Spotlessly clean, excellent location, new linen and towels but property is old and very out dated. Since you are paying less than half of the hotel 400 metres down the road. Good safe parking

Staff were great room i know its a buget accommodation but a little more attention could happen eg family room but only had a crockery for 2 no microwave bowls no tea towel only 2 beach chairs a fold away table would be nice and a few marks on the wall but over all i would stay there again position position positon pitty about the pool gone also may be a bbq would be good also

We departed this motel early, despite paying in advance, due to the unsanitary condition of the room which did not meet the most basic of standards. This property is old, dirty and in dire need of maintenance. Despite the motel claiming to provide daily housekeeping, our room was not serviced at all during our five night stay. The rubbish bin was not emptied once. There were no cleaning tools provided (broom, dishcloths, etc.) We needed to visit the motel desk to ask for additional needs (toilet rolls, tea bags, towels, insect spray). Bathroom - Cracked tiles, constantly running/dripping tap, window stuck open without screen, half flush out of order, hot tub out of order, mouldy grout, ant infested. Kitchenette - Dirty microwave not cleaned from previous guests, dirty toaster not cleaned from previous guests, dirty fridge, putrid chopping board (put outside of room due to smell), dirty cutlery & crockery, freezer ineffective (door missing), ant infested. Bedrooms - Dirty/soiled mattresses without protectors, external awnings badly damaged (multiple holes) deeming them ineffective. Iron but no ironing board Pool - Covered and not available for use by guests. Surrounding area unkept and overgrown. This is used as a smoking area, despite claims of being a “smoke free property”. Entry to room overgrown. Based on our disappointing experience, I would not recommend this property until such time major improvements in the way of service and maintenance have been made.

We requested early check-in, well in advance, and were only offered a half hour earlier. Relatives of mine who requested it later were offered an hour. Our room was not even ready earlier. Mold in bathroom and on bed sheets, curtains filled with holes and had liquid stains all over them. Cockroach bait visible on ground. Not enough parking that cars were parked on street and in non parking areas.

Room was clean and tidy with recently renovated bathroom. Property is walking distance from Cronulla shops, dinning and beach. No addition cost for parking car. Enjoyed the stay and will book this property again in future. Am unsure if all rooms have been renovated.

The stuff we’re friendly and check in was quick, building is very outdated and definitely needs a Reno but it was otherwise clean and in good condition, parking is tricky with cars getting bigger and the space to park is sideways against the building where you also drive so larger cars will have trouble, pool was lovely and good condition

Very tired old rooms. Beds were at least comfortable. Toilet did not flush. Needs a refurbishment. Not value for money. Parking is tight in narrow spots. Overall disappointing.

This is a great place to stay. It's an older facility that has been renovated. Our room had new paint, new carpet and just enough of a vintage feel to be quaint. The owners/staff are easy to work with. The Woolooware train station is an easy 8 minute walk. The beach is 1,000 steps away. Theres a cute mall with lots of dining options on the way to the beach. The bed is comfy, the AC cold and the shower hot. A great bargain place to stay. The pool is small and had a lot of debris but we did have a thunderstorm. There's laundry facilities but no gym-go to the beach and swim or walk the esplanade. Great stay!!

Pool was out of order, also isolated right at back of block, laundry detached, could not access in rain, bed comfy, aircon good, bathroom adequate

This hotel is run down, room was very dirty - thick dust on the carpet, filthy power board thick with dust on the floor, lights for bedside missing covers and didnt work, mouldy shower with tap that dripped.

Was very clean, comfortable, & convenient, if a little tired (things seem to be underway to address some of that tiredness, but they haven’t got it done yet). I was there for one night only, and it was good for that purpose.

Never would I ever stay here again very very rundown bedding was clean but the rest of the 2 bedroom place was very old and rundown mould and dust everywhere

This is an older property which can be seen in the bathrooms particularly. However, the beds and bedding are clean and in excellent condition, the rooms are clean, everything you need is in the room and the price is very reasonable. I have always found the staff helpful and pleasant.

