Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà: le camere sono carine e arredate con cura, ma danno l’impressione di una struttura tranquilla e appartata, mentre in realtà si affacciano sulla strada principale. Il rumore del traffico è continuo e l’aria condizionata è molto rumorosa. Inoltre, essendo le camere su due piani, si sente fortemente ogni movimento degli ospiti al piano superiore. Anche i materassi non erano particolarmente confortevoli. La maggiore delusione è stata la colazione. È inclusa, ma non c’è alcuna possibilità di scelta: per tutti e tre i giorni ci è stato servito lo stesso vassoio, con un uovo preparato con olio e formaggio, yogurt con mirtilli e un muffin. Non essendo di nostro gradimento, abbiamo chiesto cortesemente al manager se fosse possibile avere qualcosa di semplice, come scrambled eggs o un uovo al tegamino, pane tostato, marmellata o formaggio spalmabile e del latte. La risposta è stata negativa: quella era la colazione prevista e non era possibile modificarla. Nemmeno per le bambine era possibile avere un bicchiere di latte. Abbiamo quindi chiesto di cancellare il terzo giorno della prenotazione. Ci è stato detto che era possibile, ma senza alcun rimborso. Peccato, perché le camere sono belle, ma rumore, letti scomodi e soprattutto la totale mancanza di flessibilità del management hanno reso la nostra esperienza molto negativa. Non torneremmo e non lo consigliamo.

If I could give more starts I would. From the moment we arrived Travis and Nicole greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. The room is comfortable, the breakfast was very good. My only complaint is the AC is a bit loud but I'm a light sleeper. I will come back when I'm in Kanab. Thanks Travis, for taking such good care of your guests. Nicole is also a gem, we had some good conversations with her and she always there to help.

This day was fantastic. We booked last minute and arrived, and the staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed the room itself. And the breakfast in the morning was nothing short of extraordinary. We'll definitely book again and would highly recommend
