The location of this property is fantastic, directly opposite the Monkey Forest, it has lots of shops and resturants around it. The outdoor area is very tranquil, with lush gradens and lovely pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I have to agree with other reviews the bathroom is very tired, the sink and toilet had stains in them, the shower is over the bath with no where to hang the shower head higher up so you have to wash your hair sat down in the bath. The bedding and linen had marks and stains on them. The bug net over the bed didn't close, therefore being pointless, I ended up using hair grips to seal it over night but there were holes in the net so we still got bitten. We had a lizzard living under our fridge and the room upstairs leaked water over our bed, making it soaking wet, the staff mopped the ceiling and changed the bedding but said they had spilled water and it had gone through tiles???

It’s still unfortunate that covid impacts are not behind us. There was no guest information book or anything and the grounds were unfortunately very slippery when it rained. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the villa itself was very nice and clean. The pool was absolutely perfect. Beautiful clean water and because it’s a good depth, the water was never too hot or cold - absolutely perfect. It is right near the Monkey Forest, so there are monkeys around and on the property. Just don’t leave anything outside!!

Le foto che lo rappresentano non sono proprio come nella realtà anzi sono proprio differenti. La pulizia scarsa e l'area per la 3°persona scandalosa. La biancheria di odore sgradevole e il tetto della camera aperto agli angoli con tutti gli animali che entrano. Gechi che si trovano a passeggiare anche sul pavimento e di notte anche all'interno del tetto che passeggiano sulla testa sopra al letto. Il bagno qualcosa di scandaloso.....Vasca sporchissima e fatiscente con acqua che esce da tutte le parti allagando bagno e camera.La finestra del bagno con fessure grandi aperte, senza zanzariera con animali che entrano anche da qui. Rubinetteria arrugginita e vecchia e wc vecchissimo e macchiato.....un disastro La colazione compresa qualcosa di abominevole: siamo scesi prima del previsto e li abbiamo incrociati con la busta che rientravano in hotel avendola acquistata fuori in chissà quale warung....dolce sin fundo : prendevano il cibo con le mani e lo posizionavano nei piatti!!! Arrivati il 17 agosto abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte e abbiamo cambiato hotel.NON CI HANNO RIMBORSATO NULLA NONOSTANTE LE NOSTRE RICHIESTE (AVEVAMO 5 NOTTI) QUINI NON SOGGIORNATE IN QUESTO HOTEL CHE è PESSIMO. CI AVEVANO DETTO CHE CI RIMBORSAVANO 3 NOTTI MA NON CI è ARRIVATO MAI NULLA!!!!!!!!!!! Very good, reasonably priced place to stay in central Ubud. Personally I found the bed very uncomfortable, and my room was right by the stairwell so I could hear people at all hours of the night coming to their rooms / leaving. But for the price, a very good accommodation for travellers / solo travellers :) Right across from the monkey forest so there are monkeys on the property at certain times of the day- i avoided the pool area for this reason (one swiped my sunscreen from me lol). But very walkable & close to many tasty restaurants / bars.

Flot og rent værelse med lækre vinduer ud til haven. Intet vindue på badeværelset - det var bare en babusmåtte, så der kunne komme smådyr ind. Vi så det dog ikke som et problem. Heller intet forhæng ved bruseren, så gulvet blev meget vådt ved bad. Der manglede en holder til bruseren, så man kunne vaske sig uden selv at skulle holde bruseren. Lækker have og rigtig fin pool. Sødt og venligt personale. Udmærket morgenmad.

The staff members were very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and well serviced. The only issue is there were some bugs around early evening but I think this is common around that area. Over I'm very happy with my stay and the value.

El lugar está situado en un buen lugar pero las cortinas, mosquitero de la cama , manchadas de color amarillo ya no son blancas. El asiento del WC con manchas grises de lo viejo que está. La tina no tiene cortina así que salpica todo hacia el piso. La cafetera estaba con agua del huésped anterior. El cristal d dls ventana del baño quebrado. Es un hotel con un lindo jardín pero demasiado descuidado en sus habitaciones. Una lástima.

We stayed two nights in the family room. The bed sheets were dirty with blood stains and other unknown stains, the floor was dirty, there were cobwebs everywhere and the bathroom shower had mould all around it. The staff were nice and the property grounds are nice and convenient location but we wouldn’t sacrifice cleanliness for that to stay again.

Totally overpriced for the dirty and smelly hotel room. The floor of the room was dusty covered with dead insects. I needed the hotel staff to clean the floor. The inside the hotel is gloomy and spooky. We could not stand it and decided to use another hotel.
Totally overpriced for the dirty and smelly hotel room. The floor of the room was dusty covered with dead insects. I needed the hotel staff to clean the floor. The inside the hotel is gloomy and spooky. We could not stand it and decided to use another hotel.

This hotel is really a hidden gem! Right outside of the monkey forest and a real paradise in the middle of a busy street. We loved the experience of the outside toilet and shower. Magical to shower with an amazing view of nature. The staff was wonderful, super sweet and helpful. Would really recommend this hotel!

The location of this property is fantastic, directly opposite the Monkey Forest, it has lots of shops and resturants around it. The outdoor area is very tranquil, with lush gradens and lovely pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I have to agree with other reviews the bathroom is very tired, the sink and toilet had stains in them, the shower is over the bath with no where to hang the shower head higher up so you have to wash your hair sat down in the bath. The bedding and linen had marks and stains on them. The bug net over the bed didn't close, therefore being pointless, I ended up using hair grips to seal it over night but there were holes in the net so we still got bitten. We had a lizzard living under our fridge and the room upstairs leaked water over our bed, making it soaking wet, the staff mopped the ceiling and changed the bedding but said they had spilled water and it had gone through tiles???

