I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Due to my bus being delayed, I arrived later than expected, only to find the hotel doors locked with no staff available to assist me. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was left outside with no way to access my room and ended up having to spend the night on the street. This is unacceptable hospitality. Guests should never be denied access to their accommodations under any circumstances, especially when travel delays are beyond their control. I strongly urge the hotel to improve its late check-in procedures and ensure there is always a way for guests to enter the property safely, regardless of arrival time.

The apartment was okay but the TV wasnt working properly and there was no air conditioner or a fan so the room was very hot

Simply the best!not my first time here!and hopefully won't be last? Room perfect for me!comfortable bed!small kitchen to heat up food or get a takeaway from pizza place down below!easy to access from bus station. 5min?away!awesome staff!!!!especially camellia? Excellent all round stay again!highly recommended
