This was our second time staying at this hotel while in town visiting my wife’s family. Very friendly staff. Easy and quick check in and check out. Clean. Comfortable. No complaints.

Staff was friendly and room was very clean. TV remote was broken as well as the toilet seat. Cost cutting is extreme at Ibis. All you have now are two bath towels and a bath rug. One thin soap bar and a low quality shampoo. There is no more iron and ironing board in the rooms. There is now a small/dark/hot room with a very old iron, which is awful. If you are taking all the irons from the rooms, make a decent place to replace. Just common sense…
