Room was not clean upon arrival. Front desk sent someone right away but didn’t really clean it even when pointed out. Most doors were very dirty as well just walking down the halls. Pool was nice and the outdoor patio was very nice. Parking garage was an unexpected surprise! Dining room meals were good and fresh.

Great place to stay. My only complaint is that there are only two EV chargers and they were busy for two days. Could use several more. I was able to charge at the charge point DCFC across the street without problems (except for the rain)

Staff was great, clean room. Signage to hotel check in not clear. Ammenities such as happy hour until restaurant reopens which we didn't know was reopening later in the evening. We went to eat at restaurant and was told it was closed.

Great and super friendly staff - excellent facilities and the use of the Bear River Recreation Center was also a huge plus. Can’t wait to go back with more family members in July!

Nice little casino + hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable but there was a slight smoky smell that eventually faded away. They have complimentary electric car chargers if you can snag one of them. Casino is ok with but food choices are limited on site. We ended up going to Eureka which is 10 mins away. Overall decent stay and staff is friendly.

The hotel was nice. Girls at the front desk did their job quickly and were pleasant. My room definitely wasn’t very clean. Very disappointing. Bathroom didn’t look like it had much attention and there were a pair of dirty women’s underwear left under the curtains. That’s was disturbing. Bathroom floor wasn’t very clean.

Room had someone else’s human hair in the bathroom counter and floor, there was trash in the room when we got there, used empty plastic cups under the desk when we got there. Disappointing to drive 5 hrs one way for a one night stay for $200/night

Great facility but cleanliness wasn’t a top priority. Lots of dried soap on shower knob and glass in shower hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Water spots and soap scum. Food was great but server for dinner was horrible. No water refill. She came and all but threw our plates at us. We were at the bottom of her list of priorities. Breakfast service was excellent. Casino people were very helpful.

This is my honest review after staying at the hotel for one night in August 2025. The good: room 402 was spacious, clean, a decent bed (7 out of 10), beautiful-looking shower, and the hotel had luggage carts both near the lobby and in the parking garage. The bad: the function of the shower (5 out of 10), so weak and it took forever to get soap off. There was no warm blanket or comforter on the bed; I was cold all night. The room temp is not well-regulated when A/C is used (6 out of 10). Pasta night in the main restaurant: I ordered Alfredo pasta with chicken and gulf shrimp for $27. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the “gulf shrimp” were actually tiny cocktail shrimp (4 out of 10). Tip: the A/C is controlled at the window unit, not the wall. I would stay here again.

Check in process was fast and helpful. Kelsea had lots of good suggestions for dining in the area. Room was big and comfortable. Only negative was very noisy AC unit that took 10 minutes to turn on. Kept waking us up so we opened the window instead.

The good news is the room and especially the bathroom are very nice and spacious. The bad news was the view of the valley/ocean were hard to see as the windows were so dirty and a gas station is front and center before the distant views. I also was awakened at 5:50 by a forklift/maybe garbage truck beeping and moving abt - and I was on the 4th floor with window shut. Otherwise the room was nice and quiet.

Its nice, clean, good sized room....but check in was a nightmare and its not dog friendly. The 1st woman we had at checked in told me my reservation was wrong (when it wasn't) and she was not any nicer with the other person on my reservation, telling her her card declined when it cleary went through. When checking in I was told that they couldn't accommodate adjointy rooms I requestsed and that was approved prior to arrival(i have a 15 year old that needs to be next to me with my mother, due to special needs) because they didnt know I had a dog (i have an email clearly stating they would accommodate us, WOTH THE DOG). Although I reserved long before they sold out, rooms were separated by 4 floors. I got the feeling because they were sold out and they didn't have adjoining rooms, like they thought if they made it difficult, i would give up and leave. It was totally unprofessional to ignore my reservation. Taking the dog out was an insane walk. Not dog friendly, they just accept dogs (there is a difference).Hallways were loud and doors slammed all night. We are up in this part of the state often, but i would never go back.

