Front desk staff were super friendly. The hot water was great and housekeeping took care of us each day. Really my only complaint is the rooms need some attention. There was paint coming off the bathroom wall and above the shower it looked like there is or was a leak from the ceiling. But overall the rooms were clean and it was quiet. Oh and the pool and hot tub was down which I did not know until we arrived. But I would stay here again.

The first room was filthy, was never cleaned. The 2nd room the little refrigerator didn’t work and the door fell off. In the bathroom, the ceiling over the tub/shower is falling in and molded, by the tub there was mold. I would never go back there. I guess that’s what I get for trying to manage money and look for something reasonable for one night. The lady at the desk had an attitude when I was checking out. LESSON LEARNED!

It was very outdated….smelled of some sort of cooked food throughout the whole hotel….hallway floors were dirty….room was comfy but dirty as well….walls were filthy with holes everywhere…..stained carpet….bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly…there was hair everywhere & even had a roach next to the toilet…

Last minute reservation. I slept 12 hours the moment my head hit the pillow. That's a big deal since I rarely ever sleep like that. It was wonderful.

Like: Clean, convenient to areas we were gonna visit, staff was friendly. Dislike: we were given an occupied room, bathtub very very slippery, rooms need update. If it hadn’t been for the grab bar would haven fallen. Breakfast: no coffee, no orange juice. Would not provide a printed receipt.

The manager gave me a key to room 110. I go to the room, open the door and there is someone in bed in the room. I return to the front desk and report what happened. The manager says ‘there shouldn’t be anyone in that room.’ He says come with me and we will check it out. We go to room 112 and he opens the room and hands me the key. I tell him it was room 110 and he says ‘you’re in 112 now’ and implies they had a power outage earlier so 110 may have been left out of their system. I would not risk staying there again.

I messed up and left my laptop and carrying bag in the room. By the time they found it and called me i was 200 miles down the road. We tried to figure the best way to get it back. The manager was nice enough to go to UPS and get it shipped back to me

I booked a room as a cheap option while passing through for one night. The room was generally very clean, with a few minor scuffs and one broken light fixture. I was impressed with the level of amenities for such a cheap price. No bugs, no bedbugs, quiet location, and walking distance to the Zia casino (though I’d still recommend driving due to the street layout). They had free breakfast, but unfortunately I had to leave before it started (6am). The pool was closed, but that wasn’t a big deal to me since I didn’t plan to swim anyway. If you do plan to swim, call ahead. The check in desk worker was friendly and helpful, and overall my stay was very pleasant!

Needs an update. Main problem is pool and jacuzzi need some serious attention. Breakfast consisted of 2 cereal dispensers that looked dirty,some muffins,bread and non functioning waffle maker. Nothing to drink.

Needs an update. Main problem is pool and jacuzzi need some serious attention. Breakfast consisted of 2 cereal dispensers that looked dirty,some muffins,bread and non functioning waffle maker. Nothing to drink.

Ok usually I’m easy going guy, this place needs major upgrades! Plus, they don’t provide and room basic amenities like lotion. The “breakfast” was crap. Old coffee from night before, waffle maker not available, no warm breakfast. First morning I go to use the coffee maker in my room, leaks from the side and doesn’t work. I will never stay there again. I actually rented a different hotel (newer build) to finish my stay in Hobbs. Do not offer this hotel to anymore of your patrons.

This property was nothing like it was advertised. The pool was closed, the hotel was rundown and was not clean. My room was not available and the option given was poor. The keys did not work for the room or the door on the side of the building. The continental breakfast was not stocked. This was a horrible experience start to finish,

The room was clean, but worn out and outdated. They have a decent fridge in the microwave, good cable TV. The pool and hot tub are closed. Not much of a free breakfast, fruit, and some muffins.

This hotel should be called The Disrepair Inn. The first thing we saw when walking into the lobby was a sign "Pool is Closed". So we asked about that and we were told in no uncertain terms that the pool and hot tub were closed and gave no reason. We got to the room and it was very hot because no one had turned on the A/C to cool the room. I turned on the A/C and we left the room for a couple of hours so it could cool off. The room had a bad odor. The light on the left side of the bed didn't work, and was wrapped with electrical tape. If we had planned on staying more than one night, we would have asked for a refund and went to another hotel. We go to Hobbs often and this is absolutely the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in, and we upgraded to the suite! Many little easy repairs were just simply overlooked. What they did right: 1.The bed was comfortable 2. Once the A/C got cool it worked very well. 3. The breakfast was very minimal, but the coffee was good. My biggest problem with the hotel is that I could have gotten a room like "that" for $50/Nt. When I pay $100./Nt, I expect some value for that amount! I can say unequivocally that I will never stay at a Brentwood Suites again, nor my friends or family. (I have pics that I will try to attach)

Horrible horrible beds. Dirty blankets. Blood or something smeared all over the bed skirts. Breakfast was nasty. Beds were super uncomfortable. Paint chipping, broken electrical covers. Never again will we book at this hotel!
