Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and excellent food. Spa facilities were limited and no pool at all. Spa facilities are male and female only. Female side only has a sauna and steam room (which wasn't working on our visit). Quite far out from everything so needed to rely on taxis, which are expensive.

Its a good Hotel with clean pool and saunas.. Stuff are so helpfull and smiling.. Rooms are ok, everymorning cleaning, breakfast was ok, only I couldnt use close pool in ladies part because another guests locked it for use private.. I ve tried to use jakuzi but it was in mans part only and Icouldnt use it ... Its disadvantage for ladies but open pool was great :) I can stay again eveything was perfect.. Thanks for all stuff..

The advantage of staying there is that they have free shuttle service to SAW airport. The disadvantages are that if you have a morning or early afternoon flight, you won't be able to take advantage of their exercise facilities or spa.

Pool was awesome!! Great food and stores close by. Free shuttle wonderful, drivers are very nice. Room very clean and spacious. A/C works great. Wish we could keep power on in room for fridge (door key also used to turn power) staff is amazing!! I had originally planned to stay 1 night but we extended it to 3 nights. Just flew back from Izmir and booked 2 more nights. Feels like home.

J’ai été très déçu. L’hôtel est très beau. Mais plusieurs items laissent à désirer: 1 La piscine n’était pas fonctionnelle ( eau froide et aucun ameublement autour) 2 Le service de navette (pour l’aéroport) a été difficile à «\xa0naviguer\xa0». Les informations arrivant au compte goutte et étaient souvent floues. 3 L’air climatisé a fonctionné que quelques heures et, comme l’hôtel est sur un boulevard achalandé, il n’était pas possible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte 4 Finalement, la personne au «\xa0front desk\xa0» n’a jamais eu le moindre sourire

biggest advantage was the distance from the airport and free shuttle to the airport. I enjoyed the sauna at the basement.

There were a lot of aspects to the hotel that were disappointing. The rooms are a bit crowded with furniture as if you're hosting a party and need 4-5 places to sit in the one room. Beds were made but it was obvious the sheets had not been replaced recently due to random hairs found etc. The tub/shower combination is also extremely high off the ground; to the point that it feels legitimately dangerous to step out of the shower. No handle bars anywhere so if you slip you're going down hard. Hotel restaurant is massively overpriced considering the area. Restaurants less than a 5 minute walk are much cheaper. Breakfast isn't served until 7 am therefore if you have an early flight, you'll miss it. The airport shuttle also isn't 24 hrs. They have to "request" the shuttle and the earliest it arrives is 7 am. Therefore, if you have a flight that is earlier than 9:30-10 am, you have to locate other forms of transportation. This more than anything was the greatest disappointment since it was the entire reason we booked the hotel. Only positive aspect is the Spa aspects. Massages are reasonably priced and can be in your room, but don't count on housekeeping removing the tables until you check out.

Ich habe in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war leider enttäuscht. Die Zimmer rochen stark nach Zigarettenrauch, was sehr unangenehm war – selbst in Nichtraucherzimmern. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt in die Jahre gekommen und hätte dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Im Badezimmer waren teilweise Verkleidungen locker oder beschädigt. Die Möbel sind sehr alt und abgenutzt, was den Aufenthalt insgesamt wenig einladend macht. Insgesamt leider kein angenehmes Hotelerlebnis.

Servicio de transfer al hotel inexistente. Recepcionista muy borde y nada agradable. Habitación con la cama con manchas y sabanas rotas. Baño con varias cosas rotas y estropeadas.

They changed my room 3 times, first due to the sound coming from the busy road in the front, 2nd room was smelling terrible cigarette smoke and the bed had black live bugs. It.was very late already and I was going to leave to hotel but the receptionist offered a suite, which was better but still the general cleanliness was not great. I had to stay as I was so tired and had a flight next day.

Hotel is located in industrial area. Downstairs cleaning very good but rooms were smelly, Centrally air conditioned but we thought that smell coming to our rooms due to faulty system. . Towels not clean . One towel had lipstick spot. Breakfast ordinary. Only good thing was airport shuttle with a very nice driver

The location is fine (close enough to the ISG-airport, but not too close to be too noisy). The staff is really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is fine, but the cleaning is definitely not the strongest point of this hotel. I've honestly tried to give it a second chance after the first disappointment (used towels and sheets were covered with hair and were clearly used before, and the teacups were dirty), but there's been no improvement. Such a shame!

The hotel & rooms were nice looking & spacious. Breakfast was really good. The lifts were very small. Door card didn't work due to the digitised lock being broken (all the staff already seemed to know this) so had to get let in every time by the bell boy (who was good at his job) with the master card. The TV remote wasn't working so tried to call reception but the phone wasn't working. Eventually the phone & remote were both replaced. Wondering why the room was even being used when there were plenty of others & it wasn't busy???? Would have been a good stay if the 3 problems werent an issue.

