La estancia fue buena, pero no fue por lo que pagamos. Un par de días antes, el personal del hotel, me mandó mensaje para avisarme que el check in era en otro hotel como a 5 cuadras del lugar, lo cual es difícil cuando llevas varias maletas. Al llegar al hotel que se encontraba en el primer piso, no tenía elevador y nos tocó subir las maletas por las escaleras. No había recepción y las fotos que se muestran en la página de hoteles.com no corresponden. Está bien ubicado, pero no es lo que se promete y sin duda, por ese precio habríamos encontrado algo mejor.

I wouldnt book here. The instructions are confusing. You have to write in a specific address. They have no reception area. Expect u to walk in the heat with lugages to one hotel to check in and than walk to the actual hotel. They offer no service for that inconvenience. The elevator is very tiny and sometimes didnt work . There was ants in the room. Noisy . There was a dog barking near our room .

After a long flight and travelling in the heat through Rome, we arrived at hotel Regina Giovanna only to find there is no reception desk. Just a door with a message saying we had to take a 10 minute walk to the sister hotel to do the check-in. This was not mentioned when we booked the hotel and it was really annoying. Once in our room, we found it to be very pleasant, very clean and just what we needed as a base for our visit to Rome.

Very satisfied for a budget hotel! The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was great. Also, I really appreciated the location which was on a main street with great shopping, but still quiet area. Close enough to the train station by walking (10mins) and the main attractions like the colosseum / Trévi fountain (20mins). Theres also easy public transport buses across the street which was convenient if we didn’t want to walk (we used the CityMapper App). The only negatives for me was that the reception for check-in was relocated to a different hotel 4 blocks away which was inconvenient. All in all, I would stay here again.

Si l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal et permet un accès facile et rapide à tous les monuments de la ville, nous relevons quelques désagréments suite à notre séjour d’Octobre 2022 : - les murs entre les chambres sont très fins et donc, l’intimité toute relative et le sommeil souvent dérangé. - le dispositif de climatisation semble quelques peu désuet et le refroidissement de la chambre quasi inexistant. - La réception de l'hôtel est située dans un autre lieu, à 5-10 minutes à pied, ce qui est à noter si on se fait déposer à l'hôtel avec des bagages. Dans les points positifs : la chambre était propre.

Ho soggiornato per una sola notte e, purtroppo, devo dire di essere rimasto altamente insoddisfatto. Non c’era l’acqua calda, il condizionatore non funzionava e il Wi-Fi inesistente (la mia camera era “blindata”). La cosa più grava è stata l’assenza di acqua calda, necessaria per l’igiene personale. Non ci ritornerò!
Ho soggiornato per una sola notte e, purtroppo, devo dire di essere rimasto altamente insoddisfatto. Non c’era l’acqua calda, il condizionatore non funzionava e il Wi-Fi inesistente (la mia camera era “blindata”). La cosa più grava è stata l’assenza di acqua calda, necessaria per l’igiene personale. Non ci ritornerò!

Très bruillant, on entend les voisins entrer et sortir avec le buzzer de l'entrée et les portes qui claquent. J'ai loué deux chambres dans la 121 pas de lampe de chevet, pas de garde-robe, pas de coffre fort bien que j'aie payé pour. Dans la 122 tout était là. Pas de reception, la reception est dans un autre hôtel. N'atrivez pas avant 14h, on laisse vos baggages dans l'entrée même si on vous dit qu'ils sont dans un local barré. Le seul avantage c'est la proximité de la gare. Je ne recommande pas et je n'y retournerai pas.

Fahrstuhl leider ohne Funktion... Klimaanlage für alle Zimmer auf gleicher Temperatur ( viel zu warm, nicht regulierbar). Badezimmertüre Griff defekt, darum nicht richtig zu schließen... Fernseher vorhanden, aber die Boxen am Fernseher sehr schlecht (scheppern).. Aber im Großen und Ganzen, wenn man das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen und Duschen braucht, ist es absolut in Ordnung in dieser echt fünstigen Preisklasse... Empfehlenswert!!

This place should not be considered a Hotel it is more like a hostel. No staff on site, you must check I'm at a separate hotel 10 minutes down the road. Room walls were made out of paper, you could hear everything literally everything your neighbours were up to from going to the bathroom to joining in with their conversation. If you don't like sleep this is the place for you as the windows are also as thin as the walls you hear the busy traffic all night. Avoid.

Pas d’accueil, check-in dans un autre hôtel prévenu une semaine avant au lieu d’être indiqué sur la description en ligne, hôtel pas indiqué du tout hors Google Maps et instructions de l’hôtel de check-in. Lieu peu accueillant avec couloirs sombres. En revanche la chambre est super, bien isolée malgré une poignée de fenêtre cassée (heureusement il y a deux fenêtres donc possible d’aérer malgré un froid de canard 👍). Les murs doivent être un peu fins car on entend le voisin chanter sous la douche. Le débit d’eau de la douche est variable, il manque la couverture de la bonde. Autrement, pas une mauvaise expérience dans l’ensemble mais quelques surprises à l’arrivée.
Pas d’accueil, check-in dans un autre hôtel prévenu une semaine avant au lieu d’être indiqué sur la description en ligne, hôtel pas indiqué du tout hors Google Maps et instructions de l’hôtel de check-in. En revanche la chambre est super, bien isolée malgré une poignée de fenêtre cassée (heureusement il y a deux fenêtres donc possible d’aérer malgré un froid de canard 👍). Les murs doivent être un peu fins car on entend le voisin chanter sous la douche. Le débit d’eau de la douche est variable, il manque la couverture de la bonde. Autrement, pas une mauvaise expérience dans l’ensemble mais quelques surprises à l’arrivée.

