Not bad, but the shower glass doors were filthy and overall room cleanliness and noise levels could be improved. Cleaning staff and front desk were decently friendly. Shower temperature and pressure were fantastic. Very limited amenities. The location is convenient and near the MTR but there isn't much to do directly outside the hotel as it's an industrial area. If you can get a price of CAD$85 or less per night, it's great value. Otherwise, there are other hotels to choose from.

酒店旺中帶靜，門面雖然不大，但內有乾坤，房間舒適，床墊舒服，枕頭有點軟化，但跟服務員提出後，馬上給了一個硬一點的枕頭。房間洗手間和淋浴尤其超出預期，水龍頭出手很棒。大堂免費提供研磨咖啡和茶水。總的來說以其價格及房間寬敞，性價比高。這次住了一星期，感覺很滿意，向來訪的親友推薦也有同感。所以我離開兩天，回港又再訂了六晚。

Excellent séjour de 10 nuits! En journée animé mais le soir calme du coup parfait! À côté du métro! Personnel très sympathique! Et très propre! Les chambres sont bien équipé avec beaucoup de rangement notamment pour les valises aussi ce qui est excellent!

We stayed there for 3 weeks last September and we had a enjoyable & comfortable stay. Room is small but we were expected. The housekeeping ladies are very friendly and polite, they refilled all the toiletries every day. Special thanks to the front desk people let us check in early and helped us call taxi when checking out. They are very friendly and professional. The only thing needs improvement would be the cleanliness of the bathroom. I thought the location is far away from MTR but I was wrong, it's just a 5-8 mins walk. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

The hotel is modern and nice, however our room was quite small and it was not as clean as I had hoped it would be (certain areas were dusty and dirty, and the cleaning lady left her hair on our mattress several times).

Schönes Hotel mit gut ausgestattetem Zimmer (Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Teller, Schüsseln, Besteck) und viel Stauraum. Leider gab es einige Abnutzungsspuren, z.B. Flecken an den Wänden und der Duschbereich war stark verkalkt. Die Sauberkeit war ansonsten aber sehr gut. Außerdem haben wir die täglichen 2 Flaschen Wasser sehr geschätzt.

There's really nothing bad to say about this property. I spent an entire week at this hotel for my honeymoon and we always looked forward to coming back to a clean room every night. Staff was extremely polite and helpful and the housekeeper always adhered to our schedule. Can't wait to be back again in the future!

The pictures of the rooms does a lot of justice so don't be too fooled although they are nice and to a degree of modern standard. It is small so a couple staying in a standard room might be tight. Bathroom floor is made of wood like you would step into a sauna, personally I would prefer tiles or laminate flooring but overall it's clean which is the main thing. Didn't really interact much with the hotel staff but they were polite and helpful which was the main thing.

Hotel location was perfect as was situated in Mong Kok. Also, MTR, buses, KCR transport facilities to various parts of Hong Kong are very close by. Room was comfortable, especially the firm mattress and a super king size bed. One of our rooms had the facilities to support guests with mobility issues (e.g. rail grab bars around toilet, mobility wet room). Staff were very friendly, helpful and supported our needs during our stay.

My stay was ok, the hotel location is ok, near the city, the area is a bit away from all the busy traffic and yet within walking distance from everything. The only not so good about the room is the bed is not comfortable, I have the King size bed but my guess is that it is not a real King size bed, it was combined by two twin bed, there were spots of the bed feel really not comfortable, hard, etc.

Very convenient location close to everything. Housekeeping services are great but a bit of miscommunication between reception and housekeeping as I’ve requested no housekeeping service by calling the reception on one day but I heard someone entering my room doing cleaning while I was taking a nap later on the same day.

Front desk staffs are excellent n nice. Room is not vacuum everything and we had to go to the front and requested room vacuuming. Besides this, everything is good. We didn't have any room upgraded although we asked for it, may be next time. Love to go back again. Thanks!

Would definitely stay there again in the future!

There's really nothing bad to say about this property. I spent an entire week at this hotel for my honeymoon and we always looked forward to coming back to a clean room every night. Staff was extremely polite and helpful and the housekeeper always adhered to our schedule. Can't wait to be back again in the future!

Negativ: Bei einer Aufenthaltsdauer von knapp drei Wochen war das Hotel nicht in der Lage, mir nach mehreren Nachfragen ein späteres Late Check-Out anzubieten als lediglich bis 14 Uhr. Excellent séjour de 10 nuits! En journée animé mais le soir calme du coup parfait! À côté du métro! Personnel très sympathique! Et très propre! Les chambres sont bien équipé avec beaucoup de rangement notamment pour les valises aussi ce qui est excellent!

Hotel location was perfect as was situated in Mong Kok. Also, MTR, buses, KCR transport facilities to various parts of Hong Kong are very close by. Room was comfortable, especially the firm mattress and a super king size bed. One of our rooms had the facilities to support guests with mobility issues (e.g. rail grab bars around toilet, mobility wet room). Staff were very friendly, helpful and supported our needs during our stay.

Not bad, but the shower glass doors were filthy and overall room cleanliness and noise levels could be improved. Cleaning staff and front desk were decently friendly. Shower temperature and pressure were fantastic. Very limited amenities. The location is convenient and near the MTR but there isn't much to do directly outside the hotel as it's an industrial area. If you can get a price of CAD$85 or less per night, it's great value. Otherwise, there are other hotels to choose from.

Booked early and got a good deal, being in Mong Kok it is very convenient travelling anywhere in HK. Station could be closer, around 7 minutes walk through crowds and HK heat/humidity. Something to consider if you are not as mobile. Overall happy with the stay and would come again

The room is clean, modern, but small. The staff are friendly and try their best. However, trying to get a taxi from that particular area can be challenging not specific to them but taxis in general in Hong Kong. If you want to ensure you get a taxi, you should book it. 24 hours in advance. The area where the hotel is located is not the cleanest nor the brightest in terms of lighting. It is about a 5-7 minute walk to the closest MTR. Overall, they are pluses and they are minuses decide what is my important for you.
