This hotel was not in a great location for anything. Very much out on its own. The pool was closed and almost no guests staying. The restaurant was closed and no were close to eat.the carpets in the rooms were very dirty. Much better to be closer to city center.

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Hotel was probably amazing in it's day but is a little tired now. Very clean, but needs updating. Quite a bit of road noise from our street facing room. Pool was large, clean, beautiful. Beach is across the street and public, crowded, dirty - not somewhere we had any interest in being. Short cab drive to medina, great restaurant and park across the street but otherwise not really walkable to anywhere.

Si vous avez une chambre côté mer, vous serez au top. En revanche, si vous êtes côté rue, n'oubliez pas les boules quies... Impossible de dormir les 2 1eres nuits, heureusement nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre côté mer ensuite. La vue était incroyable, le calme appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est très sympa. Le buffet hebdomadaire n'est absolument pas intéressant, les restaurants à proximité sont beaucoup moins chers et plus variés. Le restaurant à la carte est bon mais un peu cher également. Il n'y a pas du tout d'alcool dans cet hôtel. Et enfin, la piscine intérieure est payante et très chère ! 15€ les 30 mn !!! Le personnel est très sympa. Ce n'est pas l'hôtel le mieux placé pour visiter Tanger mais ça reste très accessible, 4 ou 5€ pour se rendre en taxi dans le centre.

Dans l'offre ils disent entrée SPA offerte, au Checkin ils disent que c'est pas offert. La chambre sur la vue montagne n'est pas insonorisé et on entend toute la nuit les chiens qui aboient et les motocycles qui passent à 3h et 4h du matin. Le lit est grand mais le matelas est petit par rapport au dessous en bois et on frappe le pied à chaque fois. La douchette ne marchait pas. La boite de mouchoirs fallait la demander à 3 reprises. Le technicien coupe l'electricité sur tout l'hotel à 9h du matin et les ascenseurs stoppés sans prévenir et le service breakfast suspendu pour une demi heure, pas d'omlette vu la plaque est electrique. Hotel sans animation ni resturant la nuit. Le chauffage est trop fort. Un receptionniste est tellement froid que j ai fait mon checkout à 9h du matin le lendemain sans regret! A eviter!

Alt var tip top, personalet var super søde, buffen var godt. MEN, toiletterne og badværelserne var i virkelig dårlig tilstand..vi og vores venne par skiftet værelser flere gang da badværelserne ikke fungeret. Det var virkelig ærgerlig, det giver ikke indtrykket af det er en fem stjernes hotel. Generelt så burde hotellet ikke have mere end 4 stjerner, værelserne mangkede ting som glass og kopper.. intet i minbaren..

Appareils au gym désuets et certains sont brisés. Chambres propres mais décor assez vieux. Nous sommes allés en février et porte-patio mal isolée, vent qui passe au travers et bruyant. De plus, nourriture non permise dans les chambres. Nous nous sommes faits avertir car nous avions un restant de nourriture d’un restaurant dans un sac et ils ne voulaient pas qu’on l’aille. Pour le reste, personnel très gentil et buffet du déjeuner vraiment complet. Nous avons bien aimé en général!

While the staff was helpful and patient, the condition of the property is abysmal. Dirty carpets, leaky air conditioners, unclean rooms, the list goes on. If you want a hotel that feels clean and modern, this one is not for you. The hotel, specifically the hotel room floors need significant rehab.

We choose the moga dor hotel for ots reputation as 5 stars hotel. I don't think it is even 3 stars hotel. A carpertin the room. Was so dirty and AC waznt womri h even that we called the hogel to confirm. It was so hot that we couldn't fall asleep. Never again

Cet hôtel est à des années lumières d'un 5 étoiles !!! Il n'en vaut même pas 3. La nourriture du buffet date de la veille, les draps ne sont jamais changés, l'eau est tiède, la chambre froide et mal insonorisée. Je suis choquée de ce que j'ai reçu comme service bien que tout le monde ait été très gentil et poli avec moi.

Cet hôtel est à des années lumières d'un 5 étoiles !!! Il n'en vaut même pas 3. La nourriture du buffet date de la veille, les draps ne sont jamais changés, l'eau est tiède, la chambre froide et mal insonorisée. Je suis choquée de ce que j'ai reçu comme service bien que tout le monde ait été très gentil et poli avec moi.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would happily stay here again.

