Basic but adequate for one night (and bargain for 25 euro). Perfect location for port but would not want to stay longer in a room without a window. Maybe balcony rooms better. Check in lock box but code kept changing -however owner was helpful.,

Stayed in a room with private bathroom with balcony including sea view , close to Beach , and Port (tho be warned the sea is down some steps and no lift in property so not suitable for people with mobility issues) other thing to feedback is the hallway lights were on a very short timer i had to put my phone light on to be able to see.

It was very small but quiet and right by all the restaurants and beach. Wifi only worked if i was in the bathroom that worked on a motion light that kept turning off while I showered but for 25e a night it was good to not have to share a room. I don’t know about parking as I was walking. It was difficult for me to find it at first as I don’t speak Spanish. If you only need a place to sleep it was pretty good

As a solo traveller this is very good value considering its location just back off Los Christianos harbour. I was in 306 which had a great harbour view. The room was very small but perfectly adequate. Wi fi went off a few times but staff were very helpful and it was only off for a short while. The top floor, 3rd floor has two WC / showers which is good but because of low water pressure sometimes the toilet won't flush or the shower does not flow. Despite this I would still recommend this property due to its excellent location and value for money if your a solo traveller.

Le personnel est très gentil et disponible via WhatsApp (réponses rapides). Établissement très bien situé. Je recommande pour un court séjour . Point négatifs: - j'aurais apprécié la presid'un ventilateur. - Attention : les escaliers sont étroits et raides (pas d'ascenseur). - chambre au troisième étage: pas de pression à la douche. J'ai du aller dans la douche collective

Wenn du Nichts erwartest, ist das schon zu viel. Winzig kleines Zimmer mit ausgelutschtem Immobiliar/Matratze. Ein Fenster gab es nur zu einem Schacht, aus dem Geräusche kamen, die man lieber nicht hören will. Zum Flur hatte das Zimmer ebenfalls ein Fenster, so dass nachts im Licht ins Zimmer kam, wenn andere Gäste kamen oder ins Bad gingen. Im Badezimmer krabbelten nachts Käfer über den Boden. Auch wenn man einfachen Standard gewohnt ist, sollte man sich diese Unterkunft nicht antun.

El personal de limpieza es excelente. Como nota negativa varios huéspedes fumaban y el olor a tabaco molestaba bastante siempre puede haber personas incívicas. La pensión está muy bien situada las habitaciones son muy humildes pero limpias y el precio es correcto.

Das schlechteste und dreckigste Loch welches ich jemals gebucht habe. Ich wäre noch nicht einmal dort eingezogen, wenn es kostenlos gewesen wäre.Auch die tägliche Flasche Wasser bekam ich nicht. Ich hatte das Zimmer bezahlt und bekam direkt die Nachricht, dass keine Rückerstattung erfolgt. 1. Die Toilette läuft ständig nach. 2. Das Licht auf dem Balkon funktioniert nicht. 3. Das Bad ist nicht richtig sauber; es befinden sich Zahnpastareste an der Wand und die Ecken der Dusche sind schwarz mit Schimmel 4. Es gibt ein Brandloch im Bettzeug. 5. Die Tür zum Bad ist verzogen. 6. Ein Kaugummi hängt am Bettgestell. 7. Es ist kein kostenloses Mineralwasser vorhanden. 8. Es gibt keine kostenlose Seife. 9. Flecken im Bettbezug 10. Nachts um 2:00 Uhr randalierten ein paar russisch sprechende Männer,so dass man Angst haben musste. Gerne hätte ich auch noch Bilder beigefügt, aber das geht hier nicht. Das Licht im Flur ist nur kurz an, und dann ist die Treppe gefährlich für Leib und Seele.

The most disgusting place I ever stayed in. Go to a hostel, or sleep at the airport, or in a tent, anything's better than this place. Dirty, stinky, unhygienic, never cleaned, cockroaches of every size, windowless rooms, no air ventilation whatsoever, not even soap in the toilet, loud and full of cigarrette smoke. It has some permanent homeless clientele that treat the area as their own with open room doors, loud music and yelling. The owners are no better, they live upstairs as I heard them (from my room) talking about me - their loud tv, telephone conversations, woman constantly yelling and waking up her children, children constantly wailing. This list could go on forever. An absolute nightmare.

Quite pricey if you're staying solo but then so is *everywhere* in southern Tenerife. Worth paying extra for a room with a balcony because standard doubles are pretty small. Great location. Very handy for the beach, port and shops. Clean & tidy.

Lage prijs en daarvoor krijg je ook weinig: heel basic pension met harde doorgezakte bedden, gehorig en weinig tot geen ventilatie (‘raam’ dat uitkomt op de gang), gedeelde badkamer en verder niks … Redelijk schoon maar wel twee kakkerlakken geplet. Personeel reageerde pas een paar uur voor mijn aankomst op mijn mails, apps en SMSjes wat mij wel veel stress gaf. Eerder reageren zou fijn zijn. Locatie is lekker centraal en dus prima. Voor één nacht OK-isch, langer zou ik er niet willen blijven (en liever geef ik iets meer uit voor een gezelliger pension en comfortabeler bed).

Petite chambre mais suffisante pour y placer ses affaires. Chambre 105 solo avec vue très sympa mais bruit de la rue, il manque vraiment un rideau occultant. Douche collective. Lit un peut bcp fatigué mais que demander de plus à 25€. Bon compromis entre le lit en dortoir et une vraie chambre d'hôtel pour un prix imbattable. Excellente situation mais à déconseillé si on marche mal. Volé d'escalier raide à l'arrivée mais situation proche du port et de la plage corne de brume en sus et vue étagée comme au panier. Un petit coup de propre sur le rideau de douche et dans les coins de la sdb. Sinon tjrs pareil pour le prix absolument rien à redire bien sûr c'est pas le ritz cf certains commentaires exagèrent sévère.

