The quality of decor, fittings and furnishings are excellent. The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room with everything one could possibly need. Personally I'm not terribly keen on pre ordered breakfast but in no way did it detract from our stay. One very minor niggle was the emergency fire plan in our room was out of date as the rooms are now not as on the plan but I feel sure it is purely an oversight by a normally very efficient team.

Room was fabulous. Very spacious, as also the bathroom. Accommodation was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately there was a glass panel over the door which let the hallway light into the room all night. Impossible to sleep. Simple fix by replacing with solid panel. Unfortunately also we could hear every step from residents from the room above. Floor boards were extremely creaky. Also, everything was heard when the bathroom facilities were used in the room above upstairs.

Room was fabulous. Very spacious, as also the bathroom. Accommodation was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately there was a glass panel over the door which let the hallway light into the room all night. Impossible to sleep. Simple fix by replacing with solid panel. Unfortunately also we could hear every step from residents from the room above. Floor boards were extremely creaky. Also, everything was heard when the bathroom facilities were used in the room above upstairs.

Very clean. A bit dated but absolutely no issues. Located in a great townand across from golfing by the sea.
