Staff was nice and check in was easy. The room seemed clean and cared for and allowed me to rest with a fridge for my cold food. The lobby had an odd smell and the outside grass had litter in it that looked uncared for.

I wish that I had more thumbs so that I could give this hotel more thumbs down. Subpar facilities, belligerent unprofessional staff, no hot breakfast as listed on the website (waffle maker only - essentially a continental breakfast) and no elevator. I would stay at a different hotel further out and simply drive to the area to do business. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I wish that I had more thumbs so that I could give this hotel more thumbs down. Subpar facilities, belligerent unprofessional staff, no hot breakfast as listed on the website (waffle maker only - essentially a continental breakfast) and no elevator. I would stay at a different hotel further out and simply drive to the area to do business. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Had to get our keys recoded at least twice a day (phone was never by key, but kept Getting told that’s why) Bed wasn’t the most comfortable Hard to communicate with front desk guy because he couldn’t speak English very well at all. Guys in parking lot at night we’re a bit sketchy also.

The overall quality of the hotel has gone down since it originally opened. The hotel is in need of a much needed upgrades. The room was clean, however, we found underwear from prior guest under the table. The staff was very friendly but the hotel gives cheap vibes. We did not try the breakfast as I saw one of the staff members touching the bagels without gloves.

It was a convenient location for our trip to the Masters and the rooms were fine for the most part. The beds were not the most comfortable. We had trouble with our keys not working multiple times, and upon arrival there was food found in the mini fridge. Also, our TV was small. There was limited ride share and other forms of transportation. I would most likely not return.

This hotel should have a rating of 5-6. The check in is super slow like 20-30 min, the person working the front desk is too old and too grumpy to be doing this job . The customer service overall is poor even the morning front desk staff. I had a question about my charges and it seemed as if he was bothered by that. The breakfast is a joke. Just some watered down waffle batter, stale bagels, expired yogurt and a empty juice machine. The carpet is dirty and the toiletries in the bathroom where half empty upon my check in. I only stayed here because it was the only hotel close to where I was going. Otherwise I'd definitely spend my money some where else.

It was a convenient location for our trip to the Masters and the rooms were fine for the most part. The beds were not the most comfortable. We had trouble with our keys not working multiple times, and upon arrival there was food found in the mini fridge. Also, our TV was small. There was limited ride share and other forms of transportation. I would most likely not return.

Super dirty. Gnats flying around the room. Bathroom dirty and sink broken. Strong unpleasant smells. I almost think they don't care because its the only hotel in the town

Nice large rooms and clean. Outside could be a little better maintained and some shady people stay there a lot but it is the only game in town.

This hotel should have a rating of 5-6. The check in is super slow like 20-30 min, the person working the front desk is too old and too grumpy to be doing this job . The customer service overall is poor even the morning front desk staff. I had a question about my charges and it seemed as if he was bothered by that. The breakfast is a joke. Just some watered down waffle batter, stale bagels, expired yogurt and a empty juice machine. The carpet is dirty and the toiletries in the bathroom where half empty upon my check in. I only stayed here because it was the only hotel close to where I was going. Otherwise I'd definitely spend my money some where else.

I wish that I had more thumbs so that I could give this hotel more thumbs down. Subpar facilities, belligerent unprofessional staff, no hot breakfast as listed on the website (waffle maker only - essentially a continental breakfast) and no elevator. I would stay at a different hotel further out and simply drive to the area to do business. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The overall quality of the hotel has gone down since it originally opened. The hotel is in need of a much needed upgrades. The room was clean, however, we found underwear from prior guest under the table. The staff was very friendly but the hotel gives cheap vibes. We did not try the breakfast as I saw one of the staff members touching the bagels without gloves.

The lobby was very clean and maintained but the room was absolutely awful. There were cigarette burns on the bed linen. The bathroom tub was filthy and stained with the paint chipping , toilet seat broken and there were roaches !!! Also the carpet is filthy and affecting the air quality in the room we all left congested and sick .

I was in town for work, and this is the only hotel in Edgefield. To my pleasant surprise, my room was quite clean and nice. Did the job for me just fine at a very reasonable rate.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel like this one is warranted. Unfortunately, my stay at the Quality Inn in Edgefield was extremely disappointing. The property felt old, dirty, and badly in need of updates. The towels were worn out and didn’t look clean, which was concerning from the start. As the night went on, I noticed roaches in the room, and I also became concerned about possible bedbugs based on what I experienced and saw jump off my arm. I tried to power through the stay, but eventually decided I couldn’t remain there because I didn’t feel comfortable or confident in the cleanliness of the room. The one positive was the customer service. After explaining my concerns, the staff refunded my stay, and I appreciate them handling the situation professionally. I hope the property addresses these cleanliness and maintenance issues because, in its current condition, I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying there again.
