Really good view of the city as we stayed on the 43rd floor in the tallest building in the city. Breakfast buffet that was included was very nice. However, dinner in one of the restaurants was very overpriced and the food was only so so. Would not eat in the hotel next time.

Staff was fine but the room's shower and toilet had sewage odor after use. Unexplicably the refrigerator was set to only allow chilling slghtly above rom temperature.

An excellent stay at Sofitel Kunming. The services are awesome & my room is very clean. A very convenient location as well. Their staff, Jessica is a very outstanding person. She helped me booked my roundtrip train tickets from Kunming to Dali. And more. She is a very responsible & helpful individual. I'd like to give her a 5 Stars out of 5 for her remarkable service as well. I really appreciate everything that she has done. I will stay in Sofitel Kunming again in the future when I'm back.
