The room was on the small side but adequate for 1-2 nights. The bed was very comfortable as was the pillows. The bathroom functions but needs updating. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker was a nice touch and all for a very reasonable price for Rockaway Beach. I would have liked to see some teabags for non coffee drinkers like myself. The front desk clerk was very helpful, he gave us a wine opener when we forgot ours. I would stay here again.

Good access to the beach and loved the blue chairs to enjoy the beach from without going down the stairs. Clean room. We had trouble regulating the heat. We enjoyed our stay there.
