Friendly and helpful staff and a great room. The only two issues with the hotel is that it’s on the side of a mountain and has steep steps to climb everywhere in the resort. There’s LOUD music playing until 1am every night

Otel içerisindeki merdivenler dik. Bu nedenle odaya erişim yorucu oldu. Bunun dışında herşey çok güzeldi. Tüm arkadaşlarıma tavsiye edeceğim.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Stone rooms are nicely decorated. Prepare to have some cardio exercises by walking the uphill and stairs. Very good experience and memories, recommend to stay.

Dangerous steep stone paths to get to/from room.

We were on a Turkiye road trip and decided to come to Ölüdeniz for a quiet NYE. We were drawn in by the pictures of the hot tubs on the balconies! The bungalows are VERY cute and well put together but we do wish we had not come here on NYE. When we arrived, they told us they were having a party that we could join for a substantial amount (3 x what we paid for the room) but we're not really partiers and don't drink. Regardless, we were IN THE PARTY ALL NIGHT UNTIL 2AM...it was so loud... we got no rest. We wish they'd have let us know in advance so we could change our plans, especially since out hot tub didn't even work...lol. I got up early for a new year sunrise soak but it was only cold water from the tap. Then, the poor staff were so tired from the party, they were annoyed at our presence for breakast. There wasn't even coffee or drinks available. I know this sounds really complainy, but I do think the rooms are probably usually lovely...just not for NYE if you're looking for a peaceful night and quality service.

Gorevlilerin cogu yeni ve ya turkcesi epey sinirliydi. Bunlar biraz dezavantaj olabiliyor iletisim acisindan. Kahvaltisi fena degil. Wi-Fi ve bazi gsm operatorleri pek cekmiyor. Uzaktan calisayim diyorsaniz biraz zor olabilir.

Schön gelegene Anlage am Berghang mit toller Aussicht aufs Mee, aus den weiter oben gelegenen Zimmern und Bungalows. Reichhaltiges, eher türkisches Frühstücksbuffet. Allerdings sollte man frühzeitig da sein, da später nicht mehr alles aufgefüllt wird. Das Bungalow ist nett eingerichtet, aber die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Auf Handtüchern und Bettwäsche waren Flecken, die Toilette und die Badezimmerarmaturen waren nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Gläser und Tassen im Zimmer hatten Wasserflecken und teilweise angetrockneten Dreck. Auch der tägliche Zimmerreinigungsservice hatte keinen Blick dafür. Im Badezimmer war keine Seife vorhanden und die Fenster waren sehr dreckig, so dass man den schönen Ausblick eigentlich nur mit offenem Fenster genießen konnte. Den Whirlpool auf dem Balkon müsste man zunächst selber ordentlich reinigen, um darin ein Bad nehmen zu wollen. Nachts braucht man in der Regel Ohrstöpsel, um durchschlafen zu können. An der Tür des Bungalows waren Einbruchsspuren, wodurch die Tür schwer schloss. Den Safe im Zimmer hätte man mit wenig Aufwand mitnehmen können, da dieser nicht richtig befestigt war. Schade war auch, dass einige der Lichtquellen im Zimmer nicht funktioniert haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man das Hotell nur zum übernachten nutzt, tagsüber unterwegs ist, und etwas selber putzt, dann geht es. Es gibt jedoch bessere Alternativen. Wir würden das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel nehmen.

Gayet iyiydi konumu sahile 5 dakika sadece bir miktar otopark sorunu var ama gayet memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı 4 5 çeşit peynir ve zeytin sıcaklar falan çok iyiydi. Isıtmalı havuzu vardı odalar temiz sigara kokmuyor. Personeli güler yüzlü ilgiliydi.

Ailem ile yaptığım 1 günlük konaklamada otel bizi üzmedi , çok temiz kahvaltısı ve atmosferi çok iyi , ölü deniz bölgesinde araç parkı çok sorun , otelin kendine özel otoparkı var. Çalışan personeller saygılı ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Ben memnun kaldım sizlerede tavsiye ediyorum.

