Properties Terms & Conditions: -No stag parties or school groups accepted. Property will not check you in, no refunds will be given. -Maximum group size is 10 people. If you make multiple bookings to get around this rule, all your bookings will be cancelled upon arrival. -For groups of 5 people and more, property requests a safety deposit upon check (€30 per person) which is refundable at the checkout, depending if everything is okay in the room you stayed in. -Age restriction: 18 - 45 years of age only.