This was my worst motel experience ever. A dusty mould filled room. Mould all over shower curtain, blood on pillows, spiders in beds and cockroach infested. Stayed one night as we arrived late, motel manager has refused to refund the second night. Taking this to fair trading as the room was unfit to stay in. My son is an asthmatic. Motel reception also rang days before check-in and hassled for payment after I already selected pay at property. I would not recommend staying here. Very disappointing as we traveled a great distance.

DO NOT STAY HERE, booked room for 2 nights and never stayed. We found needle caps, dirty lace underwear, pills, black mold, filthy walls, stab hole in door etc I wish I could upload photos. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! As a family we felt VERY unsafe with the other guests who were staying there. The photos shown online are very misleading

Sack your cleaners. Honestly need to have a look at the rooms. Mould all threw the bathroom, fan filters not cleaned for at least 5 years, and the carpet, a vacuum will not clean those. I understand that this motel is cheaper than others, but that does not allow you to be filthy and poor maintenance on rooms.

Clean rooms. Beds extremely comfy. Heater not working in one room, bathrooms and fittings need a major update, but it was a comfortable and quiet place to stay overnight when we were desperate for sleep. Owners kind and gracious

The property needs maintenance, very rundown. The sliding door to bathroom was broken. Toilet roll holder & towel rail both broken. Location is handy that’s all it’s got going for it.

Close enough to the main park of town. Town is gorgeous. Easy to park car at. Pretty old and run down. Walls are paper thin so not enjoyable if you have neighbours who are up all night. Only stayed one night, wouldn’t want much longer there.

This motel undoubtedly is showing her age, but that’s part of her charm. You do get what you pay, for. It’s perfectly situated for easy, walking to the maul or any of Cronulla’s beautiful beaches. Offstreet parking, strong Wi-Fi signal, comfy beds, tv & microwave all meet high standards. Hair dryer wasn’t working - so more than an upgrade required there. No real complaints at all.

Basic motel. Air conditioning not working, bathroom basic and in need of renovation.

I’ve stayed in budget motels but this is the worst. I’m struggling to describe the bathroom, no shower curtain, completely open. Shower taps didn’t work properly, all the tiles which had obviously been painted over many years ago were chipped and flaking. The sliding door into the bathroom was nearly falling off. I’m from regional NSW so wasn’t expecting anything flash but this was ridiculous given the Cronulla area.

Staff were lovely, hotel is a little run down cleanliness in the rooms is fine, but the areas outside are in need of a clean up. Bathrooms are big enough but need a refurbish, although plenty of hot water. TV number of channels limited to a few free to air channels that are not tuned in properly, certainly in our room (113).

Despite the rules by Management, numerous people staying in the hotel partied on till 2.00 am, and the management did nothing about it. A bit run down, but it was clean

Mattress hasn’t been replaced in about 30 years. Should only be about $80 per night max. No tv reception.

Friendly staff who worked to get me early access to my room to prepare for a family event. The building and rooms are very dated and would benefit from some upgrading. I had two leaking taps that dripped all night. The room was clean and fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. I will continue to use this accommodation when in Cronulla.

I tried to cancel yes i was a day late but my contracted covid19 at work as a nurse and we couldn't get tgere ..rang motel sent email etc they said bad luck tried to contact expedia no luck either ..never use expedia again and will my many friends and thousands on Facebook how i was treated especially when my wife is a front line worker...its a joke ...

Pleasant staff but no-one on reception when I arrived - had to phone them. Very pleasant staff, quiet location, facilities in need of renovations but good value for money.

Staff were friendly and the service was relaxed. Rooms were ‘surface cleaned’ but could do with a deeper clean and a pest control spray. The property itself is looking quite tired nowadays; could do with an upgrade. However, reasonably priced and location to Cronulla restaurants and beach is very handy.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It is not their fault that the place needs some money from the owner to improve it.

Great value motel within easy reach of Cronulla shopping area.

Property is clean but very tired. Approx 1/2 price of local Rydges & Quest so I guess you get what you pay for. Easy walk to the centre of Cronulla, station and has a 7/11close by.

There was no breakfast, I needed to know before so as I could buy something to be prepaired.
