The receptionist, Laura was very unhelpful with our needs, the beds were horrible, hard as a rock, the room hot and humid.

As a solo traveler I didn’t feel completely comfortable. The highlight of Eden was the architecture and small chapel. The front office assistants especially the night shifters (the guy) on December 11th were super friendly. There was also a restaurant worker with red hair that was very attentive and friendly.