The best hotel I’ve ever been! This is a highly undervalued hotel and with it being literally across the street from the best monkey forest in all of Bali you can’t go wrong. Monkeys were on hotel property our first day and the outdoor bathroom was strangely awesome to enjoy the view while showering!

It’s a fantastic accommodation in the heart of Ubud and located right across the entrance of Monkey Forest. Sunset view in the room is beautiful. Only one thing which is the toilet drainage system as water tends to overflood and leads to the room after showering

Very good, reasonably priced place to stay in central Ubud. Personally I found the bed very uncomfortable, and my room was right by the stairwell so I could hear people at all hours of the night coming to their rooms / leaving. But for the price, a very good accommodation for travellers / solo travellers :) Right across from the monkey forest so there are monkeys on the property at certain times of the day- i avoided the pool area for this reason (one swiped my sunscreen from me lol). But very walkable & close to many tasty restaurants / bars.

De plaats was goed, tegenover een monkey forest. Ze zeiden dat je wel de ramen dicht moest houden vanwege monkeys die binnen kunnen komen en alles pakken, zo gezegd zo gedaan. Een lekker bed met netten voor de muggen rond om je bed. De bad kamer mooie in richting alleen de douche zelf vond ik persoonlijk slecht, omdat er geen glas of doek voor was dus de grond werd helemaal nat, ook had niet elke kamer een douche kop die boven je hangt wel een bad alleen was t afvoer dopje slecht zat ik net 10 minuten in bad liep al het water weer weg, dat is dus niet goed geregeld m. Voor de rest mag ik niet klagen.

Flot og rent værelse med lækre vinduer ud til haven. Intet vindue på badeværelset - det var bare en babusmåtte, så der kunne komme smådyr ind. Vi så det dog ikke som et problem. The staff members were very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and well serviced. The only issue is there were some bugs around early evening but I think this is common around that area. Over I'm very happy with my stay and the value.

It’s still unfortunate that covid impacts are not behind us. There was no guest information book or anything and the grounds were unfortunately very slippery when it rained. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the villa itself was very nice and clean. The pool was absolutely perfect. Beautiful clean water and because it’s a good depth, the water was never too hot or cold - absolutely perfect. It is right near the Monkey Forest, so there are monkeys around and on the property. Just don’t leave anything outside!!

We stayed two nights in the family room. The bed sheets were dirty with blood stains and other unknown stains, the floor was dirty, there were cobwebs everywhere and the bathroom shower had mould all around it. The staff were nice and the property grounds are nice and convenient location but we wouldn’t sacrifice cleanliness for that to stay again.

Great staff. Very accommodating. Laundry service, scooter rental, massage, day trips... whatever you want, they’ll happily arrange it for you. Directly across from the Monkey Forest. Sometimes the Monkeys even come over and climb in the trees around the property.

Le foto che lo rappresentano non sono proprio come nella realtà anzi sono proprio differenti. La pulizia scarsa e l'area per la 3°persona scandalosa. La biancheria di odore sgradevole e il tetto della camera aperto agli angoli con tutti gli animali che entrano. Gechi che si trovano a passeggiare anche sul pavimento e di notte anche all'interno del tetto che passeggiano sulla testa sopra al letto. Il bagno qualcosa di scandaloso.....Vasca sporchissima e fatiscente con acqua che esce da tutte le parti allagando bagno e camera.La finestra del bagno con fessure grandi aperte, senza zanzariera con animali che entrano anche da qui. Rubinetteria arrugginita e vecchia e wc vecchissimo e macchiato.....un disastro La colazione compresa qualcosa di abominevole: siamo scesi prima del previsto e li abbiamo incrociati con la busta che rientravano in hotel avendola acquistata fuori in chissà quale warung....dolce sin fundo : prendevano il cibo con le mani e lo posizionavano nei piatti!!! Arrivati il 17 agosto abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte e abbiamo cambiato hotel.NON CI HANNO RIMBORSATO NULLA NONOSTANTE LE NOSTRE RICHIESTE (AVEVAMO 5 NOTTI) QUINI NON SOGGIORNATE IN QUESTO HOTEL CHE è PESSIMO. CI AVEVANO DETTO CHE CI RIMBORSAVANO 3 NOTTI MA NON CI è ARRIVATO MAI NULLA!!!!!!!!!!! 위치가 야주 좋아요. 몽키포레스트 바로 옆이라 코코마트 삼거리에 있는 아주 위치가 딱인 곳이죠. 그렇다보니 밤이나 새벽에 오토바이 소리가 엄청 시끄럽습니다. 그리고 저는 2층에 묶었는데 3층을 목조로만 지어서 층간 소음이 어마어마 해요. 헤드셋 노이즈 캔슬링 켜고 잤어요. 쏘움에 예밍하쉰분덜은 잘대롱 삐추삐추 입니다.

There were monkeys everywhere at the property, you’re told you can’t open windows as monkeys will come in. They crowded the entrance and pool area making it hard to come and go, or relax outside. I left my booking early to change hotel as the monkeys were so unsettling. There were no staff around either. Would not recommend.

De plaats was goed, tegenover een monkey forest. Ze zeiden dat je wel de ramen dicht moest houden vanwege monkeys die binnen kunnen komen en alles pakken, zo gezegd zo gedaan. Een lekker bed met netten voor de muggen rond om je bed. De bad kamer mooie in richting alleen de douche zelf vond ik persoonlijk slecht, omdat er geen glas of doek voor was dus de grond werd helemaal nat, ook had niet elke kamer een douche kop die boven je hangt wel een bad alleen was t afvoer dopje slecht zat ik net 10 minuten in bad liep al het water weer weg, dat is dus niet goed geregeld m. Voor de rest mag ik niet klagen.
