This is a next level hotel in the heart of old town Rzeszów. Close to shops and restaurants. I’ve actually tried the restaurant which serves eclectic dishes and has room service. Superb food! In fact, there are 2 restaurants. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. Best service.

My boyfriend and I booked this beautiful hotel along with others for a wedding party. From the moment we walked in the service was phenomenal. My luggage was delayed from the airport 2 days and Gregory at the front desk was very helpful. The food and drinks at the 3rd floor bar could not have been better. I loved the "Pornstar martini" and if there was a drink that was not on the menu the bartender was happy to make it. In addition, their restaurant facing the main square was also spectacular. Our room was clean and spacious. While the hotel was in the main square it was not overly noisy. I have no complaints for this hotel. I only wish we had time to visit the spa. I truly want to thank The Bristol for a great vacation

There was a pretty bad check-in. Initially, I requested the reservation of a parking spot during the reservation process. In response, the hotel said that, for an extra charge, parking could be reserved when you arrived. But when I checked in (around 10 p.m.), I was informed that there was no parking available and that I would have to find parking on the streets. The person at the counter told me to inquire also if I could contact the parking lots nearby to see if they were available, including some belonging to other hotels, but she refused to help. Secondly. With large glass panels in place of a wall, that was probably the most awkward room I have stayed in lately. In fact, these glass panels divided the space from an open office or an inner garden that connects to the restaurant's hallway.

Well-appointed hotel and ideally located on Rzeszow Square. Very "American" to me. Fantastic Polish breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Decor is so contemporary appealing. Easy parking located in underground. A great choice. Our 3rd stay.

Bristol Tradition and Luxury was a wonderful hotel. Hotel grounds were well maintained and clean, great location right in the main square, restaurants & bars were enjoyable. The hotel itself is nice, but we received a room that had not been properly cleaned. Although the staff compensated for this inconvenience by offering us free parking, I would have preferred a clean room and paying for parking instead. Additionally, the layout and arrangement of the furniture in the room were quite unusual. The hotel is located in the central square and has good restaurants on the premises. The staff is very professional and welcoming.

To get to the room you basically had to walk through the restaurant, which felt strange walking with once suitcase and people eating.. The room had a bad smell, like cigarettes/old beer, definitely not a pleasant smell. The decor of the room was far from satisfactory. When you went to bed, they had placed a lamp in front of the TV. There was a terrace in the middle of the hotel, where the room was connected to them, and people from the restaurant could also go out there. This gave them a pretty much unobstructed view of the hotel room. And a lot of noise. Wrong information about transportation to the airport, they can be offered to order a taxi.

Eravamo in tre. La mia stanza non aveva alcuna finestra apribile ed era orientata verso uno spazio interno dell’albergo (quindi senza vista). Le stanze avrebbero bisogno di un rimodernamento. Colazione con una buona scelta di prodotti vari. Posizione eccellente dell’albergo.

The room was excellent, but being next to the restaurant was noisy and the chairs being dragged across the floor from 6 am until very late is annoying. Next time i will remember to request a road side room at least. The square at the back of the hotel is a noisy also, which i think if you are in holiday is fine but not when you have to get up in the early hours of the morning for work..

Reception staff was super unruly and cold. Specially the girls. I would change them immediately

There was a pretty bad check-in. Initially, I requested the reservation of a parking spot during the reservation process. In response, the hotel said that, for an extra charge, parking could be reserved when you arrived. But when I checked in (around 10 p.m.), I was informed that there was no parking available and that I would have to find parking on the streets. The person at the counter told me to inquire also if I could contact the parking lots nearby to see if they were available, including some belonging to other hotels, but she refused to help. Secondly. With large glass panels in place of a wall, that was probably the most awkward room I have stayed in lately. In fact, these glass panels divided the space from an open office or an inner garden that connects to the restaurant's hallway.

Although the staff compensated for this inconvenience by offering us free parking, I would have preferred a clean room and paying for parking instead. Additionally, the layout and arrangement of the furniture in the room were quite unusual. The hotel is located in the central square and has good restaurants on the premises. Well-appointed hotel and ideally located on Rzeszow Square. Very "American" to me. Fantastic Polish breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Decor is so contemporary appealing. Easy parking located in underground. A great choice. Our 3rd stay.

I had great 2 nights stay in this loverly hotel. My room was spacious, nice and very clean. Breakfast was amazing, one I have been seen for a long time. Two points to consider: 1. Poor internet reception in my room, and 2. Why is a large gap between my bed and wall - I lost all my pillows (hard to control). However, overall great hotel and strongly recommended

This is a next level hotel in the heart of old town Rzeszów. Close to shops and restaurants. I’ve actually tried the restaurant which serves eclectic dishes and has room service. Superb food! In fact, there are 2 restaurants. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. Best service.

We love the hotel, have been staying here over the years. This time the electricity was not working, light was switching off on it own ?!?! AND heating must have been broken as we had external heater that didn’t look esthetically pleasing at all…. Also providing just one tea bag and 1 coffee pod per person seems extreme for 5 star hotel… We spend NY Eve celebration at the hotel which was AMAZING but when we wanted to have a drink and lunch around 12.00 at the restaurant we were told it opens only at 16.00 - this is very annoying… hotel bars should be open 24/7 especially for staying guests… so yeah lots of improvements necessary….

This was my first time in the Bristol and to be honest it's one of the best stays I have had. The room was excellent and cleaned in a regular basis and the bed was really comfortable a D the location of the hotel was excellent and I hope to stay again soon.

Excellent stay. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and right in the city center. You are able to walk anywhere. There are multiple elevators as well for those who need them. The room was spacious and quite interesting. In our particular room the shower did not have a door … it was in a corridor which is a bit strange when traveling with your elderly mother and daughter. Additionally there were mirrors everywhere which make privacy a little difficult. Overall the room itself was clean and comfortable just not something we were used to.

I stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Rzeszów two nights ago for one night. Overall, I had a good experience and really liked the hotel’s concept. The restaurant served very good food and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only issue was that my room unfortunately did not have proper towels available. As we arrived very late after a very long day travelling by train, I didn’t have the energy or time to call reception, so I ended up using the bathrobe and only had one small towel in the room. Apart from that, everything else was very good and I enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at Bristol Hotel several times before as a direct customer and had no issues. This time I visited as an Expedia customer and the experience was the opposite. Our plane was delayed by hours and we arrived at the hotel exhausted just before 11pm. I was given a piece of densely typed paper to sign without any explanation and the room keys. Not a word about the breakfast time, the restaurant, WiFi etc or where to find that information. Next morning we had to leave at 4am to catch a train. I asked for packed breakfast (which was never a problem before) but was told the kitchen was closed and it was not possible to pack breakfast by 4am. I asked if they could leave the packed breakfast in my room later, and was told to speak to the restaurant (which was closed). I dropped the packed breakfast request. The room was nice but the air in the room was far too stale; difficult to breathe. The window was locked and the air conditioning system did not work. In short, we wasted more than an hour with the hotel reception to try and resolve the stale air issue (there were no keys to open the window, the air conditioning system was controlled from the reception area and broken for that room, there was no free room to move us to, then there was a room and someone with new keys was on the way twice but never arrived, then there was no room again - endless nonsense). We stayed in that room in the end, annoyed beyond belief. Not a 5-star hotel service-wise, far from the 5-star standard.
