One word to describe our stay in Amarterra: PERFECT. From the check in to the check out everything was amazing. The welcome ceremony and drink are very nice. The room is just amazing: spacious, well decorated, well equipped, private swimming pool is top. Breakfast and dinner are very very good with a lot variety. All the personnel is very kind and at your disposal. The beach access is very easy and the private beach is very convenient. I would definitively recommend and will return to this hotel for my next trip at Bali.

Beautiful villas in an oasis of tranquility.Landscaping exceptional in Nusa Dua.We used the free bikes, and hired the small electric motorbikes to get around. A great choice if a large resort is not for you. If I have to find fault it would be the restaurant food, but this was solved by going elsewhere.

By far the most outstanding property we stayed at in Bali. Stunning, tranquil, and luxurious! The service was superb. The staff attentive to all your needs. Clean room that invites you to stay with all the amenities you could need! Dining and room service were both exceptional. Spa treatment booked with ease and we left feeling 10 years younger!

Amazing friendly staff from front desk staff to the gardeners. Beautifully managed property to every detail. Rooms were so spacious, we stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa the pool size was so big. Breakfast options was delicious fro fresh juices to cuisine options. Cant wait to revisit.

Loved everything about our recent stay at Amarterra Villas Bali. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and private villa with small private pool and outdoor living area, great food and drinks - both Indonesian and western options (breakfast ever day and tried lunch and dinner too!) at the hotel restaurant, attentive and friendly staff, short walk to the beach with dedicated area, etc.

The hotel is very buitifull many trees and buitiful plants, water flowing along the walking path. The breakfast was with very fine options served to the table and very nice view to the water infinity pools. The villa itself is spoiling with private pool, jacuzzi two showers and coptable bed. All is clean and very well attended. The team is very welcoming and always with a smile We stayed for 3 enjoyable nights and we highly recomand it.

This is a absolutely beautiful property with phenomenally stylish and serene villas, lovely grounds, and serving a fantastic breakfast. We did a complementary yoga class one morning of our stay and it was wonderful. The room came with a complementary bottle of wine (a Rose from Bali that was surprisingly pleasing) plus other complementary snacks, drinks, and a well stocked coffee service. The villa was immaculately clean and well designed. The pool in the two bedroom villa was almost long enough to do a serious lap swim workout in. The beach is a 10 minute walk and there is a shuttle every hour. The property is also a 5 minute walk from a large but tasteful shopping area. This was a splurge for our family but absolutely worth the price for the outstanding quality of the villa and the entire experience.

Stunning villas, good sized pool, exceptionally clean and well looked after. Near to beach, near to bars and restaurants. We will go back we were so impressed. Nusa Dua is a quieter area but thete are still bars and restaurants.

Frist time in Bali and we were completely happy with the Villas and support. Villas was immaculate and comfortable. Private pool and outdoor lounge area perfect for fun and relaxation. Villa staff was top notch and supported us each day with tourist support like guides and rides. Couple massages in spa were amazing. definitely a repeat on next trip

From the moment we walked in at 12 midnight, the service was exemplary. The next morning and every breakfast after, they made sure our dietary restrictions were cared for and went out of the way to look after us. The kitchen staff, and all staff as a matter of fact were so attentive, always saying hello and checking whether we required anything. The property was extremely clean and you could always see staff walking around…we can’t wait to come back again for our 10th anniversary

Wundervoller Aussenbereich der Pool Villas, wie man es nur sehr selten antrifft. Auch die technische Ausstattung mit Smart TV im innnenbereich und Bluetooth Soundbar im Aussenbereich hat mich sehr beeindruckt. Das einzige was mir persönlich noch gefehlt hat war eine Nespresso Maschine, weil ich keinen Instant Kaffee mag, aber das ist schon meckern auf extrem hohen Niveau... Es war alles Top in Schuss, sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Ausserdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Umgebung Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

We had an wonderful stay in the newly renovated One Bed Deluxe Pool villa. Room was modern and spacious. Bathroom was big and had a nice outdoor shower. Only major comment was that the lack of hot water. Unfortunately, my daughter had to bath in lukewarm (at best) which was not ideal.

Staff are really nice and very helpful. Villa with pool is spacious and great! Unfortunately the villa door could not close so during our stay many mosquitos came into the room. The mosquito net and repellant was insufficient. Maintenance confirmed door needed to be replaced, no other villa was available. Another disappointment was the beach front. there was garbage everywhere, plastic bags and crystal bottles. Even a Fluorescent tube lamps, so we decided to leave the beach and go back to the villa with mosquitoes. There is ongoing construction for a resto pool. so gets noisy during the day. I hope things get better now that tourism is back. Place has a lot of potential to be an ideal place after renovations are completed.
Staff are really nice and very helpful. Villa with pool is spacious and great! Unfortunately the villa door could not close so during our stay many mosquitos came into the room. The mosquito net and repellant was insufficient. Maintenance confirmed door needed to be replaced, no other villa was available. Another disappointment was the beach front. there was garbage everywhere, plastic bags and crystal bottles. Even a Fluorescent tube lamps, so we decided to leave the beach and go back to the villa with mosquitoes. There is ongoing construction for a resto pool. so gets noisy during the day. I hope things get better now that tourism is back. Place has a lot of potential to be an ideal place after renovations are completed.

