Lovely apartment everything you need from washing machine to dish washer and everything between, home from home. Only slight draw back for two bedroom apartment was the stairs to climb up. Car parking under cover downstairs. Clean tidy and a fantastic stay.

Check in was good, friendly reception. 2BR unit was up a flight of long stairs, didn't pick that up until arrival, managed luggage okay. Private parking under apartment. Bathroom was off 1 BR with second entry off hall. No privacy set/door locks though. Separate toilet to bathroom was good. Large kitchen, dining and living area but split system a/c heating struggled to warm place. No bedroom heating which made rooms cold. Electric blankets I believe but no leads to plug in. Lots of blankets and doonah though. Power points were set into wall making some usb chargers unusable. I suggest bring a power board and small heater in winter. Water pressure not as strong as I like but manageable. 2BR back from highway so nice and quiet. Overall, comfortable enough for 2 night stay, be better in Summer most likely. Good for the price.

The website says that there is a courtesy bus, but when we enquired about it at check in, they said that they didn’t have one. This needs to be removed from the website as it was the reason why we chose this accommodation.

Not the latest facilities, but everything spotlessly clean and functional. The wi-fi allowed me to stream on the TV just like at home, a rare option in my experience. Staff were friendly and approachable. Would recommend without doubt.

Came back after first day away to find bed unmade Also sign said in bathroom if u require clean towels in the shower which we did Weren’t very happy Managers came with clean towels & was apolgetic. Room is very spacious, good kitchen and laundry areas. In a great area close to restaurants, shops etc Was a good price but it’s starting to look old and needs to have some updating completed Couch had tears and blind looked completely broken so we didn’t touch it.

A suggestion - your note asked us to bring rubbish downstairs. All good, but please provide a better quality bin liner with handles as the plastic liner bag split on the second top step!! Two bottles smashed as they fell out through the stairs onto the concrete below. Oh what a mess!! Staff were lovely in helping to clean up the awful mess.

Disappointing to have a notice in the room saying despite us paying premium prices the room is not serviced daily due to staff shortages! I asked for the room to please be serviced - bed was not made just towels replaced The housekeeping was knocking on the door on check out day well before the check out time - it was noisy and after this average experience we will choose elsewhere to stay next time

Lack of daily servicing rooms, it’s a bit lame to blame covid or staff shortages. We had to keep asking for towels etc. Chairs are well passed there used by date.

Overall, this a great place to stay for both business and leisure travellers. The motel and apartments are kept very clean and have all the ammenities needed for a comfortable stay. Yes, in some areas the rooms are agreeing to show they age, and a fresh coat of paint and a few new fittings will really make this the best place to date in the area - but for the price, you really can’t beat it! A couple of minor things to note include - the tv has limits channels (due to some weak signals coming in, but I have found this issue across a few places in the area), along with some average mobile phone coverage in the rooms (again, something I have found across a number of places in the area). This is my choice when staying in the area.
