Arrived withboat from Denmark at 00:30. smoothless check in and parking in the garage in basement below. Excellent breakfast and gym. Had a strall in Kristiansand after check out, beutiful. Highly recommended.

Easy to find, no35 bus from airport. Lovely location by the water with promenade walks. Clean room but no drinks in room. Good breakfast. Bicycles free to borrow. Only Norwegian tv channels in room, although you can Bluetooth music from your phone to the tv. The Aquarama SATS facility with swimming pools etc are adjoined, guests can use for an extra fee. Nice and quiet despite its size. Friendly and helpful staff.

Veldig hyggelig sted, og perfekt ved siden av Aquarama for familier. Synd at både restaurant og bar er stengt på søndager, t.o.m i vinterferien. Ellers tipp topp!

Rengøringen kunne være bedre: Kopper og glas blev ikke skiftet, selv om de var brugte. Der manglede virkelig de sædvanlige "Kleenex" eller lignende på badeværeslet, da de ikke kan erstattes af toiletpapir. Det ville være godt, hvis affaldskurve blev tømt dagligt. Dårligt system, at man selv skal bestille rengøring. Sig dog, at der f.eks.bliver gjort rent hver 2. dag, så man slipper for at tage sig af det i sin ferie. Ellers godt hotel, fin restaurant med god frokost og middag. Søde og hjælpsomme folk i receptionen. Vi kommer gerne igen!

This hotel is very well located on the water, close to the central part of town. The room and staff were nice, but the AC in the room did not work and the windows could not be opened. It was hot and stuffy in the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Helt ok. Hadde større forventninger til dette hotellet Grei frokost til å være i Norge, men har opplevd mye bedre andre steder. Hotellet har rykte på seg for ett godt kjøkken. derfor litt høye forventninger som ikke nådde helt opp. Hyggelige ansatte. Mye var stengt her denne dagen seiden det var nyttårsaften. Men der er jo forståelig.

Generelt en god opplevelse. En del støy fra gaten utenfor. En stol på et dobbeltrom/familierom er snaut. Frokost ok, men det som burde vært varmt ( bacon eggerøre og speilegg)var kaldt. De som jobbet i restauranten var veldig oppmerksomme og holdt det ryddig hele tiden.

Generelt en god opplevelse. En del støy fra gaten utenfor. En stol på et dobbeltrom/familierom er snaut. Frokost ok, men det som burde vært varmt ( bacon eggerøre og speilegg)var kaldt. De som jobbet i restauranten var veldig oppmerksomme og holdt det ryddig hele tiden.

ok hotel and breakfast, totally average . however was told parking for 24 hours was kr.300 but when we left after only 20 hours we were charged 448,50 :-( this is a total rip off and cant believe the audacity of service charge 58,50 what the hell is this?) this really annoyed us, pay 2600+ for room + this for parking which should be included in the room price.... this made our night very expensive, wont be using this offer again that's for sure.

ok hotel and breakfast, totally average . however was told parking for 24 hours was kr.300 but when we left after only 20 hours we were charged 448,50 :-( this is a total rip off and cant believe the audacity of service charge 58,50 what the hell is this?) this really annoyed us, pay 2600+ for room + this for parking which should be included in the room price.... this made our night very expensive, wont be using this offer again that's for sure.
