Detta var den värsta hotellupplevelsen någonsin. Anläggningen är gigantisk och dåligt underhållen. Rummet var inte bra städat och all inredning samt alla faciliteter är slitna och utdaterade. Vi var tyvärr tvungna att äta frukost på hotellet vilket var en hemsk upplevelse med extremt hög ljud nivå och buffé med långa köer till mat som var halvfabrikat och absolut oätligt. Det kändes som en utfodringsstation för djur. Vi spenderade 10 timmar på boendet och det var 10 timmar för mycket.

Anläggningen är trevlig och stor. Bra badstränder, fin pool. Service och personal ger vi 2 av 5 i betyg. Det är en matsal inte en resturang. Personalen kör omkring med golfbilar på området som det vore en tävling. Sportcenter var supertrevliga. A la carte restaurangen vid Spa var ett skämt, vi gick när vi gick in maten, alla tre olika huvudrätterna var torra och oätliga, tror inte de tillagas på plats. Om man bortser från bristerna ovan hade vi en bra vecka men de ska inte utge sig för att vara 5 stjärnigt.

There was plenty food but some of the dishes were really low quality, especially the ham and cheese for breakfast ( the cheapest one) and the sweets. The main problem with the food expect the quality was that for every meal you needed to wait in such a big queue cause there was just a single line. In the beginning I think for dinner some of the main dishes you could find in the bemars next to main dishes, however after fee days they didn't place any food there... There is a big problem for families with stroller, we have requested ground floor for this in advance and they have accommodated us in a room with stairs... In the main building there is no place to change baby, there is something like changing table however not sure who would use it as it is made of hard plastic no way to change there little baby. I was doing that using my changing mat on the couch. There are 3 organized beaches but only 1 shower spot ( during my stay out of order for 4-5 days). They don't pick up mattress from seabeds on the grass so in the morning they are all wet ( cause of watering the grass). The restaurant for reservations only is a joke, the same food just served nice on plate, they brought our starter cold and after complain they did change it - I assume in microwave - was cold inside...

Don’t pick this hotel. Although the beach is great, service and food are terrible. It was really disappointing and I hoped I had read a review like this one to avoid staying there for our summer holidays.

Mixed stay great setting, but not the right fit for us Overall we had a pleasant enough experience, but it ultimately didn’t fully match what we were looking for. The resort itself is in a beautiful location right on the water, with a nice private beach and plenty of sunbeds and seating options. The beach area was definitely a bonus. with views across to Hydra. The room was fine standard but entry door not much soundproofing. That said, the overall atmosphere felt very much geared towards families with young children. It was quite a busy resort, especially towards our final night when a large number of guests arrived, and at times it felt crowded and lively in a way that didn’t suit the kind of quiet couples escape we had in mind. The buffet was fine but nothing particularly memorable good enough for convenience, but not a standout aspect of the stay. While the hotel itself is well maintained and the staff were generally pleasant and professional, we personally didn’t feel it was the best match for us as a gay couple. At times we felt a little uncomfortable due to the general guest environment, not because of the hotel staff, but simply the mix and atmosphere of the resort. In fairness, we did spend a lot of our time exploring other nearby areas, which we really enjoyed, but that also highlighted that the resort itself wasn’t quite aligned with our travel style. Overall, a nice property in a beautiful setting, but more of a family focused resort.