The hotel's setting on a steep hillside offers authentic, natural beauty. However, be aware that the terrain requires a good level of fitness for climbing back from the town. Our stay was severely impacted by a heavy rainstorm. The poor drainage system caused the balcony to flood, and rainwater seeped into our room, creating a very unpleasant situation. Furthermore, a persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom was an ongoing issue. The breakfast offered was below average for the price point of this hotel. Overall, given these problems with the facilities and maintenance, we found the hotel to be overpriced and left feeling disappointed.

Yemek kısmı çok güzeldi ama havuzu 1.25 kötüydü ve odaların temizliği çok kötüydü toza alerjim vardı ve tozdan pislikten uyuyamadım denize gerçekten çok yakın ama temizliği havuzu çok kötü genç çalışanları çok iyiydi ama diğer çalışanları da pek güler yüzlü ve iyi değillerdi

Otel çok huzurluydu.Temiz ve düzenliydi.Açık büfe kahvaltıda kullanılan ürünlerin kalitesi de güzeldi.Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü.Her ne kadar sezon olmadığı için Ölüdeniz sessiz sakin olsada kışın bile kafa dinlemek için çok güzel bir otel.Herkese tavsiye ederim :)

Odami yagmur yaginca su basti. Oda en tepede olmasina ragmen balkondan ve kapidan giren sularla oda göle döndü. Bir kez gelip sildiler , kapi altlarina havlu koyfular. sonra tekrar su basti. Göl icinde gezindim odada. Restoranlarda surekli kediler masa altinda oldugu icin asla rahat yemek yiyemedim. Param ziyan oldu, asiri derecede konforsuz, odalar ve esyalar cok eskiydi.

Gün temizlik yapıldı 2.gün istememize rağmen, kahvaltısı güzeldi ama peynir çeşitleri hiç güzel değildi tadı yoktu, akşam yemeğide fena değildi etli yemekleri kötüydü köfte yumuşacıktı ve köfteye dair birşey yoktu eti çok azdı galiba, tavuklu yemekleri güzeldi, gece yatarken karşısındaki mekanlardan çok ses geliyordu gece rahatsız olduk

The room was the best for a good nights sleep and a relaxing staying. The only misgiving was the barking dog and cat fights And I think the dinner menu is rather overpriced for the experience it is. The position and proximity to the beach is good and the views from the elevation.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was always smiling, polite and kind. When asked where to go, they told us where to go, what to see. The room had a large terrace, where it was very nice to sit in the evening and enjoy the view. The hotel is located in a very beautiful place. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was very delicious and plentiful, a large selection of food.

Everything was great! Hotel near the beach and shops in a beautiful setting carved in the rocks. Restaurant staff were amazing including Özlem and others I didn't get the chance to know. Hope to return soon

The Symbola is great value, I had a wonderful stay thanks to Ferihan and her team. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly situated cut into the hillside giving great views across the beach to the lagoon with almost all day sun and a very short 4 minute walk to the beach and main Oludeniz strip. The hotel is also a short walk to a path linking Oludeniz with the Lycian way and routes up to Babadag mountain. Highly recommended.

Stayed in this great hotel during Christmas. The location is perfect, just a little 5-minute walk to the beach. Beautiful, modern stone rooms and bungalows hidden in a wonderful mountain garden, with a gorgeous sea view! The food and cocktails were amazing. The staff was quite friendly and kind, many thanks to all! Also, the music band taking stage on Christmas evening made everyone enjoy the night :)

Tucked in the side of the cliff on the perimeter of Ölüdeniz Beach the hotel was private but only a five minute walk from the centre of town and the beaches

The Symbola is great value, I had a wonderful stay thanks to Ferihan and her team. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly situated cut into the hillside giving great views across the beach to the lagoon with almost all day sun and a very short 4 minute walk to the beach and main Oludeniz strip. The hotel is also a short walk to a path linking Oludeniz with the Lycian way and routes up to Babadag mountain. Highly recommended.

If you hate Brit’s abroad but find yourself here, this is the place to stay. The staff were fantastic, it’s high up away from the rowdy crowd but still and easy walk to town and the beach. Breakfast and view were outstanding.

Personel inanılmaz caliskan ve guler yuzlu bir ekipti. Kahvaltı cok cok iyiydi ayrica kedileri besliyor olmalarını da cok sevdik. Odamız çok sirin ve yeterliydi. Kasım ayında gittim ve yer bulma sıkıntısı çekmedim. 12 ay açık bir tesis.