Si vous avez une chambre côté mer, vous serez au top. En revanche, si vous êtes côté rue, n'oubliez pas les boules quies... Impossible de dormir les 2 1eres nuits, heureusement nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre côté mer ensuite. La vue était incroyable, le calme appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est très sympa. Le buffet hebdomadaire n'est absolument pas intéressant, les restaurants à proximité sont beaucoup moins chers et plus variés. Le restaurant à la carte est bon mais un peu cher également. Dans l'offre ils disent entrée SPA offerte, au Checkin ils disent que c'est pas offert. La chambre sur la vue montagne n'est pas insonorisé et on entend toute la nuit les chiens qui aboient et les motocycles qui passent à 3h et 4h du matin. Le lit est grand mais le matelas est petit par rapport au dessous en bois et on frappe le pied à chaque fois. La douchette ne marchait pas. La boite de mouchoirs fallait la demander à 3 reprises. Le technicien coupe l'electricité sur tout l'hotel à 9h du matin et les ascenseurs stoppés sans prévenir et le service breakfast suspendu pour une demi heure, pas d'omlette vu la plaque est electrique. Hotel sans animation ni resturant la nuit. Le chauffage est trop fort. Un receptionniste est tellement froid que j ai fait mon checkout à 9h du matin le lendemain sans regret! A eviter!

Appareils au gym désuets et certains sont brisés. Chambres propres mais décor assez vieux. Nous sommes allés en février et porte-patio mal isolée, vent qui passe au travers et bruyant. De plus, nourriture non permise dans les chambres. Nous nous sommes faits avertir car nous avions un restant de nourriture d’un restaurant dans un sac et ils ne voulaient pas qu’on l’aille. Pour le reste, personnel très gentil et buffet du déjeuner vraiment complet. Nous avons bien aimé en général!

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Hotel was probably amazing in it's day but is a little tired now. Very clean, but needs updating. Quite a bit of road noise from our street facing room. Pool was large, clean, beautiful. Beach is across the street and public, crowded, dirty - not somewhere we had any interest in being. Short cab drive to medina, great restaurant and park across the street but otherwise not really walkable to anywhere.

Alt var tip top, personalet var super søde, buffen var godt. MEN, toiletterne og badværelserne var i virkelig dårlig tilstand..vi og vores venne par skiftet værelser flere gang da badværelserne ikke fungeret. Det var virkelig ærgerlig, det giver ikke indtrykket af det er en fem stjernes hotel. Generelt så burde hotellet ikke have mere end 4 stjerner, værelserne mangkede ting som glass og kopper.. intet i minbaren..

L’hôtel ne mérite pas la note de 8 qu’il a, je lui donnerai au mieux un 5, Nous sommes arrivés 1h après l’heure d’arrivée, avons attendu 30mn le temps d’être enregistrés et on nous a demandé d’attendre pour confirmer que la chambre est prête… Les vitres de la chambre ne sont pas insonorisés on aurait cru passer nos nuits dehors c’est insupportable, quand nous avons appelé pour demander si c’était normal, on nous a dit qu’on nous rappellerait, appel qui n’est jamais arrivé… La piscine intérieure est payante.. les bouteilles d’eau qu’on nous donnait quotidiennement sont ridiculement petites, les points positifs : la chambre est grande et propre, le petit déjeuner est sympa & le spa, mention spéciale pour Aïcha qui était plus qu’à la hauteur et qui nous a fait apprécier notre séjour avec sa sollicitude et sa bienveillance lors de notre passage au spa, merci

The staff were all amazing, very welcoming and professional. The view is stunning, we got upgraded to a sea view suite and balcony was great. They left blankets as it gets a little chilly on early May nights. The breakfast was pleasant, we stayed 2 days and the items were different with great variety, thank you for that. The place is luxurious, but it needs updating specially the towels, they were worn out and didn’t belong to this beautiful place. Also the carpet and couches are outdated. That said the location and staff made it all ok in the end. I would definitely come back because of both. Very grateful for the upgrade and the suite was huge.