Otel temiz güzeldi fakat ilk defa başıma geldi yatak inanılmaz kötüydü her harekettw gıcırdaması yetmiomuş gibi 2 kişi içinde gayet küçük ve konforsuzdu geç saatte yorgunluktan bişi diyemedik ama sabah kalkınca heryerimix ağrıodu 2. Sıkıntı duşta duş başlığı yoktu😆 sadece musluk ve yukardan akma seçeneği olması çok saçmaydı

We liked our stay overall. The staff were okay, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed the on-site spa, it was amazing and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. We stayed for only one night. The location felt a bit unusual, almost like a remote industrial/residential area, and the surroundings seemed slightly smoggy. The smell of cleaning products inside the hotel was very strong and triggered my mom’s asthma. There were a lot of aspects to the hotel that were disappointing. The rooms are a bit crowded with furniture as if you're hosting a party and need 4-5 places to sit in the one room. Beds were made but it was obvious the sheets had not been replaced recently due to random hairs found etc. The tub/shower combination is also extremely high off the ground; to the point that it feels legitimately dangerous to step out of the shower. No handle bars anywhere so if you slip you're going down hard. Hotel restaurant is massively overpriced considering the area. Restaurants less than a 5 minute walk are much cheaper. Breakfast isn't served until 7 am therefore if you have an early flight, you'll miss it. The airport shuttle also isn't 24 hrs. They have to "request" the shuttle and the earliest it arrives is 7 am. Therefore, if you have a flight that is earlier than 9:30-10 am, you have to locate other forms of transportation. This more than anything was the greatest disappointment since it was the entire reason we booked the hotel. Only positive aspect is the Spa aspects. Massages are reasonably priced and can be in your room, but don't count on housekeeping removing the tables until you check out.

We had a late flight into SAW and a relatively early flight the next day out of IST, so we didn't get to spend much time here. But the room was lovely, and the breakfast would have been great, except for the fact that we needed to leave before it was fully prepared. But I really want to give a huge shout-out to our shuttle driver, Neşet Çolak, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He not only picked us up and returned us to SAW but also helped us figure out how to make the transfer to IST without paying for an expensive taxi. We were very grateful and impressed, and he left us with a very positive impression of the hotel!

Nous avons été très déçus pour la 1ere fois en 15 jours et 7 hotels. Le personnel est désagreable et peu professionnel. Lors de l'enregistrement pour nos 2 chambres, pas d'informations sur les horaires du petit dejeuner ou d'autres informations sur l'hotel. Pas de réponse à mes demandes sur la navette. 1 h apres, je recois un mail (en réponse à mes messages téléphoniques précédents ou à ma demande à l'accueil?) m'informant d'une possibilité de navette à 90€ + 20% tva! L'hotel communique sur une navette gratuite aller retour à l'aeroport mais veut facturer un transport de moins de 15min plus cher qu'un transport individuel aeroport -centre d'istanbul (env 1h15)qui nous a couté 70€ aeroport- centre d'Istanbul et 60€ en sens retour 15jours plus tot). Les chambres malgré nos demandes étaient fumeur, et une odeur tres désagréable nous a obligés à aérer. Le restaurant a un menu via QR Code, avec photo. Un plat commandé a été servi avec riz et frites. Nous faisons la remarque que le plat est prévu avec des pâtes photo à l'appui. La serveuse nous repond que "non" et s'en va. Elle revient 10 min plus tard nous indiquant que le menu n'est pas à jour! Quand on insiste (il y a plusieurs plats de pâtes dans le menu, il doit donc y en avoir en cuisine), elle soupire, on la dérange clairement. Lors du check out, étrangement pas de question sur comment c'est passé notre séjour...peur de la réponse? Evitez cet hotel iI y en a tant d'autres avec du personnel sympathique et compétent!

Pool was awesome!! Great food and stores close by. Free shuttle wonderful, drivers are very nice. Room very clean and spacious. A/C works great. Wish we could keep power on in room for fridge (door key also used to turn power) staff is amazing!! I had originally planned to stay 1 night but we extended it to 3 nights. Just flew back from Izmir and booked 2 more nights. Feels like home.

Very rude evening reception by name (Onut) i call reception to ask for glass and ice ) he told you call reception. Even the restaurant just afe meter from him and restaurant staff was sitt by him in the lobby. I tried to call restaurant no one answered. I had come down by myself . Booked three hotels on this trip and Tuzla was a bust. It is not an Istanbul (the big airport - Europe side) hotel. It is a Asia -side Serbia airport hotel :( The 87km taxi; regular yellow taxi (because the hotel's shuttle is a scam; even when you clarify which airport and they promise they will get you from or to; when it comes time to load, they play confused and you must grab a taxi) the taxi is 920TL (approx. $40) DO NOT get talked into a "driver" ride for $100 or $140 - everything in Turkey is a scam- trust no one... Our room was 27C and it had a fan/ac but if you set it, it reset every hour :( the room was warmer than the outside! Breakfast looked nice but had very little taste or options. NO coffee... only tea ( minus instant coffee) The hotel Looks elborate and stands out like a palace but is outdated (no charging for phones) and is in an industrial area... so dont plan to walk and shop or see anything. This hotel is not Istanbul.... it is Tulza(small industrial village) No Bueno- this booking was a fail.

