It was basic but clean and everything worked, Reception was quick and allowed check-in at 1, pleasant and helpful A coffee machine in the reception - free hot drinks - various tea, coffees and hot chocolate. We will certainly stay here again and recommend it.

Dommage que se soit un hotel sans clim. Il faisait tres chaud dans le couloir et dans les chambres comme si le chauffage fonctionne encore. Petit dejeune..rien a redire a part un bravo pour le gros pain ou l on se coupe les ttanche un delice et les gauffres aussi. Un SUV TUCSON RENTRE DANS LE PARKING.

We found this hotel perfect for our stay. Reasonably within walking distance of Louise M; we suggest to leave the car, if you have one, in Ceria M and take the train due to traffic restrictions for the city of Brussels. Friendly staff, daily housekeeping, high-quality breakfast buffet, fast internet, 24-hour free coffee, microwave, refrigerator, and safe. There is also a supermarket opposite, shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect!

O hotel tem boa instalação. O quarto é grande e o banheiro tem um tamanho que atende bem os hóspedes. O ponto de trem fica bem na porta do hotel. Na região tem restaurantes, padaria e um carrefour do outro lado da rua. O hotel tem máquina de café para os hóspedes se servirem à vontade. Muito bom o hotel. Voltaria lá com certeza.

Voor de tweede keer hier verbleven tijdens Winterpret, gemakkelijk overal naartoe met het openbaar vervoer, tramhalte voor de deur (Faider). Proper, goede bedden en lekker ontbijt. Warme dranken onbeperkt 24/7 is een leuke extra.

Hotel facile à trouver au pied du tram et à 5 min à pied du métro Louise. Très bon accueil et hôtel récent, nous avions une chambre a l’arrière qui est très calme. Literie, salle de bain, petit frigo et micro-ondes en très bon état. Petit déjeuner bien diversifié et copieux. Seul léger bémol, beaucoup de monde au petit déjeuner le matin, nous avons du attendre pour une table libre.

Nice, clean, and good sized rooms, nice breakfast (included) and nice staff! It's a 20-30 minute walk from the old town and the museum area, and about the same to Central or Zuid train stations. Wij hadden tickets voor een event in de omgeving. Door een fout van het event waren de tickets op 2 verschillende dagen en moest heel de reis omgeboekt worden. Helaas was het hotel met geen mogelijkheid bereikbaar en zijn we nu dus ons geld kwijt

O hotel tem boa instalação. O quarto é grande e o banheiro tem um tamanho que atende bem os hóspedes. O ponto de trem fica bem na porta do hotel. Na região tem restaurantes, padaria e um carrefour do outro lado da rua. O hotel tem máquina de café para os hóspedes se servirem à vontade. Muito bom o hotel. Voltaria lá com certeza.

There is a tram stop right outside the hotel though, if you prefer to use public transport. Shops including convenience stores very close to the hotel.

The hotel is no longer as nice as it was - it is a bit dated. But the main problem is the price of the breakfast. I find 18 eur abusive for an Ibis Style. It was free in the past … I did send comments to H9401@accor.com but received no reply. This is not acceptable.

Hotel facile à trouver au pied du tram et à 5 min à pied du métro Louise. Très bon accueil et hôtel récent, nous avions une chambre a l’arrière qui est très calme. Literie, salle de bain, petit frigo et micro-ondes en très bon état. Petit déjeuner bien diversifié et copieux. Seul léger bémol, beaucoup de monde au petit déjeuner le matin, nous avons du attendre pour une table libre.

We found this hotel perfect for our stay. Reasonably within walking distance of Louise M; we suggest to leave the car, if you have one, in Ceria M and take the train due to traffic restrictions for the city of Brussels. Friendly staff, daily housekeeping, high-quality breakfast buffet, fast internet, 24-hour free coffee, microwave, refrigerator, and safe. There is also a supermarket opposite, shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect!

Les chambres étaient confortables, il y un frigo dans la chambre, il faisait juste un peu froid (il faut revoir la température du chauffage ) mais sinon le service était correct. On vous prête même le fer à repasser ! Petit déjeuner au TOP ! rien à dire ! je le recommande !

When arrived at the hotel, there was no body at the reception, or any explanation. I called the phone three times but the line was cut unilaterally, I knock the door but no reply. I found the bell behind the desk, which was hidden so that the customer can't ring. The reception mist came 10-15 minutes later and became very adrassive when I complaint. I understand that she was alone which I totally understand but there should be a memo at the reception to ask to wait a bit or leave a bell and prepare a message on the telephone answering machine. Nothing was prepared. I wrote a message to the manager as I was recommended by the receptionist, but I don't receive any reply neither. Hotel was Ok but the service was Aoi of question (I noticed that there are other good receptionists that I have to admit but my bad experience supersede).
