I was expecting the Best Western Plus brand kind of facilities, but it was a Kazakh build hotel acquired by the brand. The room's equipment was heavy-old. However, the overall impression of the stay was OK and comfortable. The location was a bit out of the way from major spots.

Everything was fine, as it should be at a hotel from its class. Nothing was special, but everything was as it should be, and that is very important.Didn't exceed expectations, but neither disappointed me.
