Don’t expect luxury, but this was perfect for our stay - my buddy and I had an apartment each - Eleanor and her family were perfect in every way, always very helpful when needed, the pool was a little smaller than it looks on the photo - but was too busy to use it anyway - took about 15 mins to walk to town and the sights

I never went into the pool. Not quite the weather for it. Only saw the staff at the time of check in. Room was clean. Their page said microwave in the room, mine didn’t have one. When I mentioned this I was told none of them do! False advertising there I think. It is located about a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre in a run down area but it was safe. Just poor buildings.

Apartment wasn't like the description. There wasn't microwave or other kitchen utensils. The pool and yard was minisize. I didn't like the place at all.

Good apartment in great location.walking distance from the centre. The pool is clean and nice. We arrived at night and there were excellent instructions on how to find the apartment. Easy to communicate with the owners. I really recommend their trip to the Millenium cross, Matka canyon, and villa with amazing pool and view.
