This hotel is wonderful ! Room is super big , comfortable, and clean. Very beautiful and unique decoration.The pool is clean and have a great view. We had dinner in a restaurant a few times and the food was excellent, great choice of different cuisine and great preparation. The breakfast was good too. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Cappadocia. And I am definitely coming back. The location of the place is great, a little on a side from the town so be ready take taxi everywhere you go. Best thing - rent a car. Average price to Goreme is 13-15$ . Taxi for 2-3 hours to take you around the main valleys is 100$ .

Stayed in Kayakapi Premium Caves with my family. An incredible experience living in a Unesco old cave, restored and well maintained. The staff is amazing, the view at the terrasse astonishing and the area around wonderful. The restaurants offer world class dining experience with local touch. The spa is also great! Everything was quite perfect!

It was amazing. It rained a lot of the time - but I didn’t mind. The room was so comfortable and the hotel services and facilities were great! The gym and the sauna were great- however only available in the evening - but that’s ok… the hamam also looked wonderful though I didn’t try - I chatted with the staff who seemed to take alot of pride in their work. The restaurant was also great! Breakfast was huge! Also the dinner menu was creative and delicious. The location was also good - away from the crowds and still in the caves - the property was beautifully kept and the views were special. It was difficult to leave!

This hotel is unique, beautiful and peaceful. It is high up on a hill by itself and has excellent views. The pool and hamam are lovely and relaxing. The restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast and the lunch and dinner menu is varied and everything is delicious. The menu prices are also very reasonable for the food quality.

Super clean!!!Gorgeous views ( see pics), kind and friendly staff, delicious food! The staff went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs! My sisters and I had an amazing and relaxing time!!! We could not go on the hot air balloon tour due to weather conditions so we opted for the ATV tour. We will be back for the balloon tour! I definitely recommend and can’t wait to tell friends and family about this lovely stay.

Es un hotel construido a partir de la restauración de las casas-cueva en los montes de la zona, donde cada una de las casas del poblado ha sido convertida en una habitación de gran tamaño, respetando la estetica y materiales originales, lo cual lo hace muy especial: se accede a las habitaciones por el exterior, y hay "casas" comunes: restaurante, spa con sauna y baño turco gratuitos... Hay un shuttle que permite bajarte al pueblo donde hay restaurantes y tiendas, aunque hay que subir en taxi (trayecto corto y barato). La limpieza es excelente. No podemos poner cinco estrellas por dos razones. Primero, hay una cierta tendencia a cobrarte por todo, y precios altos. Por ejemplo, el primer dia llegamos muy pronto y decidimos desayunar y el ultimo dia salimos pronto sin desayunar, pues nos cobraron el desayuno del primer dia como extra y no descontaron el que no consumimos pese a pedirlo. El agua del grifo no es potable, agotamos la unica botella mediana que dejan al dia para 2 personas y nos cobraron un precio muy alto por otra botella de agua. La segunda cuestión es que no nos aplicaron ventajas por ser Exped Vip, o en todo caso no nos dijeron nada al respeto. Da la sensación que intentaron ahorrar la subida de categoria de habitación que incluye este programa. Es la primera vez que nos pasa tras visitar decenas de hoteles.

The property is gorgeous. Such a unique experience of staying in a cave. The views are breathtaking. We had our private courtyard looking ice the valley. Breakfast area with the pool is unbelievable. The buffet and the service was also outstanding. A couple of small negatives are - WiFi is unstable and not available in many of the common area. Also no WiFi in some parts of the suite - because it is a cave, things are always falling from the ceiling - you cannot walk to the town but the hotel provides a shuttle. It would have been great if they mentioned that during the checkin We would absolutely recommend this place. The negatives did not take away from the wonderful experience we had at this hotel

The property was outstanding, but more important was the quality of service we received from the guest services representative Nihal. We booked at the very last minute. She went above and beyond to accommodate us.She booked us a wine tasting with shuttle service from the boutique hotel, whirling dancers with a cab to take us and wait for us after the show, red line tour, private jeep tour, sunset camel ride, lovely dinner by the pool, spa services and much much more. Truly remarkable service by all of the staff! Daily breakfast was amazing, made to order omlettes and waffles with full turkish breakfast. Views were spectacular. Cleaning staff was great, wonderful toiletries. Golf carts to transport you everywhere. The turkish spa was delightful, I actually feel asleep, lol! Thank you for an amazing trip.

Positive: Beautiful hotel with great views and ambience. Staying at a cave hotel with all the luxury amenities was just fantastic. Good dining options. Duygu was my liaison at the hotel and she sent me a lovely welcome message after I made the booking and I was fortunate to meet her at my check out. Staff was very friendly and excellent. Negative: Ms Nihal the other concierge was the person we met when we arrived after a 45 min travel from the airport. She was abrupt, unfriendly and did not even offer us a glass of water when we arrived. Instead she was rude and very business like. All she was bothered was us paying her exorbitant money for a 2 day private tour. She did not tell us about the dining options the lovely hotel (except one rest at the hotel) and the town of Urgup had to offer. She told us just to stay in at the hotel that night and then she would tell us other dining options the next day- which NEVER happened. She did not orient us about the town we were in and just was so annoying. If you ever visit Cappadocia, we would recommend this hotel but do your homework and explore other tour options- and do not discuss your options with Nihal- she is terrible, will charge you exorbitant rates for the tour and leaves you with a bad feeling once you interact with her. Still we did our beat not to let our experience with her spoil our trip.

Kayakapi is a beautiful and serene place to stay. We would definitely recommend it to people who want time away from the bustling towns/cities. Walking from Urgup to the hotel would require at least 15 minutes of 'climbing' uphill so be mindful if you are travelling on foot.

This is an amazing hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff was helpful and inviting and really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great visit. We had excellent meals at both restaurants and enjoyed a great massage at the spa. It was one of our highlights on our trip to Turkey!

Clean Room/ Friendly Staff/ Food is beyond words. I am a Canadian and Vegetarian ( little bit tough to satisfy my eating habits) but the kitchen at Kayakapi is outstanding. They had almost like home made food, super delicious. Can’t wait to come over again. Reception staff always ready to help. Thanks
