The room was quite incredibly clean. My only, mild, issue is my "window" was a permanently covered opening to a construction area where they were building a new room. It was noisy with the workers' conversation and radio the first day. The second day they poured concrete and stopped work to let it dry, and after that was the weekend. Staff were great. There was a temporary hot water problem the last day and breakfast was free. If you arrive after dark at the Montpellier St-Roch station the hotel can be hard to spot. Go downstairs in the station where the Starbucks is, and it's right across the street next to a McDonald's.