The hotel is very buitifull many trees and buitiful plants, water flowing along the walking path. The breakfast was with very fine options served to the table and very nice view to the water infinity pools. The villa itself is spoiling with private pool, jacuzzi two showers and coptable bed. All is clean and very well attended. The team is very welcoming and always with a smile We stayed for 3 enjoyable nights and we highly recomand it.

This is a absolutely beautiful property with phenomenally stylish and serene villas, lovely grounds, and serving a fantastic breakfast. We did a complementary yoga class one morning of our stay and it was wonderful. The room came with a complementary bottle of wine (a Rose from Bali that was surprisingly pleasing) plus other complementary snacks, drinks, and a well stocked coffee service. The villa was immaculately clean and well designed. The pool in the two bedroom villa was almost long enough to do a serious lap swim workout in. The beach is a 10 minute walk and there is a shuttle every hour. The property is also a 5 minute walk from a large but tasteful shopping area. This was a splurge for our family but absolutely worth the price for the outstanding quality of the villa and the entire experience.

From the moment we walked in at 12 midnight, the service was exemplary. The next morning and every breakfast after, they made sure our dietary restrictions were cared for and went out of the way to look after us. The kitchen staff, and all staff as a matter of fact were so attentive, always saying hello and checking whether we required anything. The property was extremely clean and you could always see staff walking around…we can’t wait to come back again for our 10th anniversary

When we travel we usually go for the more budget friendly options and spend more on food and experiences. This time we decided to splurge a bit on our accommodation for our honeymoon. I cannot say enough good things about Amarterra. It was our first time in Bali and I’d recommend this location to anyone. The entire place is stunning and well kept. The service was even better. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. I’d like to say a special thank you to Vera for helping set up all of our extra inclusions. Rita who welcomed us with a traditional Balinese blessing. Sastra who was our in room server for our romantic 3 course meal, he was so kind and made it even more special. Thank you as well to Gede who took us on a tour of Ubud, you were awesome and would love to come back just to talk and spend time with you!! It felt like we gained more than an experience here but lasting friendships. We added on the Amarterra Romance package and loved how flexible it was. We did the Ubud tour one day and then the 90 min massage and in villa dinner the next day. Would highly recommend it!! We also added on a floating breakfast and it was so fun, we were both amazed at how many options for all the dining there was. You would not go hungry.

The room is just amazing: spacious, well decorated, well equipped, private swimming pool is top. Breakfast and dinner are very very good with a lot variety. All the personnel is very kind and at your disposal. The beach access is very easy and the private beach is very convenient. I would definitively recommend and will return to this hotel for my next trip at Bali.

Beautiful villas in an oasis of tranquility.Landscaping exceptional in Nusa Dua.We used the free bikes, and hired the small electric motorbikes to get around. A great choice if a large resort is not for you. If I have to find fault it would be the restaurant food, but this was solved by going elsewhere.

Amazing friendly staff from front desk staff to the gardeners. Beautifully managed property to every detail. Rooms were so spacious, we stayed in the 3 bedroom Villa the pool size was so big. Breakfast options was delicious fro fresh juices to cuisine options. Cant wait to revisit.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything about my experience was exceptional, from the beautiful villa to the incredible staff and service. The villa itself was absolutely stunning and incredibly photo-worthy. The location is also perfect. It’s within walking distance of Bali Collection, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The resort also offers free activities each day and complimentary bikes, which was a great added bonus. While there are public beaches within walking distance, the resort also has its own private beach setup and provides complimentary shuttles to and from the beach. Guests can enjoy beach chairs and umbrellas, Wi-Fi, and food and drink service right on the beach. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything about my experience was exceptional, from the beautiful villa to the incredible staff and service. The villa itself was absolutely stunning and incredibly photo-worthy. The location is also perfect. It’s within walking distance of Bali Collection, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The resort also offers free activities each day and complimentary bikes, which was a great added bonus. While there are public beaches within walking distance, the resort also has its own private beach setup and provides complimentary shuttles to and from the beach. Guests can enjoy beach chairs and umbrellas, Wi-Fi, and food and drink service right on the beach. If you’re planning to stay in the Nusa Dua area and want to elevate your vacation, I highly recommend Amarterra Villas Resort. It was truly an incredible stay.

This was our sixth stay at the hotel, and it is always a real pleasure to come back. The welcome is impeccable: warm, attentive, and highly professional. The villas have lost none of their charm and remain exceptionally comfortable. Their private patio and small pool create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. We chose the half-board option, and both the breakfasts and dinners were excellent. A special mention goes to the beef rendang, which was absolutely delicious 😋. The only downside compared with our previous stays is the new beach club, which is now located on the other side of the bay, more than a 20-minute walk away. A shuttle service is available, but unfortunately it does not run frequently enough. The main issue, however, is that swimming is not really enjoyable on this part of the beach. At low tide, the sea gives way to a large muddy area, while at high tide, the currents unfortunately bring in quite a lot of debris. Although the beach club offers restrooms and food service, it does not truly fulfill its primary purpose. That being said, Amarterra remains without a doubt one of the best — if not the very best — hotel in Nusa Dua.

This is a great spot! The only thing I’d change is that you have to go outside each time to let people in for cleaning and room service. They ring a bell, and you have to hear it and go let them in. This isn’t ideal for a five-star resort setup.
