Breakfast was an exellent seection of tasty food, but very expensive! And we were puzzled by the American cheddar given that American cheese is notoriously bad and that real Cheddar comes from England. Our room was comfortable and spacious and we liked the gardens.

I was a little nervous with mixed Google reviews but the room itself could not fault! I had the economy double room and it was very comfortable. Quiet, cleaned well daily and comfortable bed with strong aircon. The location is good on the beach. It is a short 10-15min walk to main port area. But noting walk is not very accessible across beach and up and down a decent set of stairs. The included transfer from the port was excellent as it is further than it looks on the map and not walkable with a large suitcase. I only ate at the beach bar once, one of the staff members behind the bar was incredibly rude for no reason when I went up to order because I didn’t realise I could just seat myself. He basically shouted at me to sit down, honestly put me off from spending money there the rest of my trip. I also found the beach sunbeds a little unhygienic. Every morning I got up early to exercise and always saw people sleeping on them, I assume people from campground which frankly shouldn’t be allowed. I never used cause I never saw them cleaned. The pool however was very well maintained. Reception staff and transport driver were excellent.

Excellent location just 1km (easy 15min walk) to and from the port at Livadi. Room was a decent size and well maintained and cleaned. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pickup from the ferry is ideal. Pool was clean and life guard ensured no rowdiness! Beach, though not the best on the island, was very convenient. And sunbeds for guests were usually available though I'm not sure about what happens in peak season. A little more initiative from sunbed staff to keep beds clean and ensure availability for guests would be ideal. Recommend for families with young kids. I'm a little baffled why the kitchen is not open for dinner. Surely there's an interest for people to eat there out of convenience even though there are good options portside and up in the village.

The staff was super nice and helpful. We were greeted at the ferry terminal and taken to the resort. Since we arrived early we were offered towel so we can enjoy the pool or the beach before our room was ready. Since our room was not ready on time we were offered apologies, drinks and free breakfast for the inconvenience. The set up of the resort is fantastic, right on the beach also close to town 7-10 min walk with shopping, bars & restaurants. Also right on the beach there are additional places to eat. Our bungalow had a good size bathroom, a kettle and a coffee maker with all necessary supplies. We totally loved the place and would highly recommend to everybody who plans to visit Serifos.
