Clean and spacious team. Great hospitality and professional staff especially house keeping manager, Aditya, and his staff. The room was always clean and amenities present. The restaurant staff ensured that everyone were comfortable and always asked if I wanted something else to eat. Many thanks to the doormen who were always welcoming. Property very clean.

Booked room for 4 occupants but bath towels were only 2. Hand towels were completely missing during the stay. Shampoo was missing in the bathroom. 2 out of 3 lifts were not working. Check in process was cumbersome and long. We had booked 2 rooms but hotel’s systems were showing only 1 room. We had resolved that confusion over the phone before check in, but during check-in, staff had some confusion. Swimming pool area on rooftop was unorganized, dirty, and full of pigeons in the pool water.

The property was hugely outdated. The prices were equivalent to the Marriott but quality and service really far behind that offered at the Marriott. We were given a room with no view and smelt of damp, to the point the wall paper was peeling off and the phones didn't work. When we asked for a room swap they second room still smelt of damp and the staffs suggestion was to offer an air freshener. The solution to the appliances not working was to be spam rang to check if the phone was working. The bathroom was mouldy. If the nearby hotels hadn't been fully booked we would have left immediately. We tried to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt and explored the pool side bar but the chairs were covered in dirt (and actual bird feces) and it took over an hour for them to bring a mocktail and water bottle to the table. The duty manager then kept telling my partner not to lodge a complaint.

Room were very clean. Sofa in the living room is showing age and needs deep cleaning. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, it is a well maintained property. Staff was very courteous and worked very hard to look after all our needs.
