When I asked if a cocktail could be made using local rum or whisky instead of brandy, the request was refused without much explanation. When the drinks arrived, most of our group felt they lacked alcohol and tasted more like juice. On a positive note, dinner at the poolside restaurant was enjoyable. There was live music creating a great atmosphere, the food was nice, and the bartender there was very helpful. After we mentioned the issue with the cocktails, he listened, took note, and made sure the next ones were much better. The location itself seems like it has seen better days.