Zimmer mit alten durchgelegenen Betten.Laut Bilder mit Balkon das war nicht der Fall.Equipmebt alles in die Jahre gekommmen müsste dringend getauscht werden.

The check-in was awful. The minute after my booking I received an email that my credit card couldn't be charged and I have to give new cc data on the chat, otherwise my booking will be cancelled. It was not clear if this was a fraudulent cc data phishing or the hotel as the address looked not to be from Expedia. Expedia explicetely warns its customers to give cc data on the chat. So I called Expedia on the phone. They tried to contact the hotel but failed. After 1 hour they said: no worry - no problem. Booking is still active. The day before my arrival I contacted the given hotel number via WhatsApp. They told me to be there by 1pm (13:00 hrs) (!) otherwise I will find my key in an key lock. The next day, day of the arrival, I got another message via What'sApp from a different number stating again that my credit card couldn't be charged and therefore they can't leave a key for me in the lock and nobody will be present at my arrival at 3pm. Come on. This is ridiculous. I only had to give the cc data for maintaining the reservation, not for payment and they really expect a guest to be arriving by 1pm? There is no safe way to submit cc data in an chat (neither Expedia chat, nor through WhatsApp). It still not clear, whether it's a fraud or they had a problem with my card as I don't know what data exactly I submitted at the time of booking.

I was unable to check in when I arrived at the property. I phoned the number provided. No answer. I had to find alternative accomodation. I was not contacted by the property until 7 hours after I tried to call them. I have been charged for the stay,but I never stayed there so I would like a refund.

The location is amazing and the room is fine for the price it is. However, contacting the people was very difficult. They almost never replied to my calls about the check-in or other inquiries. Other than that it was good.

Really good communication to gain access to the property, excellent location and the room was spotless. I saw the cleaner in twice every day so no faults at all. Definitely going to return.

Basic but adequate for one night (and bargain for 25 euro). Perfect location for port but would not want to stay longer in a room without a window. Maybe balcony rooms better. Check in lock box but code kept changing -however owner was helpful.,

La estancia ha sido agradable aunque no había agua caliente en la ducha/lavabo en el tercer piso.Esta limpio en general, personal de limpieza muy agradable.Tiene auto check in por pin con llaves, la puerta principal no abre muy bien. La calidad precio es buena para esta pensión y la zona está bastante céntrica ideal para escapadas en bus desde los cristianos a otras zonas, bien comunicado.La parada de bus está solo a 10min andando y hay muchas tiendas y bares.

It was very small but quiet and right by all the restaurants and beach. Wifi only worked if i was in the bathroom that worked on a motion light that kept turning off while I showered but for 25e a night it was good to not have to share a room. I don’t know about parking as I was walking. It was difficult for me to find it at first as I don’t speak Spanish. If you only need a place to sleep it was pretty good

Pension Casa Blanca has perfect location in Arona, close to the center, harbour, restaurants. Good price. My room was very small and basic, but clean, and had all necessities. There are no shared areas as living room or kitchen in the dormitory, it is best for only sleeping. Street parking in the area is difficult.

Ho soggiornato 8 giorni in questa struttura in una camera con bagno privato e vista mare, personalmente era quello che cercavo. Le donne della pulizia sono molto gentili e disponibili e passano tutti i giorni e danno sempre asciugamani nuovi puliti se li richiedete e se c'è disponibilità. Viene anche dato uno spazzolino e una bustina di dentifricio da viaggio. La struttura si trova in una zona molto comoda e vicina alla fermata dei bus "Los Cristianos", da cui passano tutti i bus che portano al resto dell'isola. Una zona molto bella e anche familiare per noi Italiani, dove potrete trovare ristoranti, caffetterie, supermercati a buonissimo prezzo. La Pensión Casa Blanca non offre colazioni , sono solo camere con un bagno interno o con bagno esterno per poter dormire, ma sicuramente per mangiare potete trovare molte alternative economiche al di fuori. Molto consigliato se si vuole spendere poco e stare bene

I knew that 7/10 is not a great rating but thought it will be acceltable for a quick overnight stay before an early flight. What horror! The room is barely big enough to have the two single beds, the door couldn't open more than 30cm due to the bed being in front, and no space at all to open the suitcase on the ground. But I wish space was the biggest issue... This really had no windows as such, just some tiny sliding windows that face the corridors in the building (hello passers by!). Due to lack of fresh air it was so hot inside. The bedding was so thin you can see the mattress through it, so some concern about hygiene there.. You get one hand towel which appears folded as if it were washed but smells rank. The bathroom floor - better do your business and don't look. The noise from the building through the pretend windows, the doggs barking, babies crying and loud speech fade in comparison to the disgust of hearing every single sound of people in the bathroon doing their number 1s and 2s. Each time they flush the stench of sulphur...These sort of places should not be legal to let. The staff were less than helpful prior to arrival, took them days to give the access details and they pretended as if they were not paid for the room but when I checked with hotels.com they had given them all they needed for the payment, and it was all nonsense. Didn't sleep a wink. I wish I could erase this stay from my memory forever.

Very disappointing stay. When I arrived, the entrance was locked and there was nobody there to welcome me. I had to call someone, and only after that did someone come to open the door. The building itself is in poor condition. My room was on the third floor, reached through narrow corridors and long, steep staircases. There was no air conditioning and not even a fan, which made the room very uncomfortable. The worst part, however, was the complete lack of internet connection. There was no Wi-Fi signal at all, and even my own mobile data connection hardly worked inside the building. For a hotel in this day and age, this is simply unacceptable. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not a place I would recommend.
