The Flat Creek Inn was affordable for the area and in a great location. It's just a short drive into Jackson and close to the national parks. It was quiet and the bed was confortable. The convenience store on site had all the items you needed or forgot.

Clean, spacious, lots of extras. Staff helpful, small convenience store open early. Didn’t really like outside doorways but it worked out that the did give us a first floor, no elevator for second floor.

Beautiful location across from the National Elk Refuge. Although the facility is somewhat dated, it is very clean and well maintained with a convenience store next door that provides complimentary morning coffee and pastries. Staff is friendly and very customer focused.

Room was clean and had all the amenities including bathroom necessities, lots of cosy towels, regular and decaf coffee, a selection of tea bags, refrigerator, microwave and television. The bed was very comfortable. There was some noise from the road and room above ours but not annoying. Going up the stairs to the second level with heavy suitcase was challenging. For our second stay we requested a ground floor room. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. The registration area offered fruit and snacks, plus hot drinks in the attached convenience store where we bought water and sodas for our journey. Wish there had been more choice in the store for breakfast items as there was no dining area so we had to eat breakfast in our room. Only a short drive into Jackson for an evening meal. Our stay exceeded expectations.

Property is north of Jackson about a mile so you’re not in the heart of the downtown over crowded area. Easy to access and parking right in front of rooms. The room was clean, a hand written note from the house keeper every day. Has a mini mart and gas station on site so that’s nice to be able to fill up before hitting the national parks. Staff was friendly and enjoyable. Didn’t have loud people or neighbors. Fridge, microwave. Table. Tv with satellite. We enjoyed the stay, would stay there again.

A bit pricy, but acceptable for July in Jackson. Great location for visiting Jackson and Grand Teton National Park. Free coffee, cookies, and fruit was helpful, as was having a gas station and minimart on sight.

The hotel is older but the rooms were clean, housekeeping came in every day, the bed was comfortable. Close to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle as Jackson has so many tourists for such a small place. The hotel is convenient to the Grand Tetons, there is a gas station and mini-mart on the property. The mini-mart offers free coffee for those booked there and they have an ATM inside the store. Rooms have a fridge, microwave and small coffee pot. Free Wi-Fi, ample parking, good selection of TV channels. I would recommend this place. A little pricey but pretty competitive with the other hotels in the area. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I could smell a kerosene heater when running the bathroom vent fan. There were several pieces of trash on the floor. Some were small and cellophane so a little harder to see. The drink lid and drinking straw were very easily seen.

First of all I would like to say that the young lady that checked us in was very nice and went out of her way to make this right for us. When we arrived in the room, there was a pillow on the bed that had a tank top on it instead of a pillowcase. The second thing we saw was dirty underwear behind the chair. Dirty soap was left in the shower and the coffee pot had not been emptied or cleaned. I almost checked out at that point, but the girl working the office was very kind and stated she would put us in a clean room, which turned out to be very nice and clean. She also gave us a partial refund for our trouble. I would not recommend this Inn due to the problems we had. It was also very expensive, so I expected perfection. I have photos, but I will not add them.

Minuses… The bathroom had black mold (across the crawling). The room felt dirty. Easily taken care of with a little extra maintenance. Especially for the high nightly cost. The pluses… staff was great (very friendly and accommodating), Location (very close to the park and town).

Beautiful and clean room at Flat Creek Inn. Check in was friendly and quick. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed, down to the chair with pull out ottoman. Toiletries were wonderful also. Loved that parking was right in front of the room and the facility had a little mart and a gas station right there. Not far out of town at about 11 mins drive and it actually felt like a nice respite that it was away from the town. Lovely stay.

We loved how there was a store walking distance to get food and drinks. The only downfall was the room smell, we couldnt figure out if someone had cooked something or the rooms were just older. Staff was excellent!

It’s a decent motel with rooms that include a kitchenette. Dining or activities require a short drive to Jackson, but it’s only about ten minutes away, so not inconvenient. The hotel provides a grab-and-go breakfast with pastries, apples, and oranges. Simple but fine. What I didn’t like were the small flies near the sink in our ground-floor room, and the strong smell of Lysol (or a similar cleaning product) when we first entered.

