Hacienda de Leal - BW Signature Collection

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel 3 nuits, dès que nous avons été dans notre chambre, nous avons constaté du bruit qui vient de travaux juste à côté alors nous avons vu la réceptionniste et elle nous a changé de chambre tout de suite. Mais le problème c’est que de la nouvelle (206) il y’a un bruit en permanence et ni la réceptionniste du jour ni celle de la nuit n’avait su d’où ça venait! On a dû dormir avec les boules quies! À part ce souci, l’établissement est agréable, la réceptionniste de jour est très professionnelle et arrangeante, sincèrement si on retourne dans ce coin, on retournera à cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Clean room, hardly saw staff, ok breakfast, no on-site bar or food. Plenty of parking, quick and easy check-in. Great location, cute town.

The lady at reception was lovely so no issue with service. I asked if there were any facilities and she said no, it's an event hotel - basically for weddings, parties etc. they have a lovely central area with lots of trees and then rooms for people to stay over. All fine. The room however was not good. A long black hair in the bed and another in the shower and it all felt a bit grubby. This could have be overlooked, however the main issue was the noise. The soundproofing was non-existent. We could hear everything from the room above us, and unfortunately for us they stayed up all night doing god knows what very loudly....! I almost called reception at 3am but then thought, what are they going to do? They weren't actually doing anything wrong, the issue is the property. We'd had a long drive that day and had a long drive planned the next day and it was actually quite dangerous not to have any sleep, so I would warn people against staying here unless they have nothing to do the next day. Went over for breakfast but didn't look good so can't comment on that.

I put on clean socks and took a few steps in the room and they were very dirty. The safe did not work at all. Did not light up. Black mold in bathroom. Half of the holes on the shower head were plugged. The onsite ice maker did not work. Our keys would not work when we returned to the room in the evening and we were told that we had demagnetized them. There were four separate people with four separate keys. She gave us MAJOR attitude. The next day we were told that THEY made a mistake when they checked us in. The food was BAD! Pushed the button on the pancake machine and it asked "Full Bag or Half Bag" you could not push a button to fix it. There were no employees around to help. The waffle batter was majorly watered down and made a less than desirable waffle. The syrup dispenser was out; the eggs had a green/blue tint to them. They did not clean our room when we got back to our room last night. Overall, poor experience!
