Room was not very clean shower curtain and sheets dirty window ledge dirty left after one night

We booked the property because it was listed as having parking and based on the pictures, came across as a decent B&B for a night. Prior to our stay, we messaged the property inquiring about parking but we never received a response and upon arrival we realised there was no parking, so we had to park 5 minutes away in a council car park paying an additional £15 for 24 hours. Upon entering the property, the first thing we noticed was the mouldy smell. The lady who checked us in was quite friendly and pretty much that's the only positive memory we have. Our room had the same, musty smell, with mould over the ceiling. The walls and doors were dirty and full of holes. The carpet and bedsheets had cigarette burns on them and both were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was poor - the TV remote was sticky, we had to wipe clean the toilet seat before using it. The bathroom door didn't close at all, and the light switch cover was hanging loose. Huge spiderwebs in the corners. There were a small tea tray for us to use, however the kettle wouldn't even fit under the tap, but that was the smallest issue of all. Overall, the condition of the room was so poor we decided not to spend the night and left within an hour of checking in. Would not recommend. Misleading listing, poor condition and cleanliness.
