Stayed two nights during a heatwave. Enjoyed owner Lynne's hospitality and meeting other guests at breakfast and on patio which was a big plus as I usually stay in brand new apartments and meet nobody. Of course there is a trade off - if you want less expensive accommodation, free parking, free breakfast, in an older building and do not expect perfection, you will not be disappointed. The standard of cleanliness, friendliness and amenity at Ainslie Manor is high, as improvements and renovations are made regularly. Our air conditioner coped perfectly with the heat, the room was fairly soundproof, the bar fridge well-stocked with inexpensive items, The bathroom recently renovated, the communal lounge and patio were nearby, parking was easy. We'll be back!

Lynn was a great host and conversationalist. The top floor room had a cozy eating table and chairs for eating breakfast. The pool was refreshing with various birds adding vocal ambience. We would definitely stay there again.

Another lounge would be nice on the deck, the other chairs are uncomfortable. The shower floor can do with a good clean, it was slippery & quite dangerous. The Foxtel didn't work which was annoying. There are no rooms on ground floor.

What an incredible find Ainslie Manor B&B is! We were delighted with our experience. The room we stayed in was not only spacious but also featured a private ensuite bathroom. The highlight was undoubtedly the sliding doors that opened up to a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. We felt secure with the automatic locking system on all bedroom doors, where we were provided with a personalised entry code. Parking was a breeze, with convenient options both onsite and on the street. The continental breakfast provided was a treat of cereals, toast with various bread options, yoghurt, and fruit. For those wanting a heartier start to the day, a cooked breakfast menu was available at incredibly reasonable prices (additional cost). Lynne, the hostess, was exceptional. Her warm welcome and willingness to engage in pleasant conversations made us feel right at home. Without a doubt, we would choose Ainslie Manor B&B again for any future visits, and we recommend it to anyone seeking accommodation in the Redcliffe region. Very nice option for my overnight stay in Redcliffe for business. The property was private, clean and comfortable. Staff were very accomodating and easy to deal with. Will stay here again when in the area.

Ainslie Manor is a litle run down, too expensive for what you get. We stayed over a long weekend, and was the only acc available, in the area and they take advantage of this. The pool was dirty, not fit for swimming. The breakfast was basic, the room was just ok the curtains dirty and the sliding doors opening to a communal balcony where not easy to open. The owner manager was nice, but we would not stay here again

I loved this place. I only knocked off one star on cleaning because on the balcony there was a stinky ashtray full of cigarette butts. But really everything else was so nice

Great little B&B, I had a fantastic stay thanks to Lynne and the efficient setup she has. Being a B&B I was concerned about cleanliness and the air-conditioning, but both concerns were totally unfounded and I had a very comfortable weekend.

A pleasant and quite area close to amenities only a few minutes drive from Dolphins League club, Scarborough Marina and Woody Point which all have great restaurants and Cafeterias Rooms have air conditioning, fans and were clean and tidy

Ainslie Manor is a litle run down, too expensive for what you get. We stayed over a long weekend, and was the only acc available, in the area and they take advantage of this. The pool was dirty, not fit for swimming. The breakfast was basic, the room was just ok the curtains dirty and the sliding doors opening to a communal balcony where not easy to open. The owner manager was nice, but we would not stay here again

Our stay was very nice after we attended the Black Ferns Vs Wallaroos rugby test match. The whole place is cosy, clean and homely. Lynn the host was very welcoming and helpful. She cooks an awesome breakfast. We will stay here again next time we are in Redcliffe again.

It was a very clean and well maintained accommodation. Lynne, the property owner, cooked a beautiful breakfast. Would definitely recommend to any one looking for accommodation.

Very pleasant common areas for reading, relaxing. Tastefully decorated to create an English manor charm. Excellent breakfast in bright convivial atmosphere. Look forward to staying again.

The property suited my purposes as a convenient quiet over nighter. Very clean, had everything i needed, the host Lynne was lovely. Continental brekky was included and was very filling. Would definitely stay again.

What an incredible find Ainslie Manor B&B is! We were delighted with our experience. The room we stayed in was not only spacious but also featured a private ensuite bathroom. The highlight was undoubtedly the sliding doors that opened up to a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. We felt secure with the automatic locking system on all bedroom doors, where we were provided with a personalised entry code. Parking was a breeze, with convenient options both onsite and on the street. The continental breakfast provided was a treat of cereals, toast with various bread options, yoghurt, and fruit. For those wanting a heartier start to the day, a cooked breakfast menu was available at incredibly reasonable prices (additional cost). Lynne, the hostess, was exceptional. Her warm welcome and willingness to engage in pleasant conversations made us feel right at home. Without a doubt, we would choose Ainslie Manor B&B again for any future visits, and we recommend it to anyone seeking accommodation in the Redcliffe region. PS: It's worth mentioning that the in-room snack prices were fantastic too!

Lost my booking for the first nights stay and there ended up being no vacancies for the night and was told I would have to find somewhere to stay, not what I wanted to hear after travelling 7hrs as a solo parent/driver with two primary school aged children. There was no offer to assist me to find alternate accommodation and advised I would need to cancel the 2nd night and submit for a refund if I could find accommodation for the two nights needed, however I would need to request for a refund, I was firm in requesting a cash refund on the spot go cover some of the accommodation that was 3 time the amount. A very stressful situation for myself and children.

The owner who greeted us upon arrival was friendly, helpful and accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. The supplied continental breakfast was more than adequate and more than we could eat. However, it appeared that the room that we were in, was not really laid out for eating a meal in. This would've been done in the downstairs dining room which was no longer available. There was plenty of shared areas outside the room with comfortable seating and an outside deck with tables and chairs, as well as a large swimming pool.

The breakfast which came in a box was terrible. The little pats of butter were so old they had Solidified and looked like cheese. Croissants were stale. Lighting was bad. Place was nothing like it was depicted

A lovely older style.building with excellent woodwork with all required facilities including a pool, indoor lounge and outdoor balcony. Limited off road.parking but on road was absolutely.no problem. Close location to the shore which gives access to the 15 km coastal path which we like to walk and which offers many cafe and coffee stops. Only negative a packed as opposed to.a cooked breakfast. Will stay again.