I problemi partono dall’arrivo: nonostante la nota di late checkout in fase di prenotazione e una telefonata per avvertire poche ore prima dell’arrivo con rassicurazione che non ci sarebbero stati problemi, tutto è andato storto. Il check-in è durato oltre un’ora a causa della mancanza di un’assegnazione delle stanze, la mancanza di alcune chiavi, varie telefonate dell’operatore per cercare una soluzione, problemi al sistema di registrazione e così via. Quando finalmente ci spostiamo dall’hotel in cui abbiamo fatto il check in verso l’hotel regina margherita, scopriamo trovarsi in un palazzo insieme ad altre strutture di hospitality.l la luce dell’attimo al mio piano non funzionava e l’acqua calda non c”era. Il problema dell’acqua e durato anche tutto il giorno successivo nonostante avessi richiesto più volte un intervento a partire dalla mattina. Problemi anche per il mio collega che non ha chiuso occhio a causa di una ventola del climatizzatore particolarmente rumorosa. E per finire pulizie non eseguite nelle camere Il tutto a un prezzo non di certo economico

Lo único bueno fue la ubicación. El hotel deja mucho que desear sobre todo el servicio, es increíble que a la llegada no hubiera nadie. No existe la recepción, me recibió un hotel de abajo (hotel miami) me dijeron que llamara que era común que no recibieran a los clientes. Llame y me dijeron que tenía que ir a otra dirección por la llave, que caminara 15 min y allá hacia el check in. Mientras yo iba mi familia espero en la recepción del otro hotel. Al día siguiente no había agua caliente, me dijeron que mandarían un Tecnico en 10 minutos. Esperamos más de 1 hora, llego hasta la tarde, no pude ni tomar desayuno que ofrecían en el otro hotel. Las fotos que ofrecen en expedía no son las reales. No deberían ofrecer este hotel. Es un engaño y fraude a los clientes como yo. Una decepción y te cambia los planes y tiempos ya establecidos en un viaje.

Having read some of the previous reviews, we were very pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff at the check in hotel, and even more surprised by the hotel Regina Giovanna. It was very easy to find, on the first floor of a lovely Italian apartment block. The room was very comfortable, very clean, great location, near to shops, restaurants, and the station. Would certainly stay again.

The first point of contact in the hotel did not speak English at all. The only receptionist on-site was for one of the few hotels housed in the building and was only willing to help those booked in "their" hotel. We had to walk a few blocks and find the main hotel with receptionist who thankfully spoke English - to pick up the key to Hotel Regina Giovanna. Very inconvenient experience for a visitor to Italy. This should be mentioned on the website so that people do not feel "cheated".

I wouldnt book here. The instructions are confusing. You have to write in a specific address. They have no reception area. Expect u to walk in the heat with lugages to one hotel to check in and than walk to the actual hotel. They offer no service for that inconvenience. The elevator is very tiny and sometimes didnt work . There was ants in the room. Noisy . There was a dog barking near our room .

Very satisfied for a budget hotel! The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was great. Also, I really appreciated the location which was on a main street with great shopping, but still quiet area. Close enough to the train station by walking (10mins) and the main attractions like the colosseum / Trévi fountain (20mins). Theres also easy public transport buses across the street which was convenient if we didn’t want to walk (we used the CityMapper App). The only negatives for me was that the reception for check-in was relocated to a different hotel 4 blocks away which was inconvenient. All in all, I would stay here again.

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel direkt auf der Via Nationale. Der Check-In erfolgte in einem anderen Hotel, hier war das Personal sehr freundlich und hat mir alles genau erklärt. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr sauber und angenehm. Die Lage ist top, man kann alles zu Fuß besuchen. Absolut zu empfehlen!!

Esse é um hotel com uma boa localização, fizermos tudo a pé :). Porém para fazer o Checking inn e checking out Tem que fazer no hotel Piram que fica um pouco distante e café da manhã também no hotel Piram. E muito incômodo fazer esse trajeto . O ar-condicionado muito fraco, sétimos muito calor em toda estadia. Não aconselho esse hotel , nunca mais eu volto.

It was very inconvenient that the check in was not at the actual hotel. The hotel staff at the Golden Tulip was were very kind and helpful. There were really no amenities with the room. It was clean though.

The hotel has no reception desk so you have to check in at a different hotel and the walk with luggage to the hotel regina giovanna. We had a walker that had to be collapsed each time to get into the small elevator and hallway door. The staff that cleaned the rooms did an excellant job and we received clean towels and suplies everyday. The hotel was on a busy street so lots of great resteraunts and stores within a 4 block radius.