Room was clean and quiet. The area was safe and far enough from the busy downtown district. In a flyover town, this would be a $110 a night room, but was about four times that since it is Jackson Hole. The bathtub drain could mostly keep up with the shower water flow, but backed up when flowing through the spigot.

Just had a noisy person in room above us, 3:30 am til he left at 6:30 am. Also lots of stairs commotion as our room was next to stairwell. Can’t open window curtains without being exposed to passersby as ground floor rooms are like motel with cars parking directly in front of rooms and sidewalk along. So rather dark etc,

The front desk staff was very personable and also helpful with suggestions for dining. The lobby always had packaged cookies and fruit available, and the convenience store attached had complimentary hot beverages. Our room was very clean and well-appointed with lots of towels and a refrigerator with a freezer. The motel was convenient to Jackson as well as the airport and the National Museum of Wildlife Art (excellent museum).

We had a reservation and arrived after hours. Our room key was supposed to be in a lock box with a combination we were given. the combination would not unlock the key box and there was no one in the office. We called a phone number posted in the window and talked to a night maintenance man who came and opened the office, gave us a key to another room, but when we opened the room door, someone else was already there. Called the night maintenance man again, he gave us another key which would not open the room door it was assigned to, called the night maintenance man again and finally got into the room. Room was nothing special, no amenities. relatively clean and most everything seemed to work ok.

Our room key was supposed to be in a lock box with a combination we were given. the combination would not unlock the key box and there was no one in the office. We called a phone number posted in the window and talked to a night maintenance man who came and opened the office, gave us a key to another room, but when we opened the room door, someone else was already there. Called the night maintenance man again, he gave us another key which would not open the room door it was assigned to, called the night maintenance man again and finally got into the room. Room was nothing special, no amenities. relatively clean and most everything seemed to work ok.

Very nice property at a good value in the Jackson Hole area. Young lady at reception who checked us in was very pleasant and her restaurant recommendations for Sidewinders and Bubbas were both excellent.

We have stayed at the Flat Creek Inn several times and have always enjoyed the people assisting us and the great convenience of the out of town location. The room is nice also! 😀

An excellent place to stay for visiting the Grand Tetons. Great location on the north side of Jackson, very clean and spacious. Hotels are astronomical in this area and Flat Creek is a solid budget-friendly option. Would stay here again.

Minutes from downtown Jackson. Hotel was very clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. The hotel is located off of Hwy 89/191. There is a grassy area with benches to sit and enjoy the beautiful views. The road noise was constant while we were outside although not noticeable while inside the room. The mini mart and gas station on the property was convenient.

Excellent location on the main highway just ten minutes drive south of Grand Teton National Park and five minutes drive north of Jackson. Very clean ground level room with large comfortable bed, bath and shower with lots of towels provided, microwave and refrigerator, coffee and tea maker. The room was surprisingly quiet despite its close proximity to the highway. Parking spot right outside the room. Very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

The place is very nice, but I think it can use a little updating. Otherwise it was very convenient to the Grand Tetons. There is not much around so you can not walk to anywhere except the mini mart on the property. However it is only a short drive to Jackson...maybe a mile or so. There was no breakfast, but they offered coffee, tea or hot chocolate for free in the mini mart. The only issue that may be for some is that this property has NO elevator. There are multiple buildings and all are two floors. If you are on the 2nd floor expect to carry your luggage up the stairs. Otherwise a nice convenient place to stay. I would recommend.

Amazing inn with the best location. So close to Tetons and fabulous views just a step outside one’s room. With the gas station, convenience store within the inn grounds, it just leaves one with plenty of time to enjoy. With Jackson downtown only 5 mins away by car there are plenty of options to dine and enjoy.

