This motel dying for a facelift! Everything is dated and the service is slow. I asked for a bath towel but weren’t delivered as promise. Had to share face & bath towel between the 2 of us. Otherwise the bed was comfy for a good sleep

The room had all that we needed.The staff were helpful didn't need the Air conditioner but we used the heater which worked well.The pool is no longer there but thay have a BBQ and table and chairs.

Waited too long in reception to check in. Room absolutely smelt like urine. Room next to me left their bathroom fan all night which give a vibrating type of noise all night. An employee was spoken to in a very inappropriate way in from of me for not putting towels in my room. I didn't think it was that big of an issue. I feel the manager should be more concerned about the urine type smell in the room.

Opened door to very stale and smelly room. Very poor condition. There were no tissues, no milk or water in the fridge. One piece of small soap between 2 people. No compendium as to how find dining facilities. no wi-fi no info about the town.

Absolutely crap wifi - should NOT advertise as having. Kept falling out and must have the SMALLEST MBP in existence. Pages took 2-3 minutes to load and then dropped out. Not happy with this at all.

We arrived late after reception had closed for the night. On arrival the fill in manager was not friendly . He was not welcoming at all. When we got inside we found the room very average to what you expect . I also noticed only one bath towel were it should have been two as its a double room. When I went back to ask for another bath towel the fill in manager was not happy that I asked for one. He advised me in a not friendly voice that it was not his fault.. Luckily as we only had this booked for one night as you would not stay more than one here. The condition of the room was very tired.

The property is within walking distance of the Royal Hotel in the Main Street which was excellent for dinner and highly recommended. There was no interaction with staff as keys are left at reception with your name on them (we arrived approx 4.30pm). A hand towel for the bathroom would be very much appreciated. The bathroom itself leaves a lot to be desired.

We booked a family room. We were given two rooms. The rooms were dated, but clean and tidy. Check in was a shambles as the owner was away; keys weren’t where they were meant to be and couldn’t unlock the door adjoining our rooms. There was only 1 towel in each of the rooms. Eventually staff sorted the keys and towels. Maybe remove the image of the pool from advertising, as the pool has been filled in.
