No water at night and no bath possible. My last day was terrible with no hot water for bath. The price is too high for those inconvenience. I had to move to Salvador and stay at Íbis.

Hotel super lotado sem estrutura para receber o quantitativo de hóspedes, quarto com ar condicionado sem funcionar, somente trocaram no outro dia por indisponibilidade, o segundo com problemas no banheiro, um aviso do 4º para o 5º andar é escada. O restaurante tem apenas uma pessoa no salão, falta tudo no café, literalmente tudo, a equipe é muito atenciosa e esforçada, mas a demanda é muito maior. Não recomendo se você procura descansar.

O hotel se diz 4 estrelas, mas passa longe, se fazem um evento você não pode usar o restaurante, escolhemos ele justamente por ter restaurante, e fomos obrigado a sair atrás de restaurante fora do hotel pois fecharam o restaurante pra outro evento deixando os hóspedes desassistidos