Our room was in the third building out. Rooms was tight to move around in. One desk with chair, one end table, one other chair with no end table. Bath exhaust fan was LOUD, bearings are failing. Tub drained slow so you were standing in water. Shower head pointed towards the wall. Complimentary coffee but it was two three buildings away. NO breakfast - not even pastries. Staff gets 5 stars - very accommodating. WiFi was GOOD - no issues with that. Prices are high. Going into Jackson is very crowded, we gave up trying to get to find parking so we could dine. Also, many restaurants show dinner prices as $50.00 - $100.00. Even a burger was as high as $20.00 - NO burger is worth $20.00. Gas prices for 87 oct push $4.00. At Flat Creek it's $4.19 with employees getting a 20% discount which means they are paying $3.30 per gal. This reeks of price gouging to tourist. We were here to tour Grand Teton. Now we've seen it - no need to come back. When it comes to hotels - NOBODY can beat Drury Inn & Suites. Breakfast AND dinner buffet, beautiful rooms and all for a price much cheaper than other hotel chains.

Traveling with a family of nine, we were all very happy with the stay. The kitchenette had everything we needed for a quick breakfast before long hikes. The coffee in the store was excellent too!

Beautiful location across from the National Elk Refuge. Although the facility is somewhat dated, it is very clean and well maintained with a convenience store next door that provides complimentary morning coffee and pastries. Staff is friendly and very customer focused.

Grab and go breakfast ok. Having gas station and mini-mart on property convenient. Did not like the air-conditioning right at the one bed. Disappointed that I didn’t know the Elk migrated in summer months from the Refuge since the inn is right across the street. Sink outside of bath stuff was nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the park. Having a store and gas station on the property was an added bonus. Our room was clean and cozy with plenty of usb outlets. One negative about the room was the amount of light. The room was very dark and with the windows facing the public walkway, I kept the curtains closed. Free coffee and hot chocolate was great but we skipped the sugary breakfast and headed over to Dornan’s. For the price, it was very good.

Room was clean and had all the amenities including bathroom necessities, lots of cosy towels, regular and decaf coffee, a selection of tea bags, refrigerator, microwave and television. The bed was very comfortable. There was some noise from the road and room above ours but not annoying. Going up the stairs to the second level with heavy suitcase was challenging. For our second stay we requested a ground floor room. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. The registration area offered fruit and snacks, plus hot drinks in the attached convenience store where we bought water and sodas for our journey. Wish there had been more choice in the store for breakfast items as there was no dining area so we had to eat breakfast in our room. Only a short drive into Jackson for an evening meal. Our stay exceeded expectations.

It’s a decent motel with rooms that include a kitchenette. Dining or activities require a short drive to Jackson, but it’s only about ten minutes away, so not inconvenient. The hotel provides a grab-and-go breakfast with pastries, apples, and oranges. Simple but fine. What I didn’t like were the small flies near the sink in our ground-floor room, and the strong smell of Lysol (or a similar cleaning product) when we first entered.

Close to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle as Jackson has so many tourists for such a small place. The hotel is convenient to the Grand Tetons, there is a gas station and mini-mart on the property. The mini-mart offers free coffee for those booked there and they have an ATM inside the store. Rooms have a fridge, microwave and small coffee pot. Free Wi-Fi, ample parking, good selection of TV channels. I would recommend this place. A little pricey but pretty competitive with the other hotels in the area. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Not sure why this is called a hotel, it’s a motel from the late 80’s. The photos show the view from maybe 40% of the rooms. Downstairs you are looking at the grills of vehicles. For half of what it cost it might be acceptable. However when someone starts their loud car 8 feet from your bed at 5 am and idles for 10 min, you are not getting back to sleep. So stop giving this place 5 stars. Three tops. It was clean and the bed was comfortable although super soft. It’s a very basic motel.

It would have been better if motel was newer but clean for age.of motel. Didn't know why electric lines where covered and running across parking lot ! Not much for restaurants without fighting crowds in Jackson! Traffic was backed up North of Jackson to motel which was 7 miles !

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue is parking. Work trucks need more space and since there instances any it makes it very hard to pull into a spot in front of your room number. I think the price is a bit high considering there is no grills to cook inside or out. Other than that we would stay there again as it was in a perfect location and very clean. Also has great views of the Tetons

The room was clean and well maintained, it looked like it was recently updated. The location was perfect for day trips into the Tetons, you can get to Jackson Hole via free shuttle that leaves from downtown approximately 10 minutes away with free parking.