Well talk about no customer service experience. Got greeted with a long face with by the front desk. After driving for a couple hours from a business trip. We checked in late around 11pm and I got was ID…. And went into an awkward silence until she says ok here is your room keys….. Btw its our 1st time here I had to tell her… while where are your rooms located… oh turn that way …. ( Which way lady) I was just so exhausted I didn’t have the energy to engage in this poor service and I guess I would figure it out. We get there it’s 1st loud in the hall way and then people are going up and down to pool and fitness center So I said you know what let’s hit the casino people should be asleep by the time we return that was about 1am Got back our neighbor had the TV full blast so I just put some calming music to get some sleep. Nope 8am they are shampooing the carpet all morning There goes my rest all morning hearing the machine was horrible I was just over it….. Would I be back absolutely not… don’t be rude when people check in have some common courtesy of welcoming people ….there is times when people have to check in late but don’t be the grinch because you work the night shift.

The hotel front desk staff was amazing!! Super helpful and went above and beyond. Parking wasn’t the best and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve slept in (but I also like my bed on the very soft side) - but the staff made it all worth it and are definitely the reason I would be staying again.

The staff is not friendly. I think you’re supposed to feel welcome not a burden. I felt like I was just a burden to the staff who checked me in. An older lady with glasses, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Even though I needed help with something, I decided not to ask I didn’t want to deal with her. Took away from the hotel experience.

The staff is not friendly. I think you’re supposed to feel welcome not a burden. I felt like I was just a burden to the staff who checked me in. An older lady with glasses, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Even though I needed help with something, I decided not to ask I didn’t want to deal with her. Took away from the hotel experience.

I love going here always makes me feel like I'm home, small casino with a hotel, easy access to rooms, love the food, love the Sunday breakfast buffet, love the indoor basketball court, gym, arcade, bowling, and it's not to far from Eureka, where I visit family.

Checkin was smooth and friendly. Room was comfortable. Good bed, great bathroom, nice amenities. Casino is not our thing, so besides our free welcome budget didn't spend cash there. Even without going to the casino, great place to be. Breakfast alot of choice (and discounted for us during checkin), but took very long to be prepared (1h ) - hope that was a fluke for the day. All and all recommendable hotel, worth it's money.

It wasn’t that great of a place to stay the beds were not very comfortable at all woke up with a sore back from The hard bed I slept on.The restaurant was closed couldn’t use our breakfast voucher had go to the cafe the breakfast was not good at all.

Great facility but cleanliness wasn’t a top priority. Lots of dried soap on shower knob and glass in shower hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Water spots and soap scum. Food was great but server for dinner was horrible. No water refill. She came and all but threw our plates at us. We were at the bottom of her list of priorities. Breakfast service was excellent. Casino people were very helpful.

This place was awesome great rooms and perfect location. Only thing that was kind of a bummer was the service in the restaurant. Not sure if it’s a manger thing or not but there could be better service. Also took 30 minutes just to get some onion rings and fries so be prepared to wait.

Staff gave me the runaround about my early check out and never gave me a follow up call as promised! I put my name on a list for a table at the restaurant. They told me 20 to 25 minutes 40 minutes later returned to see what was taking so long. They apologized and told me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I returned to tell them to take my name off the list, and all the sudden they had a table for me and my coworker. Will not return!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at for under $200. Beautiful property, huge room with movie rentals and room service. I accidentally locked myself out of the room putting the room service table in the hallway and the staff immediately got me back into my room and were very friendly. Lost of on-site things to do outside of gamblin with a bowling alley and movie theater and more being on the property.

Very nice small casino. Private poker room for those of you that enjoy that. Several table games, in addition to the normal slot machines. Hotel room was large and clean, and very nice. The only reason I did not give five stars was the price. The property is significantly overpriced in my opinion for the rooms.