Am Anfang etwas skeptisch gewesen, wollte nicht viel Geld ausgeben, da es nur zwischen zwei Flügen war. Aber ich muss echt sagen: obwohl das Hotel „nur“ drei Sterne hat, war ich positiv überrascht, besser als viele Fünf-Sterne-Hotels, die manchmal deutlich schlechter sind. Das Frühstück war super, mit guter Auswahl an Käsesorten, die genau meinen Geschmack getroffen haben. Für jeden etwas dabei, wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat landesüblich eben. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich war mit meinem Mann dort und wir haben eine Anwendung genommen, Massage und türkisches Bad. Ganze anderthalb Stunden für umgerechnet knapp 40 € pro Person, absolut top Preis-Leistung! Die Zimmer waren groß und nett eingerichtet. Leider hatten wir zuerst ein Raucherzimmer bekommen, obwohl wir Nichtraucher sind. Der Geruch war störend, aber wir haben das gleich angesprochen und wurden sehr freundlich in eine Junior Suite upgegradet. Für den Preis hatten wir insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit Abholung und Rücktransfer zum Flughafen und Frühstück inklusive. In Istanbuls Zentrum würde man für so ein Hotel deutlich mehr zahlen und hätte oft weniger Service.

O hotel é lindo e confortável, mas o servico de restaurante online nao funciona, ficamos horas esperando um pedido que nunca chegou, e quando desistimos e descemos no restaurante, demoraram mais uma hora pra atender. Fora esse detalhe eu recomendo. Servico de Transfer tambem atendeu prontamente, muito bom.

The hotel restaurant carry many options to chose from . I had the veggie pizza and bowl of soup of the day and they both were delicious they do have bream fish and salmon also steaks and other traditional Turkish dish. I came from Fethiyeh and experience many hotel rooms they have not provided with a comfi bed yet i arrived at Emirtime and the bed is fabulous . The hotel has the best spa with great professional masseuses. I enjoyed the spa and massage and hope to come back here again .

Nice stay with them, the breakfast has lot of options and Turkish tea and dishes too. Also we used the airport shuttle service and it was on time! Perfect if you want to stay close by the airport.

Excellent hotel... One night as it was close to car rental area. When we showed up our room wasn't ready, they upgraded us to an extremely large very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options from hatf boiled eggs, fruit, meats and cheese, fries, pastries, juices etc.... Also ate dinner at the restaurant and was very happy with it, had a burger and chicken wrap and they were delicious, good portions.

Let’s start with the only positive. The third room (yes, we had to change twice) was clean. That’s it, the only positive. Ok, where do I begin. - The hotel and the room has an awful stench. It reeks because there is a leather factory nearby that produces this awful smell… smells rotten. We had to change our room twice because of the rotten smell and cigarettes inside the room. This is not in the hotel information! - The service. Bad in overall; the only nice person was the bell boy. - The food. Meh, not good nor bad; however we ordered a beer and it’s like we offended someone. We were told because it’s forbidden because of the owner’s religion — this should be advertised. If you have a hotel, you cannot forbid such things. - The location: when we filtered using the Expedia app, we filtered by nearest to the airport. Expedia listed this hotel as close to the airport but not Istanbul Airport! And it’s more than 70m away from Istanbul Airport. We had to pay more than $100 per ride! For turkey it’s insane. We had to pay for the “shuttle” to the airport, a taxi ride, insanely expensive and the cab driver was smoking during our ride — the information about this is misleading. Do not come to this hotel, it’s falsely advertised and not suited for international tourists.

Very clean room Miss Iqbal on the WhatsApp messages communication was very polite, professional and helpful. The free shuttle service and staff / drivers were great. Breakfast was very good and many choices were there. Overall an excellent choice to stay for a stopover or long transit.

Not a five star by Europe standards and the staff is not very friendly. The restaurant is alcohol free they won’t even let you bring in your own drink. Food isn’t made as described (rice and fries instead of pasta for example and no salad).

Stayed one night at Emirtimes Hotel & Spa Tuzla together with my son. The hotel was nice and the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is only 10 minutes drive from the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen airport and offers free airport transportation every hour. Tasty breakfast is included, so no need to go hungry to the airport. Great hotel to stay at if you want to avoid to get stuck in the Istanbul traffic heading to the airport.
