Super nice staff. Check in and out was easy. Guest laundry room was not usable. Gym was great. Continental breakfast had a good selection. Gluten free bagels were a nice surprise. Convenient to Grove Hill, where we travelled for a baseball tournament. Would stay there again.

The hotel, checkin experience and breakfast were all great. A group of guests got in the pool, pooped in the pool and there was toilet paper and cups left everywhere by the pool. Also, the bathroom by the pool had toilet paper and poop all over the toilets. I did tell the front desk and he personally cleaned the bathrooms and locked the pool. He gave it his best effort to help. Then the same group of guests had a “party” with guests that were not staying at the hotel. They took up the entire outdoor area and were smoking weed, cussing, yelling and were drinking excessively. As the night went on 6-7 hours later, the drinkers got in a fight on the hotel premises. The hotel workers permitted this onsite behavior and basically looked the other way while it was going on like there was no way to control the situation. With the non-hotel guests lingering all in the parking lots around guests cars, this is a PROBLEM and will be a problem if this continues.

The young woman who checked us in & worked that night at the front desk was amazing. Very pleasant, friendly & courteous. She was exceptional & always had a smile and good attitude. Hated that the pool was “out of order,” as we always enjoy cooling off and swimming on our yearly visit.

Nice staff upon checkin. Breakfast was good. The nightstand in the room was broken and a couple of outlets in the room didn’t work but other than that, the beds were cozy and it was clean!! The pool was closed which was a bummer.

Once we arrived after a 3 hour drive at 1:45AM (CST) in the morning, the room we had was not clean. The sinks were full of toothpaste and pubic hair. I had to go to the front desk at 2:00 in the morning and ask for cleaning supplies before we could get settled and clean the bathroom as best as I could. The floors and tub was full of hair as if the room was never cleaned. The floor was dirty, un-vacuumed, with food and chips on the floor. We found toenail clippings in my kids beds, that led me to believe the sheets were not even changed. After waking up that morning around 7:00AM (CST) we went to ask for towels and washcloths, we were told by the front desk they didn’t have anything washed and cleaned. We came for a funeral and this is what we had to deal with. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was not like this. The breakfast was good as always, the cleanliness of the hotel and room were definitely filthy. I notified the front desk of how disappointed I was of my stay. I was told that the housekeeping supervisor would be notified. Our room was also stuck at 75 degrees which was really hot for us.

Property is fairly new but the maintenance is poor. The bathroom has been repaired poorly and sheetrock at the base of the shower outside poorly repaired. the shower curtain was too short and the water ran out on the floor causing water to stand on the floor. Dead bugs found in the corner or the room. Placed in a handicaped room when not needed..

The hotel itself is super clean and new. We got the king size suite, which was more than enough room. We brought our dog since Expedia advertised it as pet friendly, but they only allow service dogs. Thankfully, the staff was willing to allow our pup to stay for the price of the “pet policy violation” charge.

Stayed with my mother who is suffering from memory issues. She tried to interact asking the same questions over and over and the staff was so gracious. The staff was so kind offering extra blankets as she said she gets cold.

Fortunately, we were able to register our Golden Retriever as an Emotional Support Animal, and we brought his certification with us. We did not have to present it at check-in. After driving over 10 hours on 10/14/2023, arrived at the property and was told our room had not been cleaned because someone didn't show up that day. Please keep in mind that it was at this time 10pm which meant that room had been dirty the entire day. The person at the front desk referred me to the GM whose only rationale was to go to another hotel down the street. We were unable to stay there and had to pay more at the next hotel.

They had a power outage and the elevator lights never came back on and they told everyone to use the stairs. The fire alarm went off at 5:30 am there was no announcement over the intercom the it was smoke in the kitchen. No communication

This was a newer property and although there were a few issues, they worked quickly to accommodate and made right. The staff was just amazing, friendly and worth the visit. I am glad we were able to have a safe place to stay while visiting our family.

Hotels.com said pet friends, and we had stayed here 10 days prior with our schnauzer and saw other people with yorkies got to checkin and they said NO PETS. We could not reason with them and had to go search for another hotel that was pet friendly with no luck. This hotel is NOT pet friendly and this was a horribly ling trip with no where to stay.

The floors and tub was full of hair as if the room was never cleaned. The floor was dirty, un-vacuumed, with food and chips on the floor. We found toenail clippings in my kids beds, that led me to believe the sheets were not even changed. After waking up that morning around 7:00AM (CST) we went to ask for towels and washcloths, we were told by the front desk they didn’t have anything washed and cleaned. We came for a funeral and this is what we had to deal with. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was not like this. The breakfast was good as always, the cleanliness of the hotel and room were definitely filthy. I notified the front desk of how disappointed I was of my stay. I was told that the housekeeping supervisor would be notified. Our room was also stuck at 75 degrees which was really hot for us.

I was surprised at how modern and clean the hotel was. The breakfast was southern and delicious. ALL of the staff was helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.

Super nice staff. Check in and out was easy. Guest laundry room was not usable. Gym was great. Continental breakfast had a good selection. Gluten free bagels were a nice surprise. Convenient to Grove Hill, where we travelled for a baseball tournament. Would stay there again.

The hotel, checkin experience and breakfast were all great. A group of guests got in the pool, pooped in the pool and there was toilet paper and cups left everywhere by the pool. Also, the bathroom by the pool had toilet paper and poop all over the toilets. I did tell the front desk and he personally cleaned the bathrooms and locked the pool. He gave it his best effort to help. Then the same group of guests had a “party” with guests that were not staying at the hotel. They took up the entire outdoor area and were smoking weed, cussing, yelling and were drinking excessively. As the night went on 6-7 hours later, the drinkers got in a fight on the hotel premises. The hotel workers permitted this onsite behavior and basically looked the other way while it was going on like there was no way to control the situation. With the non-hotel guests lingering all in the parking lots around guests cars, this is a PROBLEM and will be a problem if this continues.

Nice staff upon checkin. Breakfast was good. The nightstand in the room was broken and a couple of outlets in the room didn’t work but other than that, the beds were cozy and it was clean!! The pool was closed which was a bummer.

Upon my arrival, the first room I was assigned was absolutely unacceptable. The bathroom had not been cleaned and was extremely filthy. I returned to the front desk, where Tracy was exceptionally helpful. She promptly reassigned me to another room and, knowing I have limited mobility, thoughtfully placed me on the first floor. I truly appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist. Unfortunately, the second room presented another issue it did not have a shower curtain. Once again, Tracy maintained her pleasant attitude and accommodated me without hesitation. Before officially accepting the room, I inspected it myself. While it was much cleaner and did have a shower curtain, I discovered a large stain on the bed sheets. Because it was late in the evening, I simply asked Tracy for a clean set of sheets and changed them myself. She graciously offered to do it for me, but I declined because she had already gone above and beyond throughout the evening. My frustration is with the overall condition and housekeeping standards of the hotel. Considering this property is one of the better options in the area, I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and quality control. A guest should not have to inspect multiple rooms or replace their own bedding to feel comfortable staying overnight. The condition of the rooms fell well below what is acceptable.

No cable or anything working on the TV for most of our 2 night stay. Called and asked for more towels as they only left us 1, they advise us that they didn’t have any more towels until the next day. Ice machine was down too.
