me a smoking room twice. Wasn’t happy at all. Will never book again.

This place is horrible they first asked for a deposit that they never have befoee nor is it listed on any website and u might as well kiss that goodbye no matter how clean ur room is when u check out they keep it. Second the roaches in the room r the sixe of small dogs. The dad who works in the office is rude n soeaks gery little english, also dont spill a drink after 9 or try to check out at night or your sleeping jn it cause they wont help u. Worst experience of my life! All the crackheads i almost got mugged trying to get to my room just to be woke up the mext morning to a police stand off four doors down 👎👎👎

Not clean at all. Looks like that had a child working the front desk while the parents slept in the back. The room was not clean at all and smelled horrible. I would not suggest. The staff looked confused when I was trying to check in.

I have stayed here close to a year left for a few months and then came back and I was welcomed with open arms! Staff is always willing and ready to accommodate me to the best of their ability! They are understanding, compassionate, and always go above and beyond to make sure my stay is peaceful and quiet! The staff is always smiling and ready to exceed expectations! Thanks for everything!

When I made the reservation there was no note of property under construction. The building is dirty, the refrigerator smelled. I had issues trying to get extra towels. the bed is also on some sort of a metal box so every time the person to either side of you hit their bed you heard a loud Metal bang. the list goes on but again they are renovating so I will chalk this stay up to that being the issues. I would not recommend anyone staying here until they finish the renovations. Like anything, there is potential if the property owners upgrade the place to the standards they would feel comfortable staying at their selves.

The top cover was stained big time,maybe they should go with a darker color it was white,at least it was supposed to be,the doors and trimming needs to be clean and painted, the staff seems to be following you around. It was unsafe and creepy. I had a non-smoking room,but I had smokers on each side of me smoking, on the outside of the room so strong it came in my room, they would not put me close to my family, so someone had to bunk with me for my safety, it was actually to late to switch hotels otherwise I would have. Great water pressure, hit water,clean towels,furniture i wouldn't sit on old and dirty,used my own sheets and blankets and cases.

I was disappointed that there was NO pool despite the hotel having it listed and my room showing poolside. This influenced my decision to book this spot. The staff was friendly and the property was ok.

For around $60 a night, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but this place was still pretty disappointing. The room was basic and definitely could’ve been cleaner, and the overall property felt pretty run down. It was okay for just having somewhere to sleep for one night, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless I had no other options. For the price, I’d still expect the room and hotel to be maintained a little better.

The property looked decent from the outside but once I got to the room it all changed. I opened the door and the pungent smell of mold almost made me gag. The sheets looked dirty and had stains I assume. The towels looked dirty with stains too. There was mold on the lamp shade and the a/c didn't have a filter and you could see the black dust and mold on the coils. I would definitely not recommend staying there.
